Wish we found it without the airbnb fees, but that's on us, not Randy! AND, we wouldn't have found it without the listing on it. Loved the location, home, actually someone cooked every night, and the kitchen was stocked. Randy was on all of our questions and pool heater problem was fixed with a brand new heater immediately the next day. Wish we could fit 10 next time, but house only holds 8, and that is exactly what we had this time. Grill could use an update, but kitchen extremely equipped for all sorts of cooking and meals for 8 of us! Super comfy home. Thank you!

Nice place! Plenty of sleeping areas for multiple people. Super quick to respond to any questions we had or things that came up during our stay. Pool was great! Definitely a MUST HAVE for any vacation.

Beautiful house just like the pictures. The beach accessories were a great bonus. The pool area was enjoyable and relaxing. Our group of 8 had a great time and would highly recommend.

This was our second stay in this stunning home. Jennifer and Amy were excellent to work with. They respond to communication promptly and authentically cared that we had the perfect stay. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. My husband and I are already talking about returning. Highly recommend!!!

Wow! What an amazing week at this property. The hosts assisted with any questions we had. The property was perfectly located for access to the beach and local restaurants. It was a perfect size for a large family and the pool was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect home in SK!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in was perfect and the instructions were well detailed. There are plenty of games and activities in the house to use and enjoy time with the family. The house was very clean and is located just off a main road that has plenty of dining options. Stefan was great and very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Loved our time there and Tammy was great about communications. Our only suggestion would be to add a dresser to the bedroom that doesn’t have a closet or en-suite

I looked for MONTHS to find a home that would accommodate my group. Not only was there enough space, but it was minutes away from where we needed to be all week. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and answered any and all questions so quickly. This was the best stocked kitchen our group has ever had and we rent 3+ homes every year. The 5 bathrooms were SO convenient as well. The home is BEAUTIFUL and is tucked away and in a safe and gorgeous neighborhood right off a golf course. Will definitely be looking to stay here again if we can! Thank you Hosts!

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s home. This was our first time coming to AMI since the hurricane. Kathleen was sure to send updated photos of the interior following repairs. There were still some repairs needed on the exterior (various exposed construction and holes in soffits). However this did not significantly impact our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the natural shower gels, shampoo and abundance of sunscreen. There were numerous beach toys as described and the beach wagon came in handy. The space felt a little tight with two families (with somewhat older children) but would be perfect for young kids given the quantity of toys and activities. We had an issue with the interior locks at one point but this was handled well by the host. Overall we had a nice experience. Thank you!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Escape to Paradise from December through March! The support they provided for me while I enjoyed my winter in their beautiful home was wonderful. The area is quiet and is very close to shopping and most importantly the ocean! During my stay, my children came to visit me and they enjoyed the comfort of this beautiful four bedroom home with a spacious living room and dining room that will seat10 people. If you are coming with little ones, they even have a Porta crib and a high chair. My family really enjoyed being able to take the wagon and folding beach chairs to the ocean. The amenities that they supply are amazing! Little things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, creamer and sugar! They responded to any questions I had with in minutes! They made my stay very comfortable. I highly recommend staying in this lovely home!

The space allowed our family to be together, but also have privacy. Michael was an excellent host and cared about our family’s needs. We were in town for our son’s wedding and the “Family Fun House” was truly special!

We highly recommend this listing! It was exactly what we needed for our family trip: perfectly located near family, the main strip (easy Uber!), and Siesta Key (short drive). The heated pool and backyard were a fantastic bonus. The updated interior and unique A-frame design were also great. The upstairs master suite provided a nice separation. The kids loved their room with the pull-out and pool view. The spacious kitchen was ideal for our group. We'll definitely be back! Plus, check-in and check-out were super easy.

The place was so nice with so much to do! Christina and John are wonderful hosts. We would definitely rent their place again!

Jeff & Lyn were great! Always extremely responsive and house was perfect with a fantastic pool and hot tub setting. Highly recommend for kids with the play area and fenced in pool. Only 15 minutes from siesta key. Our entire stay was amazing.

My family and I stayed here for 10 days and we can say it was one of the best stays. Our flight landed early and we reached out to the host to ask for an early check in, they responded back fast and were able to accommodate us. Once inside the house everything was clean and the kids went right into the pool which was also very clean. Overall we felt right at home and the whole stay was 10/10!

This home is perfectly located for all beach and ocean activity. It was extremely convenient to our activities. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and yet an easy walk to many activities, restaurants, shopping. The interior of the home has been freshly done and was easy to use. The pool was especially perfect for our family’s use. It was a delightful home in all regards.

We were able to book a 3 night stay last minute and the hosts were super easy to work with. The house was more than we needed and everything available to make our stay enjoyable. They were quick to respond and answer questions. House is super clean and location allowed us to get to the beach and away from it when needed. We appreciate the space that allowed us to relax and unwind after a busy week.

Our family had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, private, warm pool with flotations. Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils, pans etc. House was clean. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Washer/dryer. Beach coolers, chairs and umbrellas available. Hope to return.

Our family of 12 enjoyed are stay here. The house and pool were plenty big enough for all of us. We had a couple of mechanical issues with the pool and the host answered our messages quickly and resolved the problems as quickly as they could. The house was also clean. The house is walking distance to the Pirates stadium if you’re interested in that. Something worth noting although this has nothing to do with the house, the neighborhood is in transition. There are some nice restaurants, two breweries, and a couple of parks close by and also some not as nice areas/places. This house is definitely the biggest/nicest house in the neighborhood.

This place was wonderful. The pool lanai was amazing. The home is close to everything and has bars restaurants within walking distance.
