This is a hidden gem, the location is right at the Anda turn off and you can spend your evenings watching the sunset from the huge balcony. The home is really well laid out and the bedrooms have good AC’s. The location is really probably better than a resort in Anda because you have shops and restaurants nearby. The locals are really kindhearted and friendly. The thing is, this rental is worth more than you pay, I hesitate saying this because I want to book it again and don’t want the price to increase, but in reality it probably should. The care taker is a wonderful gentleman who speaks English very well and can give you advice on anything you could possibly want to know about the area. I’ve stayed in the Anda area quite a few times and from now on this will be my first choice when I start looking in the area. Seriously, if you get a chance to book this rental take it, you will be very happy there.

we spent a few days at home, the host is fantastic, she will give you advice on where to eat well, which beach to go to, or where to rent a scooter from under the house, the house itself is very clean and nice, in the yard there is a large swimming pool 1 min from the house for residents of the estate which is closed and the whole nov is guarded, you can feel safe, close to a gas station and a shop and a few pubs and restaurants nearby, on the main street there are tuk tuks which you can stop at any time and use to move around the island, we highly recommend.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit tollem Pool direkt am Meer, von hier aus kann man gut Ausflüge ins Landesinnere unternehmen, z.B. zu den Chocolate Hills oder den Tarsier Reservat fahren. Das Haus ist super Ausgestattet, man kann sich also wie zuhause fühlen auch an Snacks und Getränke wurde gedacht und man kann diese zu einem sehr fairen Preis einfach aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen. Von der Dachterasse kann man neben dem Sonnenaufgang auch wunderbar die Schildkröten in der kleinen Bucht vor dem Haus beobachten.

If you are booking based on reviews and you see this one only has 3, I feel you if you are hesitant. But it was a really nice place , quiet, comfortable, spacious and Emee was really kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Best budget friendly accommodation, very affordable,comfortable to all travelers.The host was great,very accommodating and responsive to all my needs.Motorbike available and very affordable price.The house was wonderful  and the location was also great,easy to find and close to many popular tourist spots. I had a wonderful stay and  highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area.I'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay here. Arlyn cooked for us and it was some of the best food we had in the Philippines. We loved snorkeling from the private beach. A wonderful, relaxing place to explore the eastern side and inland of Bohol.

Wir haben ganz spontan eine Nacht vorher gebucht und die Kommunikation mit Fatima und Mario verlief absolut reibungslos. Die beiden haben extrem schnell geantwortet und waren sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ein echtes Highlight war der Balkon! Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön, ein perfekter Ort zum Verweilen und Entspannen. Wer eine ruhige und charmante Unterkunft direkt am Wasser sucht, wird hier auf jeden Fall glücklich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a comfortable stay at JJJ's Transient House Rental! The house was very spacious and perfect for our group of 20. The location was ideal—close to the city yet still peaceful. The bathroom was large and convenient, and the kitchen was clean and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was great for those in our group working remotely. Overall, our stay was awesome! The caretakers and host were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and quick to assist with our needs. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panglao or Tagbilaran, Bohol, and we would love to stay here again!
