This is a cozy little cottage with a cozy little yard, in a lovely neighborhood just a few blocks from amazing beaches. Town has great restaurants(though a bit of a hike). Kitchen is very well equipped and fully functional. The space may be a little cramped if you’re a larger person, but it’s a cottage, that’s the deal. For dog owners: this is a fabulous walking spot, and at the same time your dog can be isolated from passersby, in the back yard. There are no sidewalks but everyone walks in the steer, traffic is very slow, and everyone is pleasant, chill and friendly. There is a LOT of construction gong on nearby (in March 2025), if this might bother you ask Sean if it’s still happening. It didn’t bother us (or our hyper vigilant dog) at all and is only 8-5.

very nice house. cozy, clean and neat. many details that tell about the history of the house and its owners. feels how hospitable and kind in this house. the house has everything you need, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. thoughtful many details for a comfortable stay. WONDERFUL collection of music! created the necessary atmosphere for relaxing on the lake. great view of the lakes. will definitely come back again! thank you

Charming little cabin, well appointed, comfortable accommodations during a winter stay, would recommend to anyone who enjoys exploring the outdoors and wants to visit the Feather River Canyon. Liz was very helpful and responsive.

This is a great little studio that is close to the beach (a 5 min walk) and I will definitely be coming back soon! It’s a small studio with a cute little patio. The neighborhood is quiet and you are close to town.

It was a nice stay! It felt like home. The neighbourhood is very quiet and at the same time, it is in a walkable distance to the ocean (~6 min). 5 bikes were a very nice addition to our activities!

I spend a lot of time in the area and the accomodations at this beach house were superior! Will definitely return. Very nice home.

Laura’s place was spot on for our short stay. Beach was a stones throw away, which is where the kids wanted to spend their time. The place was perfect, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Detailed instructions for the apartment to go alongside the stay and useful local information.

Amazing host and amazing Airbnb

This home was perfect for our trip to Palisades Ski Resort — 15 min to the mountain and walkable to the lake and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the home was very clean. The host, Kathy, was very communicative and provided recommendations, clear instructions, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay again!

This place at Three Rivers was superb. Very clean, spacious, beautiful and super cozy. Backyard has amazing views with great hot tub! The host, Pam, was very friendly, super responsive, and very helpful! We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and had a fabulous experience.

We had a great time at Seascape. The home was right by the beach and playground, also central location to lots of places by Santa Cruz and Monterey. The home was spacious for three adults, a toddler and baby. It was also very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting and very private. The ocean view from the house is truly breathtaking. We enjoyed watching surfers being towed in by jet skis to ride the waves. The beach was great and we enjoyed going for walks and collecting sea glass and sand dollars. We even got to see people on horseback on the beach. The layout of the house is wonderful and we had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and it was nice to be able to control the temperatures in individual rooms. This is a really special place and we are really happy we were able to stay for three nights. Our daughter is a student at CSUMB, and we hope to make this our spot when we come up from San Diego to visit. Thank you for being so responsive and helpful.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

We had a fantastic stay! The home was incredibly clean, and the layout was perfect for families. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the Pack 'n Play, toddler chair, kids' dining table, and dark curtains that made nap time easier. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the emergency supplies, like flashlights, were a great touch. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the location within Tahoe Donner was ideal—fun for the kids and just a short drive to Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for other families. Thanks Sean.

The place is great! Beautiful location and great access to private beach. It’s one room as described, equipped kitchen and dining. Although it says for 4 people, 2 people have to use the sofas to sleep. Good for couple and 2 children. I would definitely recommend this place and location.

We had an amazing 4 night stay, the condo was in a great location and was well stocked with everything we needed. You can tell that Jo is an experienced super host, every little detail was thought of. We had cool weather but even when we stayed indoors, we were able to enjoy the beautiful views right from the living room. It was a short 10-15 min drive to anywhere we wanted to go in town to get food or supplies. The beds were also very comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

My Son an I did a 5 day stay. The place was very centrally located on the pacific coast. The place was very cozy, clean and comfortable with outstanding ocean views from everywhere in the cabin. Good parking for two vehicles. Weather was so so, but did not hindered us a bit. We hiked at Muir Woods, the overlook and the beach all within 5 minutes away. We were able to go to San Francisco multiple times 35 minutes to do half day lunches or dinners and Sausalito 20 minutes. Yeshi was very responsive when we communicated, but really needed little assistance. The home is older and very charming. It reminded me of my own house growing up. Would definitely stay here again.

A unique and gorgeous house with great views and easy access to the beach. This house had that perfect mix for a rental, very clean with owners things put away but still has everything you need - kitchen supplies, games, etc. The fireplace was lovely on cold, windy mornings. And the location is perfect. Short drive south to Monterey and north to Santa Cruz gave us lots of options for entertaining the kids!

We had an amazing trip with our daughters family! We all absolutely loved the house and the area, and can't wait to come back and stay again!!! Janet was more than willing to do anything to make our stay perfect! It was my 50th birthday and she even hung up Happy Birthday banner for me :-) Thank you, Janet for everything! The house was clean, with beautiful surroundings and great accommodations. The area is quiet, with easy access to town. Our favorite part of the house, aside from the easy access to the beach, was the Press Room - a small building with a bar, games, and press clippings adorning the walls. Overall, my family and I would happily stay here again.
