What an adorable beautiful condo! The interior was fun and eclectic, furnishings were tastefully arranged and comfy. Our kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our weekend. The exterior community was beautiful with an amazing pool and clubhouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to all of our family and friends 😊

We had a great stay at Denise's plave at th Burns Court suites! The apartment style suite was ideal for what we were looking for. The location was perfect. You could walk to the waterfront in one direction and to the downtown area in another. There were lots of boutiques, restaurants and plenty to do! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect, including the breathtaking view. The condo is beautiful and so clean! The location couldn’t have been better. The host was extremely responsive with our questions and we had everything we needed. We’re already looking forward to returning and making our next reservation!

We enjoyed our stay with Gertrude Rentals for our babymoon. Our unit was on the bayside, but it was a nice walk to the beach. The instructions for everything were easy to follow and thorough. The weather wasn’t great during our stay so we didn’t use the pools, but they would have been convenient to use. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some meals on one day. We also enjoyed the convenience of the private beach with chairs and lounge chairs provided. All of the amenities made our stay so easy and fun.

Suzette’s place was exactly as described. Well-worth every penny. The place was extremely clean and well-kept. Thank you John for your flexibility with the late plane! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! There is a regular coffee pot, not a Keurig. This is not a negative, just something to note as you pack so you'll be prepared! The street can be loud at times but the glassed in patio doors were perfect at keeping the noise at bay. We love Siesta Key and would 10/10 recommend this property. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a wagon to help us on our beach days. You'll love it here!

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

A wonderful little place, in a great community on a beautiful island. A very special location for sure. Private, but close to all kinds of fun in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Lots to do in the community and lots of great restaurants.

Both the individual unit and the community/development that it is in contributed to a wonderful five week stay that my wife and I had. We were able to wake up to (or sometimes sleep through) a beautiful view of sunrise over Tampa Bay and often took advantage of that view later in the day having lunch on the patio overlooking the water. The availability of six pickleball courts in the community was a key factor in our decision to rent from Cori, and we used these courts often during our stay. The pool and hot tub were also attractive aspects of the development. We also appreciated the ease of parking right outside Cori's unit, As to the individual unit, the bedrooms were a nice size, with more than adequate closet space. The dining room table for four was quite functional, the living room, with its TV, couch and chairs, provided a comfortable way to spend our evenings when we weren't out. Cori's communication with us was outstanding, from rental through checkout.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! Lea’s place is absolutely beautiful! Can we talk about kitchen? Literally everything you need, Which was a huge plus. Everything is within walking distance. My kids had a great time at the pool and fishing in the back. Very peaceful by the water. 10/10 ! The location of Lea’s place was an absolute lifesaver. This place is exactly how it is pictured and exceeded my expectations when I walked in.

We had a great week away from the Midwest at Cody’s place! The condo was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony each day while watching the sunrise over the beach! The view to the beach was beautiful! The beach was a very short walk from the condo. The condo pool was clean and the temperature was perfect! The location was also a plus! Very walkable (we did not have a car) to the grocery store, coffee shops, and a variety of restaurants and local hangouts. The locals were so friendly and fun to chat with! Cody was great at checking in on us and making sure everything was as we needed! Our check-in and out was easy. Cody was very clear with directions to make everything smooth. The gentleman at the condo office was super friendly and helpful as well. This was our 2nd visit to this condo (1st time with Cody), and we would definitely go back or recommend this unit to someone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Fantastic place. We have stayed at a ton of places, this was the best, most intuitive and well appointed pad. Great kitchen with all the basics and more. Great views and super quiet. My only reservation is providing such a stellar review will mean this place is unavailable when I need to next visit Sarasota. Mean it!

My friends and I had a fantastic time! The location was excellent for us snowbirds! The place was nicely decorated and peaceful. We were glad to see that the space accommodated my friend’s walker. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our homemade meals. We watched the sunrise from the balcony. The beach was a three-minute walk- perfect for a quiet morning walk and to watch the sunset in the evening. Donna, the host, was responsive to my phone calls whenever I had questions. We created great memories. Thank you.

I looked for MONTHS to find a home that would accommodate my group. Not only was there enough space, but it was minutes away from where we needed to be all week. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and answered any and all questions so quickly. This was the best stocked kitchen our group has ever had and we rent 3+ homes every year. The 5 bathrooms were SO convenient as well. The home is BEAUTIFUL and is tucked away and in a safe and gorgeous neighborhood right off a golf course. Will definitely be looking to stay here again if we can! Thank you Hosts!

Vlad was a great host! We did get to meet him on the first day of our stay, he stopped by to ensure everything was cleaned(messaging to ensure it was okay first)! He was welcoming & very accommodating, with so many recommendations and the willingness to ensure we enjoyed every part of our stay. The house was perfect, it was just the right size for our group as well as being loaded with everything we could think of or need! Definitely would recommend this beach stay to have all your beach supplies already available to you for when you arrive!

The house was better than the pictures - location was perfect for short random trips to the store. It was easy to baby proof the house with littles. It was so clean that it felt like we were staying in a brand new home. Thank you guys!

Bettina was a wonderful host. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need....coffee, filters, laundry detergent, toilet paper, even a coffee grinder. Not by any means a full list. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Beaches were beautiful and close by, however a lot of traffic to and from, but don't let this be a deterrent. Communication was excellent and any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. This is the second time we have stayed at one of Bettina's homes. She keeps them well maintained, both inside and out. We stayed three months and enjoyed our time very much.

We loved our stay at the Longboat Key Beach House. The home was spacious and comfortable, and a great location - short walk to the beach and close to several restaurants. Also, truly appreciate Debbie & Dave’s efforts to rehab the home - fantastic job!

The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, the people were friendly, and it was a safe place for walking and biking. The back yard was so nice, we enjoyed the fire pit and patio. Our absolute favorite part of the home was the outdoor rain shower, what a wonderful experience! Also we had a few things come up that required attention and Roman responded quickly every time, he was great to work with and we really appreciated all he did. We loved it here so much that we extended our stay by adding 2 more weeks.

This place was perfect for our group, we stayed before a cruise and it was big and spacious for us to get out of cramped cars as hang out! We were within driving distance to anything we needed!

Great house and very responsive hosts. We had a wonderful stay at Tom & Jodie’s place. The neighborhood is perfect for those seeking a peaceful mature community. The property description and amenities are accurately listed. We felt right at home upon arrival. Our stay was extra special because of the community’s absolutely gorgeous Christmas decorations. We drove through the neighborhood several evenings just to enjoy all of the wonderful lights and decor. We would not hesitate to stay at Tom & Jodie's place the next time we are in the area.
