Hamada is very decent, one I reserved the apartment he provided me with his contacts and shared the exact location. He contacted me the day before my arrival to notify of the unplanned utilities works in the building and offered an alternative very close apartment, which was a very clean one with amazing view. I requested to delay my check out for a couple of hours and he was very cooperative.

Karim’s property is the right place to explore Alexandria. It’s clean, well furnished and huge. I recommend this place for every one needs to enjoy a vacation.

It was great! The view to the sea and the flat were more than beautiful! We enjoyed so much! Also Mohamad was a very nice and polite person and his english was also very good.

اثناء مراسلة المضيف كان متفاعلا جدا ومرنا معنا وسريع بالاستجابة بداية استأذنته بالدخول قبل الموعد المقرر وفعلا فتح قلبه قبل بابه لنا وتعامل معنا بمنتهى الذوق والاخلاق الشقة كانت جميلة وكل شيء فيها غرفتين بأربع أسرّة واستقبال وحمام ومطبخ متكامل وثلاجة وانترنت خدمات فوق المستوى والسعر كان بسيط جدا مقابل الخدمات المقدمة اقامتنا كانت مريحة وتجربة رائعة في زيارة الاسكندرية بشواطئها وقلوب اهلها الغرف والاسرة نظيفة والصالة كبيرة والهواء منعش جدا يملأ البيت بالتأكيد تجربة لا تنسى وباذن الله سوف تتكرر وانصح فيها جميع النزلاء المحترمين والذين يبحثون عن الاجواء العائلية والراحة ..

The location on Airbnb is accurate, if you go there and let Hassan know, that you are there, he will find you easily. It is not a touristy neighbourhood, we only saw locals, which is nice and compared to Cairo, people don't bother you that much and are more laid back, only on the beach during the day time some kids will try to sell you stuff. Apartment was nice and clean, there is a security guy in the lobby. Good value and amazing view!

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

Will be really hard to describe how much I feel so welcome more then home Mr Alaa & his oncle oh my god his fantastic good communicate big hospitality the Apartment on 17 th floor the ciew in Extraordinary to the Alexandriia sea plenty Reataurent chopping place very safe I recommend Mr Alaa place we definitely come back next time enjoyed their company

I recently stayed in Alexandria for five days, and it was an incredible experience. wonderful apartment and host! the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need from appliances to toiletries. the host was super helpful and friendly during check in. we were just 2 people but it would be perfect for 2 couples. the location and view from the balcony are priceless. safety provided by the two gaurds and concierge at the building lobby is great. the building's lobby was being renovated during our stay and already we can tell it will be top notch. will definitely stay again with Dr. Aly

It is a wonderful place to stay. The location is supreme - just 5 minutes walk from the shore, with lots and lots of cafes around. The neighborhood is safe and clean. The apartment is very modern, with comfortable furniture and no clutter. the space is fashionably designed and has a very nice large balcony. The host is very responsive and comfortable to interact with. The overall impression from the place, the host and the stay is superb.

It’s a gorgeous apartment. Clean with so nice decoration and art works. It’s like a small museum. I’ve never stayed in a place with such beauty everywhere. Inside and outside. An amazing sea view. Full sea view from all rooms. The building is so convenient. There is a big Supermarket in the building, lots of restaurant in the building and around. Parking was available as well. Osama, Noura/Hala were doing everything they can to make it a great stay. I will only go to that place in Alexandria.
