Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting UConn or the surrounding area. Keri and Jason were fabulous hosts and very responsive to my needs. Keri even anticipated needs by offering to have a fresh cup of coffee ready for me on the AM. Everything was perfect for my stay and there was definitely a comfortable feel. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

We came as a group of friends with a baby to stay at Blake and Tracy's house, and we had a great stay. They were very communicative and accommodated all our requests to ensure our stay was excellent. They asked in advance if it would be okay for their child to stay in his room inside the house, and we agreed. We didn’t see him at all during our stay, and it didn’t disturb us in the slightest. The fact that Blake and Tracy live right next door was convenient, as they were readily available for anything we needed, but we never felt their presence. We will definitely come back!

Robertas’s property was incredible. It’s everything you need and more. From the back deck, to the pool/hot tub, and of course the beautiful dock on the river. She was very communicative throughout the process and was helpful in any question I had. I would recommend everybody to check this spot out, you won’t regret it

The host communicated well and was very thoughtful. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the heating unit was a bit tricky to figure out, but overall, we had a great stay.

We rented Veronika's home for a work related trip to Boston. The home was great, perfectly located for our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Neeton. Hope to be back next year.

We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! I’ve stayed at Karen’s Airbnb multiple times while traveling for work, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Karen is a great host—she’s quick to respond to messages and makes sure everything is just right. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it perfect for both work trips and relaxing stays. Really comfortable, great location, great hosts. If you're sick of soulless passive income properties, decorated in shades of grey and taupe, that no person ever actually lives in, then this is a place for you. It's fun, it's comfortable, it's worn in a good way, it's decorated in glorious eclectic clutter. It has *soul*. Practicalities: Super comfortable mattress, really generously and fully stocked kitchen with good pans and knives. (Tons of condiments and supplies). Neighborhood: Great bakery/coffee shop on the block and tons of really good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Traffic starts early but I didn't really hear it in the front bedroom. Quirks: Bathroom is downstairs with the bedrooms. 1850 architecture, so a serious lack of outlets and the space can be drafty. The various space heaters more than did the job though. Host: Great communication and they seem like genuinely awesome folks. Very welcoming!

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

We stayed at 8 Lambert Street for nearly a month while visiting relatives in Medford. The house is cozy and well furnished. Did a lot of cooking in the kitchen, which had plenty of cooking equipment, the basics of salt, pepper, olive and vegetable oil, and even a set of seasonings. Because we were staying over Christmas, Beth had done some holiday decorating before we arrived, which was wonderful and made the house very cheery. She was a responsive host and kept us stocked with the basics like paper towels and toilet tissue. She even included a baby gift for our new grandson on one occasion. The house was great for our stay - the steam heat combined with the modern thermostat kept us warm and cozy, even on some very cold nights. It's an older house, yes, but full of charm and warmth. The neighborhood is quiet and there are lots of food choices nearby if you don't want to cook. Highly recommend Nappi's Restaurant (cash only) and Fioritaly Trattoria. Off street parking a plus.

Excellent place to stay in Cambridge. Walkable but offers parking. Kevin's left treats were perfect. Highly recommend.

I keep coming back to this Airbnb again and again. Great experience. Hosts went out of their way during this trip to take good care of the steps from my private gate to my private entrance during an icy period. I felt very safe and cared for. Lynne and Emi know how to host. The Airbnb was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a long stay. This is my first choice for a place to stay when I come to Worcester. Reliable, clean, quiet, and safe, with a friendly neighborhood. My car also has its own special parking spot, off the street, safe in front of the home. Great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm while visiting family for the holidays. The value was wonderful and it was a perfect place for our active toddler to have a safe sleep spot with very little baby proofing needed which is a key for young families. The beautiful farm was a great bonus and we loved seeing the animals on our way in and out. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the amenities even more. Thank you Roger!

Arno and Susan were excellent hosts and incredibly responsive. We had a few glitches due to last minute requests that I made with the rental, and host was responsive and kind. The location is remote and private, right in the heart of nature.

It was so nice to return to this place during a visit with my family in Connecticut. As always, it was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen each night.
