A wonderful stay at Hollywood Beach! This house was perfect for my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was immaculate and Maya the host was so gracious and responsive. This house had everything you could think of. Everything was cozy and great for gathering. I would certainly stay again and will be for sure recommending this place to friends and family in the future.

The home was very cute and cozy. It was clean when we arrived which was very nice. Bathrooms were spotless, trash emptied, beds clean. The kitchen was full sized, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and there were friendly horses as well. Angela was responsive and helped with any questions I had before and during the stay. We will be back!

Christine was spot on with check in and communication. She made my brother and I feel comfortable during our stay. This is a cool place that is close to downtown, Lake Casitas and Ojai. We had a great stay and definitely would visit again. Thumbs up.

The house was on a nice quiet street with easy parking. We took advantage of the big back yard. The host was quick to respond to any communication.

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Orchard House. It is a beautiful home where we all felt comfortable and able to relax and breathe. Both the home and the yard are set up wonderfully for full enjoyment. And the neighborhood is charming too. Todd was responsive and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. Un séjour magnifique dans les montagnes!!! La maison était cozy et bien décorée, et nous avons pu profiter de la cour de la piscine à tous les jours. Emma et sa famille étaient vraiment charmants, gentils et discrets; nous avions toute notre intimité. Si vous aimez les randonnées, il y en a une multitude dans les alentours à moins de 15 minutes de voiture. Nous visiterons à nouveau, c’est certain :)

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. We truly enjoyed our stay... it felt as though we had escaped to a secret hidden oasis. The attention, details and care Nathan and Humberto put into their home is what made us appreciate it more. Extremely warm and thoughtful host. Every amenity is right on hand in their full Chef's kitchen 😍. Perfect for a couples getaway or a solo R&R. The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed or stay very much! We loved the peaceful neighborhood and walkable distance to the beach. We also loved using the fire pit in the evening and hearing the waves crash at night. Though we only stayed a couple of nights, Kristi and Karen were very responsive throughout our stay!

We had an amazing stay at this house with three couples and a baby. There was plenty of space, and the house was really well set up for a group. The location was fantastic—close to great hikes, beautiful beaches, and excellent restaurants—while still feeling private and tucked away. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms worked perfectly for us, even with the different sizes. We especially enjoyed watching sunsets from the back patio, and the wood-burning fireplace made the evenings so cozy. The host was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made everything even better. We were all sad to leave and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Karen's place was a great last minute stay for us while visiting family just a half mile away in Thousand Oaks. The big yard was great for the dog and made it easy to pull our truck into. The cottage is super clean and devoid of clutter which is nice. Bed was comfortable...though wish it was a queen size bed, but I totally understand that would be a tight fit. Washer/dryer worked well for us. Had one minor hiccup with some contractors who showed up to work on installing a new gate. Karen was quick to apologize and check-in with us. I appreciated that and it was a no harm, no foul item. On the plus side...the new gate to get into the property is a nice upgrade!

Thomas was so accommodating and responsive. His place is wonderfully decorated and the bed is so comfy! It is a great yard for a dog- there is a whole side yard as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Would love to stay at Thomas’ place again :)

Nancy is a wonderful hist and the B's Hive was a perfect nest for us to rest while visiting family in Newbury and Oaks. Make sure to make time for hiking trails accessible only a block away.

Larissa’s place was awesome. Nice secluded location that is not far from the coast. The two separate bedrooms along with the sofa bed worked out well! Kitchen was well stocked with stuff if you want to cook. Everything was extremely clean. Check in and out were a breeze with easy to follow instructions.

Lori was a gracious host and quickly responded to all my requests. The home was beyond what we expected in setting and space. My granddaughter did not want to get out of the hot tub and the master bed was so comfortable I may buy one for myself!
