Het is een comfortabele en schoon condominium. Het complex heeft veel faciliteiten en op loopafstand zijn restaurants en supermarkten. Alan is een fijne host die altijd snel reageert. Mijn verblijf was uitstekend en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

This was my second stay in one of Jonathan's accommodation and just like the first time, everything was perfect from the start. Jonathan is a great host, his accommodation is great and I lacked nothing. I am my favorite place in Pattaya and 100% recommended .

logement tres agreable avec beaucoup d accessoires qui rendent le sejour encore plus agreable. j ai particulierement apprecier le kit higyene de qualite (shampoing, gel douche, brosse a dent). Sirin a ete tres reactive, tres gentille repondant a chacune de nos questions et lui en remercie. se sera avec plaisirs que je retournerais dans l un des appartement gerer par Sirin.

ロケーションはパタヤ繁華街でなんでも直ぐに揃える事が出来て快適でした。 繁華街ですけれど室内は静かで休む事が出来ました。 ホストは全てに迅速に対応をして下さいました。 良い滞在が出来ました。 ありがとうございました。

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Dach. Die moderne und schöne Einrichtung hat uns beeindruckt. Manchmal war das Publikum im Haus etwas weniger angenehm, und die Straße unten ist recht laut und lebhaft. Dies ist jedoch bei Pattaya bekannt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Квартира понравилась. Хозяин мгновенно отвечал и реагировал на вопросы. По запросу, мгновенно заменили всю посуду для приготовления пищи на новую, высококачественную. В квартире была питьевая бутылированная вода на весь срок проживания. Отличные соседи, было тихо, никто не шумел. Удобное расположение, пляж и набережная в пешей доступности. Фил отличный хозяин, заботится о своих гостях. однозначно рекомендую.

너무 잘 쉬다갑니다.^^ 먼 타국에서 한국인 사장님 만나서 반가웠고 응대도 너무 잘해주셨어요. 숙소도 청결하고 화장실도 깔끔하고 수압도 엄청 세고 온수도 잘 나오고 흠 잡을수 없는곳 이었습니다. 다음에 또 올게요!

This was a great condo! I have stayed at Grand Avenue three other times, but the host (Yai) is the best host I have experienced. He and his staff worked with my girlfriend to make sure check in was convenient. The condo was thoughtfully furnished and equipped to ensure we had cleaning supplies and necessities, including toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap & shampoo, condiments, coffee & tea, salt & pepper, etc. It is obvious that Yai and his staff prepare the condo to make sure the guests feel at home. The furniture also made a difference. There were dressers with drawers for storage, a coat rack, a dedicated work space / desk, lamps, and even a laundry basket. Yai also provided two sets or key cards, which made it very convenient for me and my girlfriend to come and go without having to coordinate with each other. In addition, the bed linens seemed high quality and were very comfortable. I loved this condo and plan on staying there again in the future. Thank you Yai.

It was great experience staying at Yumi's place. Everything was neat and clean, kitchen was well equipped. Best part is large swimming pools in arcadia and you can enjoy the sauna as well. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Grocery store is there on the same premises which was very convenient. I will definitely love to stay against this place.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Great host, really helpful when needed. Check in and out was easy. All was as advertised. The only thing i didn’t enjoy about the condo which was not the host’s fault was the lifts but they weren’t too bad. The building security was really good and helpful. For my first experience using Airbnb it has been a great one and i would stay in her place again.

Первый раз останавливались в таком жилье. Место удалено от центра, я знал это когда арендовал, попросил у хозяина в аренду автомобиль, что решило проблему улаленности на 100%. Хозяин отзывчив и честен. Когда заселялись уборка была выполнена на 3/5, но по нашей просьбе хозяин вызвал клининг и все убрали. Могу рекомендовать данный вариант для проживания если вам не нужно жить на берегу и вы решите вопрос с транспортом.
