Absolutely lovely place. Spotless apartment. Heating worked, WiFi worked, shower was nice and hot. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend :)

We had a fantastic stay in Megan's cottage. It had everything we needed and the location could not have been better. Everything was clean, tidy and super cosy - exactly what we needed after being out and about each day. As other reviews have said it is behind a pub, but we didn't find it an issue at all. Everything was quiet after 11pm if not earlier, and the mornings were so peaceful we couldn't believe how central we actually were. A perfect place to stay when visiting Chester and surrounds.

I highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Birmingham, whether for business or leisure. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

Great place for a stay friendly host, lovely dogs bs horses nd a 20 minute walk to pubs and shops

Michaela was a wonderful host with a beautiful home-. She had thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay and was so easy to deal with. She was really flexible with our needs and accommodated us so well with our 2 dogs. I couldn't recommend this place more. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Michaela for everything! Melissa was a kind and friendly host, quick to offer suggestions on places to visit. The flat had been set up in a welcoming way and we felt right at home. Amenities were clearly listed and included instructions on how to use them, which made our stay a lot easier. The flat also included lots of helpful items like a lint roller, sewing kit, etc which helped prevent a clothing disaster! Thanks so much again for the warm welcome, we’d love to stay again :)

Dan's place was lovely, really clean and well decorated. local was excited for us. 5 minute drive to the NEC. you are less then 5 mins from the shopping centre. the beds are unbelievably comfy. the only thing I can fault is the seating in the living room was not very comfortable although they looks lovely the sofa was really hard to sit on. all in all the place was lovely and spacious, layout was good and was so clean. Dan was really lovely communication was brilliant. instruction were clear on how to use things were all there for us on arrival.

Rooms very spacious and very comfy living room for us to chill over the Christmas period.. easy to find with easy check in and out. Had a nice park with shops near by for walking the dog in a quiet location

We Were at the NEC Birmingham for an event and looked for an air b and b this property become available took only 8 mins to get to the gate of the NEC so perfect for what we wanted there was a sticker on the table with the WIFI code and have to say made work easier when we got back with supper fast fibre internet would recommend has dishwasher washing machine and everything you would need even a hot tub but we were to tired from the show to use it

If i could use one word it would be MAGICAL. This place is amazing, the property is 140 acres so no need to even drive to other places to walk. There is a lot of wildlife and we went deer tracking every morning at dawn and saw plenty. There are horses on the property you can say hi to who are very friendly. The pavilion itself is just amazing too, the sauna is a perfect cherry on top paired with amazing views everydayfrom balcony. The kitchen is fully kitted and the toilet is nice and clean. Ruth and her son are also very kind and friendly hosts and would never hesitate to answer questions no matter how annoying 😅. We booked this trip really for my senior dog whos on his last year and wanted a nice send off while he is still active, the property has different difficulties for walking making it accessible even for disabled dogs like my own. Honestly couldnt have asked for a better stay. First time i stayed somewhere where the photos were worse than the place itself. Thanks so much Ruth

A good place to stay. The house was clean a tidy and warm when we arrived. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook for ourselves and the wifi has a good signal. Plenty of room to park a car or van. Overall very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend.
