Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

The condo was lovely, all of the furniture was comfortable and lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking equipment and plenty of dishes and glasses. The beds were comfortable and linens very nice. The location was really good, close to Publix and short drive to restaurants. Short walk to the beach. We have stayed in many different homes and condos on Anna Maria over the past 15 years and this one rates as one of the top . The only drawback for us was climbing the stairs as we are past 70 now and not as nimble as we used to be😬. Brian was a great host! We highly recommend this condo!

I spent 2 weeks here and it was perfect. from the great condo, to the pool and clubhouse, to the friendly folks at the pool, to the free library of books in the clubhouse. the pool is a short stroll away and there is a hot tub. also another pool and hot tub nearby. pickle ball, shuffle board , bocce,etc. so close to many attractions, beaches, frozen custard!!!, and great restaurants. 5 star stay and a 10 star host to boot. thx Monica.

Zoya’s place at the Sea Shell was great! We arrived a little early and she helped us check in a little early. Our vehicles didn’t fit in the designated parking spot so she helped us navigate those waters and helped with parking passes. Overall, it was a very clean, convenient location with direct access to the beach. I would happily stay again. Thanks Zoya and Alex!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo on Anna Maria Island! The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was in the perfect location—close to the beach, shops, and all the island has to offer. We especially loved spending time by the pool. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a great stay !! The location very convenient ! Very nice and place ! Has 2 bathrooms ! Access to the back yard with a nice pond view ! It has balls and games for the family to use ! And chairs to take to the beach ! Will be back ! Totally recommend !

This was a perfect place to vacation and rest. The beach felt so private and accommodating as far as beach chairs and umbrellas go. The sand was combed daily and was like crushed velvet under our feet. We saw dolphins every single day! The condo is in the perfect location to watch the sun set every day. The views were out of this world... We did not want to leave. Next year we will book for longer! Thank you!

Beautifully appointed 3rd floor space. Amazing view of the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and bars. Sandy pathway from the rear of the home lands you right on the beach (the end that is less congested). The interior has a large open comfortable living space. Great linens and a comfortable king size bed. Bathroom is large and spacious as well. You won't be disappointed if you book this space for your time at the beach!

Sandra’s place was perfect for our little staycation in the St. Pete/Tampa area! It was a great location and wasn’t too far from a lot of places/restaurants near downtown. The backyard was also very peaceful and quiet and we had a great time utilizing the outdoor space. Everything was very clean when we arrived and it was so nice having the mini kitchenette with the refrigerator. If we’re ever in the area, we’ll definitely look into booking Sandra’s place again :)

The place was great! Very comfy. The best part was the it had a pool and direct beach access. Not to mention she had a lot of great beach/pool items in the condo that we could use!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic place. We have stayed at a ton of places, this was the best, most intuitive and well appointed pad. Great kitchen with all the basics and more. Great views and super quiet. My only reservation is providing such a stellar review will mean this place is unavailable when I need to next visit Sarasota. Mean it!

If you’re going to AMI, look no further than Jean’s home. This condo was absolutely perfect. Coming from the airport for a beach vacation, this condo has everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, games, etc. The condo is so clean and has a great starter welcome package for all your needs. And you cannot beat the location. A block to the beach and you can walk to the plaza with shops and Publix. Jean is so nice and responsive. Sent us a list with great descriptions of the restaurants and things to do. Just so helpful. I will definitely stay with Jean again. She is so kind and we just loved her home. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great upgrade from the last time we stayed since the hurricane. Everything was updated nicely and the unit has everything you would need

We had such a great time during our stay. This is a great location in a family friendly area. We felt safe walking to everything and the surrounding restaurants did not disappoint. The host was great at communicating. This is a great little beach place, literally steps from the beach. The added chairs and umbrellas/wagon were an added bonus, but made the trip that much more enjoyable. We hope to come back again :)

This place was PERFECT! Beautifully decorated to match the beach aesthetic. Literally a one minute walk to the beach! I loved that the place had plenty of towels (both bath and beach), every kitchen utensil and cooking dish you could think of. (We travelled with a teen, a 6 year old and a 10 month old for a week so we cooked a lot.) There was plenty of bedding to use (we enjoyed being able to bring the kids out to the living room and use the pull out sofa for a family movie/game night). There were board games there to use and the biggest plus was the owner was nice enough to allow us to use the accessories he had for the beach at no additional charge. (Beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats). WiFi worked great. AC worked great. Communication was seamless! Told my spouse I couldn’t wait to go back again. Russell and Cindy were incredible to work with. Highly recommend!

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to the beach! Enjoyed drinking my morning coffee while sitting in the window watching the sun come up over the channel behind the condo. Nice docks with spots to launch and store our paddleboards. Couple of furniture/appliance issues that were due for repair/replacement but nothing that was a problem worth bringing up at the time. Bed was firm. Would stay there again.

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

Suzanne was very responsive, the residence was clean, spacious and well equipped. Will definitely stay again.

Our family had a blast at this place! The proximity to the beach and the pool is incredible. The full size kitchen allowed us to eat in as much as we wanted, but we also enjoyed some dock side restaurants for dinners. It was a relaxing break for our family. Heidi was an awesome host and made sure that we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond with her responsiveness. We highly recommend this location and this host!
