Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. La posizione è davvero ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, il che rende facile raggiungere ogni punto della città. Perfetta sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per piacere. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. Ogni angolo era curato nei minimi dettagli, e la stanza era accogliente e ben ordinata, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento.

Had an amazing stay here. Sabine is an absolutely incredible host, always responsive with any questions I had, and always helpful. The house itself feels very homey from the start, with a very nice and clean smell. It is clean and well separated, giving you plenty of comfort staying there. The location is also a big plus, in the center of the city. Thanks Sabine and will be excited to come back.

We spent 5 days at Gabriele's flat and we felt like home. There is everything that you need and she is really nice host, helping us during all the time. Thank you very much!

Excellent séjour chez Andreas et da famille qui est un hôte très accueillant. Grand logement lumineux, très bien équipé et d'une propreté remarquable. Belle vue en prime depuis le logement qui domine la vallée.

Der Kontakt war freundlich und stets zielführend. Die Unterkunft sah aus wie neu. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns alles wichtig erklärt und auf unsere Fragen wurde eingegangen. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze für die Unterkunft. Mit dem Tourismusticket kann man innerhalb des Verkehrsverbundes kostenlos im Nahverkehr unterwegs sein und erhält zusätzlich vergünstigen für verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten.

The stay was during Christmas and New Year; Christian and his family went above and beyond as hosts, were very kind and helpful, and spoke German and English. I recommend places to visit during your stay; public transport is perfect for supermarket shopping and surrounding areas of interest. A thermal spa is nearby, and there are excellent local hiking trails. This Air BnB has all the modern conveniences: a lounge, sofa, TV area, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. The place has extra beds if need be. Suppose you're after a quiet place with stunning natural beauty and cave systems with boutique shops and restaurants. I recommend it 100 %, and you will enjoy your stay. There is parking if you come by car or bike. Five Star Rating.

Exceptional Stay - Perfect Blend of Comfort and Convenience! We had the pleasure of staying there this week for 1night , and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained property. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the essentials and thoughtful extras that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The experience was truly unforgettable, and we will definitely be returning on our next trip . Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet und entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Nähe zum See fand ich super. Antje ist eine sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeberin. Bei Fragen hat sie sich sofort gekümmert und mir viele Tipps gegeben. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Sehr sauber. Kein Backofen vorhanden, aber dafür eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion. Ruhige Lage und Umgebung. Sehr nette und freundliche Familie.

L'appartement de Alice et Boris est très agréable, propre et bien équipé. Il est situé un peu à l'extérieur de Überligen, à quelques minutes du centre. A l'intérieur de l'appartement, c'était très calme (en été, à l'extérieur, on entend cependant la circulation d'une route assez fréquentée). Nous recommandons tout à fait cette location moderne.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit Heiko von Anfang an und bis zum Schluss. Die Unterkunft selber ist ein Traum, sehr qualitativ und sehr sauber, ruhig und doch kann man viel unternehmen. Die private Sauna ist Mega. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Wir können sehr diese Unterkunft empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Carola's apt was very well decorated, clean and cozy. We managed a longer vacation here, but I recommend this for people on smaller vacations, since it doesn't have a dishwasher, oven and washing machine (we knew this and still had a good time). We came here primarily for it's location, and we loved it. Stetten is next to lake and in the heart of the Bodensee area and makes visiting the lake and driving to other towns easy. Carola is very welcoming and proactive. The hosts live in the same house, and they really value quietness, if this is okay with you, this airbnb stay is for you.

Gabriela was very kind. She drove us from the train station to the house on arrival and back on departure. She allowed us to stay until evening to wait for our train. We were pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast, coffee and tourist card which allows free use of public transport and museums. I recommend this host and house! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Ich habe wegen einer Veranstaltung (Andrea Berg Konzert) in der Arena eine Unterkunft gesucht, von der die Arena möglichst fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Das ist hier gegeben, gut 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit Thomas war perfekt, auf E Mail Frage hat er sofort reagiert, und dann auch klare Anweisungen zum Check In gegeben. Es hat dann auch genau so funktioniert, er ist sofort runter gekommen, hat mich freundlich begrüßt und mir alles gezeigt. Dann hat er mir auch noch Infos zur Arena gegeben, sehr hilfreich. Die Unterkunft befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Neu Ulm. Vor der Unterkunft in 2 Minuten gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, von dort gelangt man nach Ulm ins Zentrum und zum HB. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Blitzssuber, und die kleine Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, auch eine Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Pads müssen aber gekauft werden. Positiv ist das ein sehr schönes Gewürze Sortiment vorhanden ist.

Der Privat Spa ist äusserst geschmacksvoll und wunderschön eingerichtet, wir genossen diese kleine Ruheoase sehr. Vielen lieben Dank für die sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche Kommunikation.

Tolle Unterkunft für ein gemütliches Wellnesswochenende!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf jede Bitte oder Frage wurde schnell und Lösungsorientiert eingegangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und nochmal Danke an Harald und Vaneide. Tolle Menschen! war ein sehr schönes Silvester!

Eine atemberaubende Einrichtung mit einer hochwertigen Sauna und einem Whirpool auf der Terrasse. Der Whirpool bietet Platz für mehrere Personen. Sehr einfach zu bedienen. Wir haben es genossen. Wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen. Es wird nicht unser letzter Besuch werden.

Wir waren zwischen den Jahren in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bad ist der absolute Traum und wir hatten auch mit baby ausreichend Platz für ein paar Tage. Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an mega wohl. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Alles sauber und stylish eingerichtet- auch für kleine Kinder geeignet. Lage genial. In 7 Min. zu Fuss im Dorf und un weiteren 5 Min am Skilift/Schlittelpiste. Gerne wieder

War ein perfekter Urlaub. Wunderschöne und gemütliche Whg im Obergeschoss. War sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Kleiner Spielplatz mit grosser Spielwiese in ca 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Möglichkeit für Lebensmitteleinkauf (Lidl,Aldi) ca 500m. Mit dem Auto in ca 10-15 min in Ravensburg Innenstadt. Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert.
