Steps from the beach, steps from the bars, steps from the best restaurants. What else could you ask for? This ground-floor apartment is super aesthetic, spacious, and had a private backyard area. I briefly considered moving in and forwarding my mail.

Karine’s directions were amazing. Condo was perfect for us. View from balcony and hot tub were great. She was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend. We did drive to Orient Beach as that was too far to walk for us but we knew that prior to booking.

The apartment is a perfect size for a couple with a large balcony and a breathtaking view. When we had questions and concerns Anna and Ash were available for help. All in all a great vacation. The only thing that worth mentioning that TV was not working but it actually made us spend more time outside and in the sun 🌞😀

This was the most amazing place we've ever stayed at! Tibo was incredible, and even brought me a chair when he saw me laying on a towel in the sand. This was our 25th anniversary trip, and it could not have been more perfect! We felt right at home in Tibo's place! The location is exactly what you see in the pictures! In fact, everyone on the beach came up to see it. It was that beautiful! 12/10 recommend!!!!

Had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s. Would love to come back. The place is exactly as the pictures and description show. Beautiful view of the ocean and less than 50 yards to the beach. We didn’t spend much time on Simpson Beach due to the winds but the location was very convenient for bouncing around across the island. Sylvia the property manager met us when we arrived, walked us through everything, and gave some local advice. She’s very sweet and was very responsive anytime we needed something. Thank you for having us!

My 10-night stay was perfect! Perfect location and very private. Host is extremely responsive. The house has extras like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, etc. that help you to pack less. The location is wonderful and close to many nice restaurants and to town. I enjoyed putting the food outside at nightfall for Calico the outdoor cat who waited patiently for me to do so! Highly recommend this house to stay in!

Minerva was an amazing host. She was always available for help and questions and was so warm and sociable. Her place and her personality created the perfect vacation getaway. The view and the layout of the apartment was great. So roomy. Kitchen had everything we needed to do our own cooking. Great on the shore stay, with the sound of the Mediterranean breaking on the rocks below. The constant ocean breeze made the 29 C pleasant. The view of the ocean and surrounding islands are breathtaking. Minerva is a beautiful person inside and out. The perfect host

Villa Flamingo was absolutely perfect! Even better than the photos. It was roomy, clean, extremely well appointed and Christine was a dream to communicate with. Alexandre was also very helpful and stopped in upon our arrival to make sure everything was okay. Everything we needed for our stay was there, including items we didn't expect, such as beach accessories and snorkels! The kitchen had all the equipment needed and some helpful basics such as salt/pepper/oil/coffee. The location is perfect since we had a view of the ocean, which was a two minute walk, and the Orient Bay courtyard with its restaurants and shops meant we never needed to use our car! It was nice to have real people nearby as we had quick answers to real-time questions. We will definitely be back and can't imagine staying anywhere but in their properties.

We had a great time in SXM and loved Yulia’s place. She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in a prompt and professional manner. The views were spectacular and our entire group really enjoyed her hospitality. This is a great location and we’re already talking about selecting a return date next year. We had a wonderful stay at sandy ground beach house. The house is beautiful. The location about 30 steps from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is huge. There were 6 of us. Two families. We loved how we each had our own space. One family upstairs and one family downstairs. Nadia was great!! The house was sparkling clean every day. We had wished there was brighter light in the kitchen as we cooked dinner in a few nights. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again when we come back to Anguilla.

Had the privilege of staying at this beautiful home for 6 days to celebrate my 40th birthday. My Husband and I stayed at another location for a few days to celebrate our anniversary because we were already on the island Danielle was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to prepare for our guests that would be joining us. There were 9 of us total 4 couples so the space was perfect. Danielle had some champagne, wine and fruit set up in the kitchen when we arrived which was very thoughtful. She gave us lots of recommendations and was very responsive during our stay. The home was clean and had everything you would need. I do suggest renting a car during your stay and downloading offline maps for St. Maarten before arriving, extremely helpful. The views are breathtaking I would absolutely stay here again already looking forward to our next stay.

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

Ideal location for a family vacation with friends. Michelle was very responsive and made us feel at home!

The condo is located right on the beach and provided beach chairs at the unit if you preferred the beach to the beautifully landscaped pool steps from our door. Parking very easy Plenty of kitchen appliances including a blender toaster coffee pot and microwave even a washer and dryer. Lots of soft plush towels in the bathrooms and even beach towels Lovely porch with outdoor fans and lighting. There is a beautiful stretch of beach which is great for a nice long walk. mary's boon and karactr both have a lively vibe. You can even walk to the airport and sunset beach bar but i definitle recommend renting a car to get around the island This is our second stay and we are ready to book for next year

Gwen was the absolute best! She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care. From all the recommendations and directions given , she was instrumental in making our birthday celebration everything we needed it to be! The views are amazing and the pictures do not do it justice! Location is next to the landmark Maho beach and it was a treat just driving by everyday. If we were to return, we would definitely stay here again or any property listed by Gwen.

La Vue was the perfect location for our week long vacation for five of us. We fell in love with Indigo Bay! The house was perfect and Justyna reached out to make sure we were happy and sought out our feedback to make sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived there was a bouquet of balloons for my Husband’s Birthday waiting in the living room plus a bottle of sparkling wine and some snacks! Waking up every morning to that view is something we will miss. We would open up the windows all the way and felt the beautiful breezes each morning. We cooked at home multiple times and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and dishes. We also had a private chef, Maxim who came in with his assistant Emile. They were so nice and the food was almost too pretty to eat, almost! We also went to the Indigo Bay Beach Restaurant multiple times. The food and service were amazing! It was perfect and we will be back! Thank you Justyna for sharing your beautiful home!

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

Melinda’s ocean front house is just as lovely as the pictures! The location is fantastic, and lots of exceptional restaurants are just a brief trek down the gorgeous beach. The house is generously appointed and had everything we needed. Getting in and out of the parking spots can be entertaining, but it became easier each time and we learned that drivers on the road would generally stop to allow us to back out safely. That being said, having a parking spot is a huge plus in Grand Case. We loved the orientation of the house because we could always find shade on our terrace, or choose full sun if we wanted it. The views are just wonderful to wake up to. Most of our interactions were with Melinda’s husband Ian, who was kind enough to meet us at check-in and to tour us through the house and explain various things to know. He was punctual, friendly, and a good communicator. In summary - A fantastic week! 5 stars all the way! We hope to return!!

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the open-air concept of the house to the stunning views off the back deck. You will not be disappointed with renting this villa. The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

An absolutely amazing experience! The house matched the photos and Gigi was extremely flexible and accommodating with our requests. The location was perfect with many restaurants close by and walkable (I highly recommend Greenhouse and Juliette’s)! We felt right at home and will definitely be back soon

Our stay at Michael’s place, Enclave, surpassed all expectations. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and the location cannot be beat. The furnishings are very stylish with a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bedroom. Easy access to a stunning beach, gorgeous for swimming but also taking walks or just enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace. Michel was an excellent host, going well above and beyond in his helpful manner of communication and a very caring attitude. This was truly one of the nicest Airbnb properties I have ever stayed at, and I would love to be back again. A huge thank you to Michel for sharing this piece of heaven with us!!
