Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con balcón en Sicily

The villa is simply stunning. What an incredible view from the balcony. Very private and only a short walk down to a small secluded beach. The villa is exactly as described with attention to detail, we received a wonderful welcome pack, such a lovely personal touch. Communication with Giulia and Salvatore so easy and very responsive. We were able to organise a late check-in and took the option of the airport transfer. Salvatore picked us up and even gave us the opportunity to do some shopping in Palermo before heading out. There is a good grocery store within 15mins walk from the villa with everything you need and would recommend the Can Caus restaurant, just either get there early or make a booking, it’s popular. We found other good restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Santa Flavia station is a 30 min walk from the villa with good connections. The town itself has numerous shops etc. If you are looking for a little bit of Sicilian paradise - Giulia’s villa is the place to visit.

Great place to keep a family if you are vistiting the East coast of Sicily. Gabriella is very accommodating and very proactive in her communication. The view is amazing and very peaceful.

It was a lovely apartment in a great location and Eugenio was very responsive and gave us restaurant recommendations when asked. He also left us some wine and Sicilian delicacies on arrival, which was a nice touch. We had a great time at Eugenio’s apartment.

Saro, the property manager and the home owners exceeded our expectations. They were very gracious and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We were extremely happy with the way we were greeted, after a two (2) hour delayed arrival. The house itself was well equipped and had a brand new clothes washer. We had access to all the amenities in our private garage space. The house is located in a neighborhood where the local live their lives. We really enjoyed living there for our one (1) month stay. We felt like we became part of the community. The house is located around the corner to the beach, restaurants, and nearby towns. The house is clean and has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. We hope one day to return to Pozzallo.

The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. We were first greeted by the keyholders and they were lovely. They gave us clear instructions, tips and checked in on us during our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bathroom and kitchen were in good working order, we didn't have any issues with water or plumbing. The AC worked very well. Stunning views of the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna. If you don't rent a car, I highly recommend you have a local driver to get you around. To get to Taormina from this apartment, it took approximately 45 minutes maybe close to an hour, depending on traffic. One warning, there is no elevator, only several flights of stairs to get to the apartment. So if you have small children or mobility issues, this might not be for you. I really enjoyed staying at this apartment and would definitely come back.

Giovanni's apartment is a beautiful space, located in an ideal position to explore Palermo on foot. It feels light and airy with extremely high ceilings giving it a sense of grandeur. The welcome gifts of wine, pastries and sweets were much appreciated. Giovanni went the extra mile in making our stay as trouble free as possible. Our interests include the Opera and sailing therefore, we always time our vacation to ensure there will be a performance at the Opera House, which is just a 10 minute stroll from the apartment. Additionally it is only a 15 minute stroll to the completely revamped marina. Make sure you visit there at 19:00 to see the dancing fountains!

Lovely apartment, very clean. Had everything we needed and was very easy to get to. Right in the centre of it all.

Wir waren für eine Nacht in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Es war sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Ragusa zu erkunden, toller Blick auf Ibla. Elide hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war schnell erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil ist die feuchte Luft im Zimmer.

Incredible place to stay up in the mountains. Very quiet and remote, but not that far from town. Lovely fresh air even in august. A real treat. The house is perfect too, comfy beds and a great place to relax after some big walking days. Great friendly host too

Villa was great although the location of the villa could be better. But if you have rented a car or have your own (as we did) then it is not so problematic. Villa was clean, all looked basically the same as in the pictures. The keyholder Carmen was very supportive and helpful. Her English was not so good, but the communication was manageable. For example she helped to find transportation to the local restaurants.

Gianfranco und seine Familie haben uns sehr nett in ihrem Ferienhaus willkommen geheißen. Sie waren rund um die Uhr für Fragen und Hilfe zur Stelle und haben das Haus sehr weihnachtlich dekoriert. Das Haus hat einen schönen Außenbereich und eine schöne Dachterrasse, welche wir auf Grund des Wetters leider nicht ausgiebig nutzen konnten. Das Airbnb ist 5 Auto-Minuten vom kleinen Dörfchen Mascali unweit vom Etna entfernt und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, um die Atmosphäre nochmal im Sommer zu genießen.

la casa vacanze "Colori di Sicilia" è una villetta con giardino molto ben tenuta e ben fornita. La casa ha anche una bella vista su Salina (una delle isole Eolie) anche se è necessaria una giornata tersa per vederla in dettaglio. La casa è immersa nel verde anche se è a pochi passi da altre abitazioni e una chiesa con un campanile che segna l'ora con uno stravagante scampanellio (non fastidioso). La dotazione dell'appartamento è ottima: cucina ben fornita di pentolame, stoviglie etc. (...per essere perfetta aggiungerei una padella bassa per spadellare le paste :-) ), larga disponibilità di asciugamani e saponi da bagno, buoni i letti (...sempre per raggiungere la perfezione cambierei uno dei due materassi -è deformato, ma la cosa non disturba il riposto- ;-) ), infine il WIFI è stato molto gradito. Utili le istruzioni per la raccolta differenziata (il servizio comunale mi pare funzionare bene), anche se abbiungerei un bidone per il residuo indifferenziato (...x essere "perfetti")

We could had not have been more happy staying at Giulia’s. Rosella and her husband greeted us kindly and gave us a wonderful welcome. We even were able to check in a little earlier than expected. The interior is very tasteful, the kitchen fully equipped to cook delicious meals to dine in the garden outside. We loved it all and had a great time exploring the area. We felt the corner lot situation with front and rear gardens, are ideal. We are very grateful for this very good experience and can highly recommend the house.

Espectacular casa enfrente del mar. Nos encontramos todo perfecto, tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Sin lugar a duda recomendamos la estancia.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nell'appartamento di Francesco e non potrei essere più soddisfatto della mia esperienza! Francesco è stato un host eccezionale: sempre cordiale e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. La sua disponibilità ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L'appartamento è ben organizzato, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è fantastica, perfetta per esplorare la città. Ogni dettaglio è stato pensato con cura, rendendo l'ambiente accogliente e funzionale. Voglio ringraziare Francesco per la sua ospitalità e consiglio vivamente a chiunque di scegliere di alloggiare da lui. Non rimarrete delusi!

What a great stay and lovely family! The apartment is perfect, convenient, clean and well located. Giorgia and Mattia checked on all our needs and are so thoughtful and kind. Their mom greeted us for check-in and was super helpful; beautiful person!! We would recommend, wonderful experience.

Logement parfait pour deux personnes . L'appartement se situe dans un viel immeuble qui aurait besoin d'etre ravalé comme beaucoup à Palerme , parfaitement situé pour les principaux sites touristiques . Notez qu'il y a une cafetiere Nespresso . A part cela merci beaucoup à Maria pour ses adresses de restaurants . Enfin, si vous aimez les villes de contrastes , Palerme est fait pour vous avec des splendides moments mais aussi des quartiers necessitant une renovation urbaine. Enfin les scooters et voitures sont rois sauf dans la ZTL où la police veille Merci encore pour ce sejour

First of all: great hospitality! Maria Teresa is 100% committed to make sure her guests have a top experience. Easy communication in English. Her place is beautiful, spotless, comfortable and has great wifi. The view on the harbor is unique. One small problem we had was immediately dealt with. Location is ideal for Ortigia, especially if you’re coming by car. This really must be one of the very best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Recommended.
