The apartment was sensational and as described. Breathtaking views with an amazing host, who was full of lots of local knowledge and advice.

Excellent location, spotless apartment, hassle free check in/ out and a beautiful outdoor pool. I've stayed at numerous Airbnb, this is the first and only place provided extra shower towels. It's so handy to use at the pool and even at the elephant sanctuary excursion we did. The apartment is right next to the Indie Night market, walking distance to the old town DT area and tons restaurants including Michelin recognized Raya and Day & Night. The other thing we really enjoyed was that it's associated with a hotel close by. The friendly hotel staff helped us book tours, and store our bags after we check out. Highly recommend it to anyone plans to visit Phuket!

Wir verbrachten mehr als 2 Monate in Pauls Wohnung. Für uns der perfekte Ort. Ein schönes Wohnzimmer, eine offene Küche und ein toller Balkon mit Sicht aufs Meer haben uns begeistert. Der Strand von Surin ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar, in der nahen Umgebung hat es Restaurants, ein Geschäft für den täglichen Bedarf, eine Wäscherei, Geldwechsel und ATM und ein Früchtestand. Und Paul ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Wir genossen eine tolle Zeit im Surin Park

Magnifique logement! Fidèle aux photos. L'espace piscine est incroyable. La plage en dessous n'est pas très propice à la baignade mais elle est très belle. Le logement est très grand et très agréable Très fonctionnel, bien équipé. Nous avons eu un peu de mal à faire fonctionner la climatisation. Mais une fois que cela fonctionnait il faisait très bon dans l'appartement. Nous devons forcément prendre un taxi pour aller sur les belles plages mais les prix sont très raisonnables. Si nous revenons à Phuket c'est sûr nous réserverons de nouveau ce logement. En face il y a un supermarché, et un super salon de massage (bee gold) à petits prix.

So easy to check in an out, always responsive, really homely place just as it was described and incredibly accurate, pool area was even a lot nicer then expected especially at sunset! Really enjoyed our stay here!

My friend and I stayed for a week. What a great deal! We had originally budgeted for a 1 bdrm and were thrilled to find an affordable 2 bdrm with 2 baths! The apartment is close to so many delicious restaurants and cute shops. There’s construction across the street, but it did not bother us. Highly recommend.

Toen we aankwamen was de kamer nog niet klaar aangezien de vorige huurders vele te laat uitcheckten. Als compensatie daarvoor kregen we een massage aangeboden. Bedankt om hieraan tegemoet te komen. Verder was de accommodatie zeer goed en in een rustige buurt. Tim beantwoordt alle vragen zeer snel. Alles was hierdoor zeer duidelijk. Bedankt voor het goede verblijf!

C’est un appartement splendide et luxueux qui a dépassé nos attentes, très confortable, spacieux, avec des matériaux nobles, la vue plongeante depuis l’étage aux travers des hautes fenêtres est impressionnante. La prestation a été assurée de façon parfaitement professionnelle. Ell est une personne très charmante, elle nous a accueilli comme si nous étions de la famille, une relation de confiance s’est installée très rapidement et la communication a été fluide tout au long du séjour. Un plaisir de séjourner chez Ell !

It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

Rattiya's place was the highlight of our trip! We watched the elephants everyday from her beautiful outdoor terrace. Listening to them eat and trumpet was incredible. It's the first thing my wife talks about when people ask us about our Thailand vacation and her eyes light up like the 4th of July every single time! Rattiya was the perfect host!

Super fed lejlighed! Vi havde nogle rigtige gode dage i patong! Udsigten er det hele værd hvor til du så for en super fed lejlighed med nogle alt for blæret rum hvor man kan trække sig tilbage når man gerne vil være alene! Køkkenet passes os perfekt og Sue var perfekt hun gjord en dyd ud af hun ikke blev set og var rigtig dejlig at snakke med! Bedre stuepige kan man vist ikke få….dejligt der blev fyldt vand og cola op hverdag så man slap for at købe det med hjem fra byen….Vil gerne takke Patrik af hjertet! Jeg kommer igen! Mange tak fordi vi måtte låne din bolig ✌🏻mvh Stefan

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné chez Suchart. Le logement est génial, très beau propre et a proximité de pas mal de chose notamment du Naka Market, Eleven 7. De plus les grab et Bolt ne coûtent pas cher donc il est très facile d’appeler tous les jours pour se déplacer. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I had a fantastic experience staying here . The view is incredible. quiet place 5 min from kamala beach . The owner was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, making my stay smooth and enjoyable.

Cerca al old town, muy útil si tienes moto, igual también grab es rápido. El restaurante que está justo al frente es demasiado delicioso super recomendado

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

Wir sind von Mel absolut begeistert. Sie denkt an alles (inkl. Ersatzbatterien), ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir empfanden die Geräusche der Klimaanlage als nicht störend. Der WLAN-Empfang in der Wohnung war für uns ausreichend. Die Außenanlage ist sauber, die Pools sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind in Ordnung. Die anderen Gäste in der Anlage haben sich ruhig verhalten, so dass alle entspannen konnten. Der Sandstrand und das Meerwasser sind sauber. Es sind keine Bootsanleger vorhanden, von daher ist es am Strand leise. Es waren keine Hunderudel und keine Mücken am Strand. Getränke und Essen an der Strandbar sind gut, schmackhaft und preislich angemessen. Es gibt alle 30 Minuten einen Shuttle-Service zum "Turtle Village", wo sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden. Taxis stehen vor der Anlage oder GRAB bzw. BOLT benutzen. Gerne wieder!

Very nice and spacious apartment walking distance from bangla road and patong beach peaceful environment I was there for a week no complaints. Host was very responsive addressed all our query with prompt. Worth staying

It's ok, not perfect but it's the same as the rest of the accommodation of others in this condo. I bought a parking sticker with my own money at the office(500 baht for a month). No washing machine. The windows face outside, not the courtyard with the pool. You can find nearby accommodation for 100$ cheaper, but with a separate fee for utilities. You will still end up paying about $100 extra per month for utilities and the price per month will be the same.

Encore un grand merci à aissone pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse. Incroyable elle nous a laissé accéder à l’Airbnb plusieurs heures avant l’heure d’arrivée prévue. Elle nous a aussi laissé repartir bien plus tard. Tout est à disposition dans son appartement bien situé plusieurs fast-food à proximité et tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour cuisiner, je reviendrai

We had a great time. Guy was very responsive. Good place to explore the island if you have a rental car.
