Loved our stay over the weekend in this villa! Fantastic host that accommodated all our extra requests within minutes. The villa is very private (not surrounded by any other buildings) which makes it a great place for a relaxing weekend without disturbing the neighbors. The pool was clean and all in all, the house is modern, new and well-maintained. Particularly loved the minimalistic look and feel of the house - not cluttered while having all the necessary for a perfect stay. The kitchen is well-equipped plus has a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules were provided by the host). There is a barbecue grill and the host was very nice to help us start it. All in all, a great place and the best one in Khao Yai so far.

和訳して I had a pleasant two-day stay in a place just as pictured. The host’s responses were always quick. They accommodated my requests as much as possible, and I appreciated them lighting the BBQ fire before my arrival.

It's my 5th time in khao yai and Korn's place is my favourite! Absolutely peaceful and serene surroundings but yet only minutes away from gorgeous restaurants and places of interest. My family loved the pool and it was a nice touch to light up the fireplace in the evening while the kids were having a dip in the pool. (we were there in Jan so it was a bit chilly in the evenings) Perfect for a family get away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. The kitchen is well equipped and korn even prepared a carton of water for us when we arrived. We felt comfortable in this lovely cosy home 🏡 would definitely come back again ... Korn's friendly staff would come by in the mornings to clear the pools of any leaves and sweep the front.

amazing place to stay! really enjoyed our stay! Tony was very responsive to our calls and messages. Needed help with the stove and it was taken care of within 15 mins, very impressive. Location is in the mountains, do expect some insects and beetles, ants, its all due to the house being smack in the nature which was amazing!

Very cozy and lovely place ! The owners are so kind and friendly. The outside area is really nice. Would recommend it!

It's a lovely house with a well-equipped kitchen. Air-con, heater, etc, are working well. But location is not great. At least 30min drive to attractions. Also had an issue with communication at the start because host was not responsive. Host said they do not have a full-time admin and that there will be a stay-in housekeeper. In reality, there was no housekeeping done. Which was ok just that we felt misled into the idea that there will be housekeeping. Note that we were told there are floor mattresses in each bedroom but we only managed to find 1 mattress. Ants is an issue. Toilet drain choked. Washing machine initially down but the housekeeper managed to fix. Not a bad place. Just need to manage expectations.

The weather is wonderful. I visited during the New Year and ended up staying in to enjoy the beautiful views. The weather is just as pleasant as in the northern region, but it's quieter and more peaceful. Breakfast includes freshly made rice porridge and vegetables, which are absolutely delicious. The owner provides excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back! อากาศดีมากครับ มาช่วงปีใหม่ นั่งดูวิวสวยมากจนไม่ออกไปไหนเลย อากาศดีไม่แพ้แถวภาคเหนือ แถมเงียบสงบ มีอาหารเช้าบริการข้าวต้ม ผักสดๆ อร่อยมากๆครับ พี่เจ้าของบริการดีมากๆ ไว้จะกลับมาอีกครับ

Great weekend getaway location, near the main road but also lots of peace and beautiful surroundings. I especially liked the porch and house deck, with lots of room for entertaining and gathering as a large group. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and clean, and nice touch with the Xbox gaming included if you have children or friends to play with. Private and welcoming, this large chateau is ideal for sizeable groups or anyone looking to have a large place to themselves. Highly recommend for your next trip to Khao Yai!
