What a gem! If you're looking for a cozy and homey place, especially for a longer stay, this is the perfect choice. It’s a well-equipped, personal home and not just a basic, minimal-effort apartment. The terrace was huge and got tons of sunlight. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Short walk to the beach. Jon-Paul was an amazing host - super friendly and made you feel really welcome. Highly recommended!

good Airbnb in a great location. 30 minutes to everything on foot. like other reviews, the apartment is somewhat dark and can be noisy due to parking garage opening right next to the windows in the apartment and also thin floors from the upstairs neighbor. earplugs will solve these issues. kitchen has everything you need to cook. the washer was easy to use. I would stay here again.

Good value for money. Clean and well equipped apartment, located at 6 minute walking distanceto the center. Also, the view on the balcony is really nice. A big plus also for the parking spot, really useful.

El apartamento está en una ubicación inmejorable! No podría ser mejor. Tiene mucho espacio y es muy soleado. Manuel es el mejor anfitrión que puedas desear, responde a todo muy rápido y si hay algún problema siempre está ahí para resolverlo lo más rápido posible, por ejemplo cambiar una nevera en cuestión de dos horas! También fue bastante flexible en cuanto a los horarios de entrada y salida.

A very neat and cozy apartment in an excellent location. Recently renovated (October 2024 review) means it has everything you need, and is “modern” but not “soulless”. I enjoyed breakfasts on the little patio overlooking the garden, and proximity to lovely running routes along the promenade/s. A 24/7 guarded secure entrance makes this perfect for a solo female traveler like I was on this trip. Value for money is very good, would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a pretty little apartment within a beautiful private setting. It is in a secure gated development with lots of good restaurants nearby. Positioned on a hill allows for amazing views and sunsets but it might be a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues. This apartment provides privacy and tranquility.

We enjoyed our night, despite the rain storm. The view of the ocean was amazing. It made for a cozy way to watch the storm. Thankful for the short walk across the little street for great food at MUSALIMA. Service and food was delicious. The later check out at noon was an added bonus. We were able to get out early and walk the beach, grab something for breakfast and head back to shower before heading to old town. I can only imagine how wonderful this place is later in the spring and summer. The amenities were perfect. We made tea with the electric kettle provided and the basket of teas. The coffee pot was perfect for a small cup in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathroom had wonderful smelling soap and shampoo. I do notice many of the places here in Spain do not provide washcloths. I recommend traveling with one. Our host responded quickly to questions about which bus to take- (the 7) … it was the last station and we walked across the street our building. Perfect!

Apartment was clean and tidy. Location was extremely convenient being located in and amongst everything yet still quiet at night. Ekaterina was a great host with great communication.

Walter is a wonderful and accommodating host. His communication was clear and efficient and kind. We did self check in and it was so easy. The apt was perfect for 2 people for our 1 night stay and we would have loved to stay longer, and will definitely be back. Walter has upgraded the unit to include usb charging ports and a nice towel heating rack in the bathroom. Very cool!

The stay was great. The space is exactly as in the photos, beautiful, and close to everything that is important. We left the car in the parking lot, and from there, we did everything on foot. The space comfortably accommodates two couples and is well-equipped for short stays like ours. The only feedback I’d like to share is about the keys: it’s not ideal that everyone has to download an app to unlock the door, and the app doesn’t work well on iOS—it let us down twice. But overall, it was a great stay, and we loved Seville.

Endroit avec une vue superbe sur la mer depuis un appartement vraiment très agréable ! Plage à 10 minutes à pied avec une promenade de bord de mer proposant de nombreux restaurants et autres commerces. Proche de Malaga où les musées de manquent pas et pour les loueurs de voiture l'Alhambra est à une heure trente tout comme Gibraltar. Ces information sont pour les voyageurs du début de l'année, nous ne savons pas pour la haute saison comment cela se passe...
