Lilibeth is a great host and the unit was in a great location. Everything was great and I would stay here again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this Aileen’s place. The location was fine, although it was a bit far from the establishments. One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout curtains to the room for better sleep quality. Despite this, I enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again in the future.

Andy is easy to communicate with. Plus he lets us extend for few hours for a minimum fee. Unit's location is also superb, sitting at the 14th floor with an overlooking view of the city.

We had a pleasant stay at this studio unit. It was clean and just the right size for two people. The bathroom was okay, and the overall setup was comfortable. What stood out the most was the host’s hospitality—he was very accommodating, even helping us with a last-minute change to our guest list. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home for several days! The place felt incredibly homey and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for a perfect home-away-from-home vacation. It was also conveniently located near shops, dining options, and supermarkets, making it easy to explore the area and find everything we needed. As a family of four with two small children, we were thrilled with our choice. My little boy had a fantastic time and loved every moment of our stay. The host, Ms. AJ, was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

It was an easy check in. No hassle. Quincy and the rest of the team was very proactive and sorted the parking there and then. It was a prime spot too. I had no issues with the bnb. It was easy to find and seamless.

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

We had a great stay. Host was warm and welcoming. Easy check in and check out. Very responsive to questions and needs. Place was next to a mall where you have everything you need. Host made extra efforts to provide what a traveller needed at her place. She is an excellent host ! We left a backpack at the lobby and she immediately called us and even brought the backpack to the airport. Extremely grateful to have such an exceptional, helpful, caring and kind host ! Would highly recommend staying here !

We had a great stay at Mae Ann’s place. Her instructions on getting to her house were helpful. It’s initially not very easy to find the house, but that is not a big deal. It’s just a question of familiarity. The house is in a very convenient location. All Day supermarket is just a few minutes walk from the house. There’s also a very nice coffee shop (Coffee Project) in the same plaza, as well as a Pizzeria and another restaurant. The house was clean upon our arrival and everything was in order. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Mae Ann’s place again. It was a hassle-free and pleasant experience. Thank you for your hospitality Mae Ann.

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

The place is really great as we had a comfortable stay and it has almost everything we need. May does not communicate much as she is based in New York and she relies on her co-host Grace who is based in Bacolod. We had difficulty contacting Grace when we were about to check in to find the place. Our flight was delayed, it was already dark when we tried to locate the place which made it difficult to find as it has many turns from the guardhouse to the place. Grace was quite slow to reply on our calls on the first day. Neverthelesd, the place is recommendable! We liked the place very much. I would suggest the map and the instructions of locating the place should be clearer.

A large house in a secure, gated community. Host communicates well, self check in was easy. The only thing to note, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is positioned as an extension of the master bedroom and doesn’t have a direct access (you have to go through master bedroom to get to it). Over all a decent house that I would happily recommend!

My Fiancé and I booked the place for our special celebration with friends and family and we couldn’t be happier. The house was clean, comfortable well located. Centralized perfectly to visit friends, relatives and close enough to restaurants and near cities and provinces we wanted to visit. Ashiela was and amazing host and responded promptly to our needs. Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.
