We had a very relaxing 3 night stay - wish we could have stayed longer but we definitely hope to be back in the future. Incredible views of False Bay, great layout, great indoor/outdoor space - decks, pool, wood-fired hot tub - choice of gas or charcoal braai/bbq ! Great outdoor shower off master bedroom ! Large bedrooms with lots of storage/cupboard space. Well equipped kitchen. Felt very secure and safe. Excellent communication with host (Imraan) - who was very responsive and proactive. Overall highly recommended- we really enjoyed our stay. Note that there are lots of stairs to climb up/down from parking on Boyes Drive to house or down to the beachfront - we were aware of this and knew the geography - so it was not a concern - well worth the views from the house- but just something to be aware of when carrying luggage/groceries etc or for those mobility challenged.

Mark and Alisa were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We broke down a few minutes away and Mark was quick to aid us by fetching my family and luggage while I waited for the tow truck. I have to give a huge shout for this act of kindness. Thank you once again. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back God willing.

Wundervolle Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser AirBnB-Unterkunft in Hout Bay! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – ruhig, idyllisch und nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und die Meeresluft zu genießen, war ein absolutes Highlight. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders der großzügige Außenbereich hat uns begeistert, perfekt, um bei einem Glas Wein zu genießen. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und hilfsbereit. Hout Bay selbst ist wunderschön – ein malerisches Küstendorf mit viel Charme und tollen Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen oder einen entspannten Strandtag. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Ein echtes Juwel!

Katie has been very friendly and responsive, from the beginning till the end. So nice to experience since it was my very first visit in Cape Town. The apartment is on the 7th floor with a gorgeous view. On the hottest moments of the day we'd close the curtains which helped significantly. Despite the warm summers we could sleep easily during the nights. There are lot's of restaurant's on walking distant. The neighborhood felt very safe. Even more so the apartment, with nice people living in the block. Long story short, I recommend the apartment and Katie as a host as well. For my future visit to Cape Town I can say I'll reach out to Katie first, for sure.

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was beautifully furnished, clean, and had all the needed amenities. Our host gave clear instructions and checked up on us throughout our stay. Perfect for a family gathering!! We would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Brilliant little cottage - Rachael is an extra special host who prepared every last detail with care and put so much extra thought and care into our stay from delicious rusks to mint water. We felt truly welcomed and grateful for a special and personal experience 🌸🌸

This place is beautiful. the most comfortable beds, fantastic location, everything you need in the kitchen. Sue was friendly and so helpful. you can tell she has great pride in the house and well she should. Reeks of art and culture, of family and friends. Of a home. We could have stayed here forever. Wir waren mit unsere Familie (Kinder 4&6) in der Unterkunft. Direkt am Strand mit tollen Restaurant für ein leckeres Frühstück. Dann noch eine Restaurant (Dunes) am Strand mit Spielplatz. Es war eine super Kommunikation mit Sam und alles problemlos. Die Unterkunft war mehr als ausreichend für uns.

Das Haus hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und den Strand! Der Strand ist innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Wohnbereich öffnet sich auf einer großen Fensterbreite. Die Zimmer sind über das gesamte Objekt gut verteilt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Shirley was great from booking until the end of our stay. Always responsive and helpful. The house has an amazing location and was spotless. The team helping to clean are also very friendly and make the stay even easier Couldn’t recommend staying here more

We just spent a fantastic week in Cape Town in Rob’s beautiful home. Both Rob & his wife were very welcoming and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent for Camps Bay restaurants and seafront. Ubers come very quickly and we felt very safe. Highly recommend!

I lived in Cape Town for 25years and brought my family back to experience its wonders. This Beach cottage was the absolute best base to do this from. We felt safe and this heavenly location is second to none! I swam multiple times a day and the view is second to none which spectacular views of Lions head (which we hiked up-strongly recommend ) and Clifton Beach. I will add that the aircon is not super strong, but David was on it and sent out a repairman to check if anything could be done. This in no way detracted from our dream of a stay! We will return in a heartbeat and will recommend this beach cottage to anyone planning a visit to CT.

Our stay at Mary-Louise’s villa was incredible! The location on Glen Beach is unbeatable, with breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves. The villa was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Mary-Louise was a fantastic host—helpful and welcoming. Can’t wait to return!

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar und sehr für Familien zu empfehlen. Durch den Zugang zum Strand ist man direkt in einer belebten Umgebung. Der Pool ist super, vor allem mit Kind, weil das Meer sehr kalt ist. Die Unterkunft lässt einen direkt zu Hause fühlen und bietet alles was man braucht. Eine super Kommunikation, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

A beautiful patch of paradise in a wonderful package - can’t recommend highly enough. Short walk to the beach and warm, comfortable space to retreat to after with spectacular views. A+.

My family and I absolutely loved staying in TJ's pristine and quirky house. Everything was clean, comfortable and inviting. The beautiful beach is within walking distance and the greater Kommetjie area is worth exploring.

Amy gave great instructions with videos which helped. I came late at night so I would advise to come during the day time to adhere her instructions. The place is perfect for 1 person or a couple. I’m a solo traveler and it was great for me. The nearby beach is wonderful, the local people are so sweet , I felt safe and I love the beach restaurants. I even made friends with someone who took me to church. Great location. Milerton is a dream for sure. I highly recommend

We had a fabulous week and a bit in Maureen's lovely Woodbridge Island home. The house is spacious yet homely and we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor area is very pretty and secluded and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings. Maureen is a warm and friendly host and always happy to help with any queries. We hope to visit again in the future!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Fotos. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse im obere Stock. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Energieversorgung, welches Odette umgehend gelöst hat. Die Kommunikation verlief zeitnah und unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Mangata was the perfect home for our family! Our family wanted a place where we could explore on foot with the kids—and this spot was ideal. We could easily walk with the stroller to Woolworths, coffee shops, restaurants, and Camps Bay Beach and a playground! Venessa & Lisa were so thoughtful, providing a brand new cot/playpen & new linens for our baby! And they left a lovely welcome basket and stocked the fridge with drinks including milk for our baby. It was such a kind gesture that helped us immensely after a day of traveling to Cape Town. The house itself is peaceful, beautifully designed, and has the most amazing ocean and sunset views from the terrace and master bedroom. The beds and the linens are so comfy and top notch! Our family had a wonderful time and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient and luxury getaway! The Liesel Farm team is exceptional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful house and garden, with stunning sunset views from the balconies! The estate is extremely safe and the beach is very close. Jeannie is an exceptional host! I highly recommend this listing.

Breakaway has a Stimmung view and a cozy feel. Just sorry that we had to leave after a few nights stay. Could have stayed for a week.
