Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

Great house for our extended family winter get together. Loved the one great room with kitchen, dining, and living areas. The out building game room was perfect for a snowy cold weekend. Carl was very responsive during our stay. His ice skating rink recommendation was helpful. And the snow removal services were greatly appreciated.

The place was so great! Quick walk to main st. Clean and nice house. Great backyard. Very comfy and cozy for a snowy weekend with two little kids. Eva was very communicative and texted about snow removal right away! Would def stay again on our next Beacon visit!

Our stay in West Haven, CT, was absolutely wonderful. The Airbnb was immaculate, well-furnished, and perfectly situated near a lovely beach. Paula’s place was beautiful! We loved the quick responses, great communication, and easy check in. The winters views of the lake were great and the restaurant recommendations were a great touch. Highly recommend and would love to come back in the summer time!

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!
