Ovo je četvrti put da boravim u ovom smeštaju, tako da to dovoljno govori o zadovoljstvu. Dogovor sa Jovanom je uvek lak i bio je spreman da nam izađe u susret što se tiče dolaska, s obzirom da smo stigli dosta ranije. Što se tiče smeštaja, apsolutno odgovara opisu i na odličnoj je lokaciji, odmah pored starog grada.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

Havre de paix dans baie magnifique. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, explications simples et claires. Photos et équipements données sur le site exactement conformes à la réalité. Vue du balcon superbe et apaisante sur la baie, avec couché de soleil garanti (1er étage du logement). Logement très propre, bien équipé et belle surface pour 4 personnes (1 chambre lit double avec sdb+ 1 chambre 2 lits simples avec sdb). 3 à 4 places de parking disponibles devant la maison. 1 minimarket à proximité, 1 restaurant -bar (sur réservation car très prisé). Petite plage à côté du restaurant, en béton-rochers dans baie peu profonde, à 20m du logement. Prévoir une voiture car logement à 15min-30min des points d'intérêts, mais idéalement placé car en retrait des foules. Très bonne adresse.

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

Wir waren direkt Hin&Weg von der Unterkunft. Sie ist super schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und wenn etwas gefehlt hat, haben Cherie und Ian sich direkt darum gekümmert, damit es uns an nichts fehlt. Das Bett ist unglaublich bequem und man genießt von dort aus einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben die Kuscheleinheiten der vierbeinigen Bewohner sehr genossen.🐶🐱 Cherie und Ian sind sehr wundervolle, aufgeschlossene und unfassbar hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir sind dankbar, dass wir unseren Urlaub in ihrem Paradies verbringen durften. Wir werden wieder kommen! 😊

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

Kotor old town içerisinde kalmak muhteşem bir deneyimdi. Bizim şansımıza hava hep yağmurluydu ama ev Kotor’da gezilebilecek her yere çok yakındı. Aracımızı bıraktığımız yerle ev arasında 15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesi vardı ve sağanak yağmurda bizi sadece bu yolu yürümek zorladı. Nikola ve ekip tüm sorularımıza anında cevap verdi. Giriş çıkış talimatları oldukça açık bir şekilde tarafımıza iletildi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek tüm mutfak malzemeleri vardı ve her şey tertemizdi. Evle ilgili yaşadığımız tek sorun sıcak suyun iki kişi için yetersiz olmasıydı. Buna nasıl bir çözüm bulunabilir bilmiyorum ama duşun 4. dakikasında su soğumaya başlıyor ve ikinci kişiye sıcak su kalmıyor. Biz kısa süre kaldığımız için bunu da çok dert etmedik ama uzun süreli konaklamalar için bu durum sorun olabilir. Kotor’a tekrar yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle tekrar kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir ev sahibi. Her şey için teşekkürler!

Var i velipoje under en kort vistelse med min familj, stället var rent och fint. Precis så som de ser ut på bilderna. Både Flutura och hennes mamma var riktigt snälla och hjälpsamma när vi behövde något. Rekommenderar starkt detta ställe!

Staying at Niksa’s stunning apartment was an absolutely fantastic experience. Whether you're visiting for work or relaxation, this place truly has it all. The apartment was immaculately clean, offering all the modern amenities you could possibly need: fast and reliable WiFi for streaming or video calls, powerful AC, and excellent water pressure. The kitchen is also fully stocked with every utensil, perfect if you enjoy cooking. One of the highlights for us was the lovely swimming pool—a perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or just soak up the sun. The location is equally impressive—a mere 5-minute walk to a convenient supermarket and just 10 minutes to the harbor, perfect for leisurely strolls. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend. Thank you Niksa for all your kindness.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Quite possibly the best AirBnB experience we've had. Natacha and Nady went over and above; always available, always helpful. The apartment is beautifully decorated and and had everything we needed. As for the view; the pictures don't do it justice. The walk down to the old town is short if you take the steps (just before the Budva sign); we used the taxi numbers provided by Nady and Natacha for our taxis back up (all cost <€5). My boyfriend worked for the first week without Internet issues. An all round brilliant place to stay.

This airbnb was perfect. We were met a the bus station by Mira and immediately felt her genuine concern for our happiness. The apartment has everything a family could want and we hated to leave after our month there. From the beautiful sunsets to the crystal clean pool everyday was exceptional. The kitchen had everything you could need and the AC was exceptional. We were even given a ride to the bus station for our departure. Tivat and Gorianas place are the perfect combination for an incredibly wonderful vacation and we will hold our time there in our hearts forever.

Karolina ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Check-in und Check-out haben flexibel und tadelos funktioniert. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und 3 Kinder von 10 bis 14 Jahren. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer, man hat von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer und vom Wohn- Essbereich direkten Meerblick. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Apartmenthaus ist trotz seiner Größe äußerst ruhig. Es gibt einen zur Wohnung gehörigen Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Am privaten Strand bzw. Meerzugang waren immer Sonnenliegen frei. Man kann hier leicht vergessen, dass man im sehr von Touristen frequentierten Dobra Voda ist. Der Hauptstrand und Restaurants sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt, wobei der Hauptstrand Veliki Pijesak zumindest bei uns im Juli 2024 deutlich überfüllt war.
