Debra was a great host and the Airbnb was in an awesome location - a quick walk across the street to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay.

great stocked kitchen. thanks for the extra garbage bags and plenty of paper towel and dish detergent. didn't end up using the dishwasher. beautiful view of the water with the side window and front window. saw dolphins several times and saw about 10 green parakeets flying over. difficult for seniors. no table to eat on or play cards. king bed a bit high. twin beds a bit too soft. nice being next to Publix. thanks. we had a beautiful stay.

The place was great, we went to the races so only came in and out. Looking to come back soon to enjoy the peace and quiet by the river and do some fishing. And hopefully back next year for some races. Thanks Rick

This home is very clean with comfortable beds on a quiet canal. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Carlos has supplied everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to all forms of entertainment (games, puzzles, beach supplies, picklepall, corn hole, kayaks, and bicycles). Carlos is an exceptional host. During our stay, the washing machine went out. He responded quickly having one delivered as soon as he could and gave us a gift card for our inconvenience. We will definitely be back next year. If you are considering this home, do not hesitate to book!

Our stay was great! The place was clean & well furnished with many extras & thoughtful amenities. Joe was very helpful at check in & readily available to answer questions. Definitely a place to stay & revisit! Can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely loved this place! Owners were so quick to respond when needed, and the community felt like home. Right around the village and the beach! The back area was absolutely beautiful- watching boats, seeing dolphins, and sitting on the dock. We would definitely come back!

The property is centrally located and walkable to John's Pass. The unit was clean and if we were planning to go to the beach it was well stocked and ready. We did have an issue upon arrival with our parking spot being taken due to the festival, but Mainstay was super responsive, jumped into action, made some calls and got it resolved quickly. We will be back!

My family and I would like to thank Chris for allowing us to stay at his beautiful beach house that was full of all the things we needed to feel at home. We just got back from a week at Mary's wonderful home. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room for all. EVERYONE loved the house. 3 stories AND it has an elevator! Great for transporting luggage It is decorated so beautiful with comfortable furnishings. Mary is a wonderful host, easy to work with, informative and swift to answer any questions. This is the perfect spot for a large family or group of friends. The kitchen has everything you need. The game room was so much fun. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool. You can fish off their dock and kayaks are provided! There are 3 great restaurants within walking distance. A short drive or walk around the corner brings you to a nice park to watch the sunset on Tampa Bay. We enjoyed watching 2 dolphins daily on the canal from the spacious balconies. Sunrise, sunsets, a full moon, and 2 space shuttle lift offs. Absolutely perfect!

We loved our stay here for our family of 5 with young children. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the manatees. Great sunsets! It’s a quiet community with 2 pools. The one by Hooks restaurant was warm and the kids loved it. The food at both restaurants was excellent. Nice beach with a private area you can rent umbrellas and chairs. There were 2 chairs, pool noodles and beach towels at the house as well. We enjoyed our outing to the sea turtle hospital. We prefer to walk so the distance to the pools/beach/restaurants was not an issue - worth keeping in mind if you have mobility issues, you may want to consider driving. This is a 3 story condo with the 1st floor a garage(owner access only) and car port(for guest); 2nd floor living, 2 decks, kitchen, bath, laundry; 3rd floor 2 bdrms, 2 decks, 2 baths. If you have small kids you will want to bring a gate for the stairs and put the breakable beach decor up high. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

Our family stayed here for a wedding. The highlight was definitely the pool and outdoor space. We also enjoyed the Casita and the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the house was great for a large group. The host were very communicative and on top of our needs.

A wonderful little place, in a great community on a beautiful island. A very special location for sure. Private, but close to all kinds of fun in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Lots to do in the community and lots of great restaurants.

The properties at One Particular Harbor are lovely. Spacious, upscale yet comfortable, amazing view of the bay. The three bedroom at 396 Aruba Circle is sooo spacious and allows every member of your family their own space to spread out. The kitchen was well accommodated, there were lots of beach towels for use and beach chairs too. Loved the proximity to Anna Maria Island and the Floridays restaurant.

We had a great stay. Everything was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. We also saw dolphins and a manatee right outside our window. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Lu answered all questions right away and even gave us recommendations of things to do. We also drove a short 10 minutes to Sunset Beach. If you’re going for the beach definitely check out Sunset Beach. Pavilion

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! David is the most helpful and friendly host we've stayed with. His home is beautiful. We enjoyed the screen porch every morning and evening. Sunsets are just gorgeous. We enjoyed the close beaches and restaurants of Anna Maria Island. Hope to return!

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.
