Super nice villa on the hill above Budva. Great view of the city. Reachable by car or taxi, doable. Great pool (with lights for in the evening), bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Everything is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend! The host Marija is wonderful and they have arranged airports transfers very good. 10/10 would recommend.

Great little cabin by the mountains and nicely decorated for Christmas. Amazing views and so cozy. Only improvements would be the need for dish towels or paper towels to dry dishes and extra trash bags. Also the hot tub was pretty cold but that could be due to the season. Recent wet and cold weather made for slick ice on the walking paths up to the cabins.

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

Dank voor het geweldige verblijf! Het uitzicht is subliem. De locatie is centraal; verschillende leuke plekken zijn (per bus) goed te bereiken. Eetplekjes dichtbij, supermarkt voor het hoognodige in de buurt. Vooral de gastvrijheid van Jelena en Nikolai was de kers op de taart. Het begon al met een warm welkom. Je kan voor al je vragen en tips terecht, maar ook voor een gewoon gezellig praatje. We mochten proeven van de eigen gemaakte ‘womens’ en uiteindelijk ‘stronger’ likeur en hier werd uitgebreid over gedeeld. Vonden wij een erg leuke aanvulling op ons verblijf. Al met al echt een aanrader voor een leuke, ontspannen en gezellige plek! Dank!

У данного размещения по-нашему мнению есть ряд преимуществ по сравнению с другими: во первых действительно большая веранда где есть и зона кабана, и барбекю, и столовая зона, и лаунж и даже джакузи, которое превратило наш отдых с мужем в романтическое путешествие. Веранда отлично подходит для больших компаний, кто любит проводить время на воздухе. Внутри достаточно скромно, но по делу: много спальных мест, оборудованная кухня, wi-fi, телевизор. Второе преимущество- это конечно близость к пляжу Ада-Баяна (5 минут ходьбы), что очень удобно тому кто приезжает сюда именно для его посещения. В целом нам все понравилось и смело можно рекомендовать. Спасибо большое хозяину. Нам все понравилось.

We logeerden 9 dagen half oktober. We hadden prachtig weer en het zwembad kwam dus nog goed van pas. We mochten vroeger inchecken dan gepland en de ijskast was gevuld met allerlei lekkere dingen. Andrea en Josip kookten ook een heerlijke maaltijd op een avond voor ons. het uitzicht is fantastisch, een prachtig zicht op de bergen. De woning ligt in een heel rustige buurt en toch slechts 2 km van de luchthaven maar daar heb je geen last van. Achter de hoek ligt een restaurant dat heerlijk eten serveert en niet duur. De kamers zijn groot en alle ramen zijn voorzien van muggeramen. Het is ideaal gelegen om alle leuke dingen te doen en ligt aan de goede kant van Kotor. Daar zijn het immers altijd files zelfs toen wij hier waren buiten het seizoen. Josip hielp ons zelfs met de bagage toen we vertrokken. Super lieve mensen die vooral willen dat hun gasten het naar hun zin hebben! Bedankt

I booked this stay for my partners birthday and it was absolutely perfect down to the little touches of making up a baby cot. This is a beautiful property and definitely worth the little extra from a standard room! Thank you for being a lovely host.

Rustic Villa’s was the perfect winter break. The villa we stayed in had the most incredible view of the valley down toward Ulcinj and the sea. The property is located on an olive farm which is very private. The pool with BBQ area is amazing and would be perfect for a hot summer day. The villa itself has everything you need and is super clean. Upstairs the bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee and croissants. The hot tub is huge and was a great way to relax after a long day of touring. It is recommended to have your own vehicle to get around and see Montenegro. Đona was great at giving us ideas of where to go and what we could do to celebrate New Years. Đona was one of the most amazing people we have ever met. It was like visiting family. He made our stay so comfortable and went out of his way to make us feel at home. From having lovely conversations over baklava and Raki, to enjoying an evening BBQ with snacks and wine. We could not have found a better place to stay!

This is a beautiful property with countless little touches that show it was crafted with care. The location was exactly what we were looking for—up in the hills above the sea, but not so far that it’s impractical to go down to sea level. The road up to the property is ~1.6 km long with an elevation gain of ~160 meters. The road is two lanes wide the entire length and easy enough to navigate. The property has 3 flights of stairs: 1 outdoors, and 2 more inside. The layout is 1 room per floor, which allows for more privacy within the house than you would have from a single-floor layout. The master bedroom on the top floor has a beautiful view of the sea and a luxurious bathroom with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The couch on the second floor is very large and very comfortable, and the kitchen on the bottom floor is very well equipped. Since there were only two of us, we did not use the second separate bedroom above the garage.

De accommodatie was verder van het centrum dan we hadden verwacht, ongeveer 35-45 minuten rijden. Ook de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op 25-30 minuten afstand. Dit is goed om in gedachten te houden als je veel boodschappen wilt doen. Het handigst is om voor een aantal dagen boodschappen te doen en, als je richting het centrum gaat, een volle dag aan activiteiten te plannen. De afstand tot het centrum hadden we zelf ook beter moeten onderzoeken. Het privéstrand daarentegen is heerlijk rustig en perfect om in te zwemmen, wat het verblijf erg ontspannend maakte. Daarnaast hebben we erg genoten van de activiteiten die door Marko worden aangeboden, zoals het zwembad, de basketbal- en biljarttafel. Dit zorgde voor voldoende vermaak tijdens ons verblijf. De accommodatie zelf was schoon en goed onderhouden, met alle faciliteiten die naar behoren werkten. De bedden waren comfortabel en de douche was krachtig en warm, wat altijd fijn is. Al met al hebben we een fijn verblijf gehad!

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

Ardian was incredibly responsive, providing great recommendations and ensuring our stay was perfect. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Beautiful villa in a very picturesque location; responsive and very helpful and friendly host; lots of help to organise airport transfers and beautiful boat trip; great restaurant recommendations; electrical storm effected electricity supply and this was sorted on the day with the minimum of fuss; any requests made (which were very few) were actioned within minutes; great communication whilst there-nothing too much trouble to ensure we had the best time I rarely leave reviews but credit where credits due-this villa is 'everything it says and more!' great value for the size of group we were and weather sensational

Obviously, there are cheaper places in this area. We loved the wonderful hot tub and the great view. We stayed for one night only, and it was the perfect place to relax after hiking in the Theth area.

Daria and Damir were absolutely amazing. Our drive up the mountain was much more challenging than expected due to it being night and rain (late flight). We had a lot of trouble because of this but our hosts made sure to help us anyway they could. Damir was even so kind to refuel our car! They were incredibly helpful and super sweet, absolutely lovely hosts! The accomodation is also just absolutely beautiful and a great cozy place to stay !

Daria et Damir sont des personnes géniales et répondent à toutes les questions rapidement. 2 nuits dans une parenthèse enchantée. Le chemin pour y aller est un peu long mais tout à fait accessible. Pour trouver une telle vue, il est normal de sortir des sentiers battus. Je recommande à 1000%

Amazing place .. well designed and structured .. We loved the house and felt deeply comfortable.. Host was perfectly communicated.. Super warm and well isolated walls& windows .. Internet & electricity was stable even in middle of storm .. Stunning view from bed .. Heated pool was an extra .. Best Airbnb in all Albania over all .. Definitely will be back .. Florjan really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of for the night on our last-minute adventure into the Albanian Alps. We arrived after dark and awoke to a stunning mountain view out of the beautiful A-frame house’s floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was comfortable, the location was beautiful, the hot tub was hot, the property was very well done in both architecture and interior design, and the host was friendly and accommodating. In short, we couldn’t ask for anything more!
