Nonthapat was a very great host to us.He wanted to upgrade the place if we wanted to go to Pattaya but we rather stayed in Bang saen area.The house is in a very beautiful gate community.

+ very responsive host + a lot of rooms + short way to the beach + good place for one or two nights + good places to buy seafood not far away but you need a car

There is a lot of dusts, make us sneeze every often.

Stayed in Oshins place for a week and were really happy with our stay

Had a very relaxing stay in this very spacious luxury condo. The bed is nice and soft and comfortable especially in comparison to other beds in Thailand which feel too firm. The bed linen feels nice to sleep in. The Air-conditioning works well, is nice and quiet and a must in the heatwave that Thailand is experiencing right now. There is access to a gym and 3 big clean pools in the beautiful garden surrounding the building. Lovely views and huge balcony.

The house is sea view, beautiful and spacious. Every room is well-furnished with beautiful decoration just like in the photos. Khun Ece, the host is very kind and helpful. Always give quick response to everything questions and requests. The pool is very nice with cool lighting. This is the first Airbnb house I’ve ever stayed that provides daily breakfast, cleaning service and towels change for every guests. The chef came in the morning to cook for us which is great. I’d highly recommend this place if you want to stay in a peaceful area of Pattaya for your vacation.

Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt, perfekt für uns! Ich fand die Unterkunft sogar schöner, als es auf den Fotos wirkte. Da wir erst später los mussten, durften wir sogar ausnahmsweise 1 Stunde länger bleiben, vielen Dank noch mal dafür! ☺️🫶

這次是女朋友生日，準備佈置的東西都安排的很好，對我幫助了很大，因為我不是當地人，對於佈置要買的東西不太清楚 店家安排的很多，女朋友也過了一個很開心的生日 提出的問題跟要求都能一一幫我去解決，真的要謝謝你們的幫助 會推薦朋友再次入住 雖然位置比較偏遠，但待房子裏的活動已經足夠消閑娛樂了 主要問題都是大自然的問題，落葉比較多跟有點蚊子但都只是在户外，不影響室內活動 真的非常感謝幫助跟提供一個很好的住所

I had a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay at Nuntasak's property! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, making for a truly enjoyable experience. Communication with the host was seamless, and everything was perfectly arranged for our arrival. My group had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

Great place to stay for group of people. The project located in a peaceful surrounding with a walkable distance to the beach. The property is quite spacious which you can enjoy quality time with your family.

Great location with full facilities and all equipped. We can even cook and enjoy the meals just next to the pool. the house space was just nice! We are a big family stayed and it was just nice. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Nath was very helpful and supportive with a timely response. Great hospitality and value!
