Just as listed. The unit is a little dated and could use some cosmetic repairs/updates, but it had everything my daughter and I needed. Being right on the beach was perfect.

this is my second year in a row coming down to siesta key and I have always stayed here. walking distance from everything but yet this place is quiet and peaceful. it is a diamond in the ruff.

Kristin is a wonderful host. Every time I emailed her I received a answer within a hour. location is great as a quick walk to beach, local restaurants and shoppes, pool is very clean and nice. Overall from host, to location the facility is a 5 .

Excellent location on Siesta Key directly across from the public beach and walkable to the village for meals or provisions. The 2nd floor unit is big with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a sitting area looking right at the beach. The master bed is super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need like home so we stocked up on groceries for the stay. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and boogie boards in the storage unit and even a cooler. You have easy access to both the north and south pass of the key and we spent time in both areas. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great location and easily accessible. Even though the weather wasn't great when we stayed we still enjoyed relaxing by the pool!

Betsy’s place was the perfect location for our stay! The view of the water from our balcony was peaceful & beautiful. We enjoyed the beachy ambience inside, and everything we needed was provided. Short drive to beaches and many good restaurants. We would highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

Very nice place to stay. Location is convenient to pools, restaurants tennis/Pickleball courts and the beach. Condo was adequately stocked with the supplies we needed. Bed was very comfortable.

Absolutely pristine location! Just a few feet off Tampa Bay with great piers for fishing and crabbing. Bring your nets and enjoy a crab fest. This is the perfect spot for nature lovers. The home itself is fully stocked and pristine all redone and brand new since the last hurricane. We enjoyed day trips to Venice, Sarasota, and Saint Pete Beach, as well as Tampa, and Saint Petersburg. Wayne is a generous and thoughtful host who kept great communication. Book it! You will love it.

Location was perfect. Water views makes this place a total plus for us. Although it needs updates from wear and tear and could use painting. Had one minor problem with door sticking do to heat. Our host came out the same night to fix. It is a great location and we would come back again.

Great stay! Host was more than accommodating and very responsive throughout the entire weekend. Beautiful property and outdoor setup couldn’t have been better. Definitely would recommend!

Our family of 5s very 1st AirB&B stay and it did not disappoint. Cottage was exactly as described and CLEAN. We acquired a boat this year and used one of the boat slips provided. Host was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay. I personally have been coming to resorts and hotels on LBK and Anna Maria for over 30 years and this place had everything we needed plus more. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

This was not our first visit to Juan’s place and we’ll certainly be back! The place continues to be perfectly kept, quiet, safe, and comfortable. Juan is responsive and easy to interact with and remains one of the best hosts!

A wonderful little place, in a great community on a beautiful island. A very special location for sure. Private, but close to all kinds of fun in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Lots to do in the community and lots of great restaurants.

Location could not be better. Sooo relaxing and beautiful! Very clean and well stocked and updated place. We enjoy the heated pool a lot as well since the weather was cold. Condo was Close to everything. Beach and the view was beautiful! We can’t wait to come back. Loved our dinner at the summer house as well and the siesta village and our kayak tour on the bay.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! Fantastic location! Lori is an amazing host! Very responsive, accommodating and very friendly! Condo is exactly as stated and felt like home.

We are already looking to see when we can come back to Florida and stay in Daniel's rental again! It has everything you need, it is well-kept, and it is close to everything you want/need (the beach, Detwiler's, Publix, stores, restaurants). It is in a safe location. The Shorewalk ammenities (pools and hot tubs) are nice as well. Even though one pool's heater was broken, there was another pool to choose from and two hot tubs. He checked-in with us to make sure check-in went well and to make sure that our stay was going well. Daniel provided thorough instructions and recommendations for everything you could possibly need. He was a great host with a great home away from home!
