The location and amenities were excellent. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. We hope to stay again.

Just as listed. The unit is a little dated and could use some cosmetic repairs/updates, but it had everything my daughter and I needed. Being right on the beach was perfect.

I had an incredible stay at Edyta’s condo unit. As soon as I walked in the unit, it was completely clean and beautiful. Edyta supplied me with month’s supply of dish washing pods, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and dryer sheets. (Other locations have not been so generous) All of her appliances were top notch and in perfect condition. Everything was decorated nicely. I felt very comfortable during my stay which is greatly appreciated since I stayed for a couple months. Edyta was very quick to respond and address anything I needed. Thank you !

Stunning Views & Clean beyond clean. This place was extremely clean-on a different level, like an upscale resort-exactly what you want when staying in someone else’s home. The floor was shiny, the towels were good quality. The condo was well equipped with everything you need, you did not need anything addition except you own food. The beach supplies, towels umbrellas, I think even boogie boards were all in very good shape. The host left some fishing supplies that were convenient to fish right in front of the condo under the bridge. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. It was the best airbnb stay we’ve had. We were extremely comfortable and can’t wait to rebook again with them.

Excellent place to stay. Spotless, and in a great safe, classy location. The communication was impeccable, especially considering I booked this stay very last minute. Would love to visit again.

We loved our stay here! The condo is new, quiet, and clean! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the wildlife and boats pass by! Our family also really loved the pool and hot tub! We would love to return again some day!

Stayed with my young adult daughter for a week and had a great time! The accommodations were very thoughtful, clean and intentional. From coolers and beach toys to sunscreen, a kitchen ready to cook in, along with local recommendations for all things to do Rex made us feel as that he truly cared about our stay :)

Great place to stay. Clean and cute with everything we needed. Location is perfect. The pool area is beautiful and we loved and made good use of the loaner bikes. Will definitely come back.

Perfection location!!! Easy walk, bike ride, or drive with free parking to the Shark Tooth Capital of the world! Shark teeth are everywhere! The thrill of the hunt is fun for all ages!!! The sunsets are amazing!Awesome biking riding trails nearby. We even saw dolphins while riding the trail along the intercostal waterway! Area has great restaurants, along with much to explore in Venice and nearby towns - golf, thrift shopping, farmers markets, classic car dealership with great showroom, lots of live music venues. We drove South to join our favorite Capt on a fishing and remote island shelling adventure. So much to do - we needed more time! The house even has a heated private pool surrounded by palm trees - a great escape! Highly recommend!

The house was better than the pictures - location was perfect for short random trips to the store. It was easy to baby proof the house with littles. It was so clean that it felt like we were staying in a brand new home. Thank you guys!

We just wrapped up a very nice one week vacation and stay. Kathleen and her husband were incredibly flexible at both check-in and check-out and they went above and beyond to help us. Throughout the trip Kathleen and her husband were very communicative and they came to the property onsite several times to assist with a few small property challenges that came up which were out of their control. The pool and patio area is the highlight of their property. It is so peaceful and cozy and the pool was the perfect temperature and very well maintained. The second highlight of their place is the kitchen which is by far the best stocked kitchen at an Airbnb we have ever experienced. Third, we very much appreciated the abundance of beach gear and baby/kid gear they have onsite. The setup of the house is slightly non-traditional with some sliding doors to shut rooms off but overall we had a great stay. 5-7 minute walk to beach is accurate. Beds were very comfy.

Stayed here last year… we loved it so much .. we had to come back. Jane was a wonderful host like always. A couple of hiccups this time and as always Jane and her team was there to fix it in seconds. We love the location. It’s close to everything. And 10 minutes from siesta key. Thank you again for hosting another great year for us! We will be back soon!

The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our family had a great week, and Mihai was very responsive and helpful.

It’s always a challenge to find a home big enough for our large family, and Han’s house was just right! The 5 bedrooms were very accommodating, and the full garage space was a great place for the kids to play ping pong. They also enjoyed endless hours in the hot tub. The pool was not heating, but Han was very available and had the pool service guys out to work on it. We had a great trip to Florida, and would come back!

Leyla's property was perfect for our stay. Came to visit our grandkids who lived in North Port and gave us a great spot to relax at the end of the night.

Absolutely loved the condo… the patio views and sunsets, the location (a mile or so from downtown and great parks) the walkable area to the best margaritas and good food at Wicked Cantina! We will definitely stay here again!

Michele’s place and her hospitality were awesome. Nice view from the balcony to a canal to the gulf, kitchen very well equipped, excellent condo gym and very nice pool. She provides the unit with convenient groceries/ cleaning staff that makes you feel as if you were at home from the beginning. She is always attentive and responsive. We will surely go back someday!

We had a wonderful stay here. It had everything that we needed and the location is fantastic. There were some minor problems, but Franco was responsive and took care of things. There was a need for some updating on a few things but everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Fantastic place. We have stayed at a ton of places, this was the best, most intuitive and well appointed pad. Great kitchen with all the basics and more. Great views and super quiet. My only reservation is providing such a stellar review will mean this place is unavailable when I need to next visit Sarasota. Mean it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Martha ! l'appartement était impeccable, conforme aux photos et à la description (et même plus grand que ce à quoi je m'attendais!). Nous avions une superbe vue chaque jour depuis le balcon et le soir pour les coucher de soleil ! A 5 minutes du centre ville et de son marché (tous les samedis matin). La situation géographique est parfaite pour profiter et visiter toutes les environs de Sarasota (Siesta Key, Lido Key, Caspersen beach... jusqu'à Anna Maria Island). La piscine est également très agréable pour faire une pause en journée (grande et peu fréquentée). Martha a été une excellente hôte, très réactive et a répondu très vite à nos messages. La communication a toujours été rapide et surtout très agréable. Pour résumer : ce fut un séjour parfait !

It's a renovated hotel room, which makes it quite cozy. It's on the corner so pretty quiet. No complaints at all, I'd book again.
