The home was comfortable in a minute I walked in it. I did not want to leave? Well definitely rent again.

This is our second stay at Nili’s place. And if we are in the area again we would stay here. A big beautiful home with fruit trees, birds, and a pool. We were even visited by a pair of owls who have a nest in tree on the hillside. Very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of toys for the little ones if they accompany you on the visit. If you need a rental in this area, I highly recommend this home.

One of the nicest air b and b’s we’ve stayed at. Very pleasant and comfortable, and designed to feel welcoming and homey. It may have been good Spring timing, but there were pretty blooms outside every window, the yard was lush, the furniture plush. Seems like someone put a lot of thought and care into putting this place together. We, and our two little dogs, felt right at home!

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

Very easy location if you are attending an event at Los Robles Greens golf course! Home is comfortable, clean and spacious. Gardens/ hillside areas make for great walks enjoying the flowers an fruit trees. Host is very quick to respond if you have any questions about this rental.

My family stayed at Jami's place for a long weekend while celebrating my grandsons birthday at Universal Studios. We had a fabulous stay! Her home was fully stocked with everything we could imagine needing, it was very clean and Jami was an amazing and responsive host. We were allowed to bring our beloved dogs which the home is completely set up for. When we come back to the area, we will be sure to check to see if Jami's home is available!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Larry and Nancy were excellent hosts. The space was very clean, and had everything one could need/want. Larry was a wonderful communicator, and so helpful down to the smallest details. The ocean view is absolutely breath taking, and the space was just perfect for me. Nearby to supermarket, and some Resturant’s. And most importantly just a few mins drive to beautiful beaches. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

A great stay, helpful staff and beautiful location! It isn’t my first time staying in Oxnard Shores, and Channel Island Shores did not disappoint. It was a great location for the price with all the amenities you could want.

I felt right at home at David’s place. It was safe, quiet, and comfortable all while in a close location to both Ventura and Ojai. The bed was probably the most comfy I’ve had from an Airbnb, too! I would definitely stay again.

Very clean place and next to the ocean if you want to sleep with the sound of waves. This unit is kinda like a 3rd story height from the ocean. Base of the building raised, first floor common area and the next level is the apartment from the beach side. Car parked on the street level and you enter the apartment from the same level . Very clean place and nice host who responded right away to answer all my questions. A very short drive and you have grocery stores and restaurants. We were very pleased with the stay.
