Right on the ocean was expected, but the beach disappears during high tide. Was quiet for being right on the PCH but that is Malibu. Staff was responsible and fixed a minor issue as soon as the daytime staff arrived. All-round good stay...

This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

loved our stay:) place was peaceful and well laid out. we didn’t get a chance to use the sports/beach equipment but it looked fun. clean and well kept. great host!

This place was perfect! The pool and beach access are amazing. The only issue was getting there because PCH was closed so we had to take a detour. Other than that, we had a blast. I'm not sure the neighbors enjoyed us as much as we enjoy the place but it didn't bother us! I have 2 boys 9 and 11 who had a blast playing in the pool and were enjoying themselves in the middle of the day (not at night) but we definitely got some unfriendly stares. Sorry - we don't have these luxuries everyday so we will enjoy them while we can! The place itself was nice, kitchen was great, fireplace was fun. Balcony was perfect. Definitely a gem!

Melody's place at the Malibu Outrigger is a total gem - peaceful and private, with the sound of crashing waves. Access to the clean, private beach couldn't be easier (head down to the ground floor and it's steps from there), and the pool, jacuzzi and lounge area on the grounds are all well-maintained and comfortable. Great jumping-off point for exploring Malibu (a plaza about a mile down the road has a ton of great shops and restaurants, including Howdy's and Taverna Tony).

Had a really great stay here. The place was perfectly appointed, spacious and clean. It is obvious they care about their quality of service. Would stay again

One of our best experiences. Would rebook in the future. No need to keep searching , this is an excellent find. Host was very responsive and friendly. So much to do, all included. We paddle boarded , used the spa , made some great family dinners , played games, and bike rides to the harbor. Historical downtown only 10 minute drive. Good times. The house is awesome. We were so blessed to be able to stay.

Great location for a family Thanksgiving weekend. The home is larger in person than the photos. Beautifully furnished & top of the line appliances & bedding . We would highly recommend.

Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

Our stay was everything we hoped for! Glenn's place was perfect and all the little touches made it feel homey. The home was well stocked with plenty of extras. The place is well laid out for a large family or multiple couples- including two gathering areas. The main area upstairs offered wonderful views of the ocean- the reason we chose this home-, and the downstairs main area offered a walk out directly to the sand. Overall an excellent stay!

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

*****Highly Recommend Roza was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My family and I enjoyed our peaceful stay with a short walk to the beach. Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. This location exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again!

Definitely a well paid for stay. The view was beautiful. The suite was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, will definitely book in the future.

We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.
