Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen mit Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer von der Terrasse aus. Der Check-in klappte perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte allerdings an Müllbeuteln, der Grill war nicht benutzbar und der Raum mit Waschmachine und Besen, Kehrblech in desolaten Zustand. Mir fehlte zu diesem Preis die Liebe zum Detail: ausreichend Handtücher auch für den Strand, Kerzen, …., trotzdem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war wundervoll. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön und der Pool bietet die perfekte Abkühlung. Es gibt im Haus selbst ganz viele tolle Details zu entdecken die diesen Ort ganz besonders machen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen, da wir hier das perfekte Versteck vom Alltag für uns gefunden haben.

Villa meravigliosa, una vera e propria oasi di pace a stretto contatto con la natura, ideale per rilassarsi in coppia o in compagnia di amici. Letti e lenzuola comodissimi e di ottima qualità. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, incluse lavatrice e asciugatrice. Piscina e zona circostante sono il vero punto di forza, lo spazio all’aperto è davvero molto ampio e ben curato. Posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente aeroporto, supermercati e paesini limitrofi, in area silenziosa e poco affollata. Luigi è un padrone di casa molto disponibile e gentile, facilmente reperibile per qualsiasi necessità. Semplicemente perfetta! Ritorneremo sicuramente

When we arrived Rina checked us in, meeting us late at night and giving us a quick tour of the house. The next morning we were blown away by the views and stunning scenery. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need for a holiday away from home, sitting atop Costa Paradiso for the most breathtaking views. The house is two separate houses, that share a common entryway. The pool was fantastic for the kids to play in, probably just need to be careful with the surrounding cliffs and escarpment with young children. Modern, clean and comfortable.

Huge villa with a nice private pool , easy to walk to budoni center and beach , Comfortable beds perfect temperature with AC in all rooms and good quality appliances ,by the way friendly and helpful staff , it was a perfect stay for the whole family

The house is beautiful and serene, we had a great stay with two families. Ample spaces to share, beautiful view and the beaches are close by and really stunning. The only downside was that AC is available only in the three double bedrooms, and not in the fourth smaller bedroom nor in the common areas. During very hot days this wasn't exactly the best and this wasn't very clear from the description or from the answers the host gave us when booking. Besides this detail, the house is definitely recommended!

Villan var väldigt fin och överträffade förväntningarna. Vi anlände när det var mörkt och nästa morgon vaknade vi till en helt otrolig utsikt. Laura svarade snabbt på frågor och var en toppen värd. Boendet var rent och badrummen i toppskick. Vägen upp till boendet var dock väldigt dåligt i skick, så det är bra att ha en bil som är lite högre så man tar sig upp för backen utan att skada bilens underrede. Jag rekommenderar verkligen Lauras villa om man är ute efter en lugn omgivning med relativt nära till de omgivande stränderna, hamnar och de större orterna som Olbia och Palau. Vi kommer gärna igen!

A wonderful stay, with a beautiful view from the villa!

Barbara et sa famille habite en dessous du logement, ils ont été très gentils avec nous et ont été constemment à notre disposition pour toutes demandes. Merci pour leur accueil, la villa est très belle et très propre. Très bon séjour.

This home is a retreat from the big city bustle but also an escape from crowds and resorts. While everyone is packed at Porto Cervo or Porto Rotondo, you have a newly renovated home isolated on a beautiful mountain side! Cannot stress enough how serene it was (even with 3 kids (1,8,10). The pool provided ultimate entertainment in the morning while preparing breakfast; the lawn was ideal for stretching/yoga or paddle ball. Location: recommend a car/motorcycle as it is 10-15 min away from grocery store/restaurants (but this is not a negative). You are 15 minutes from San Pantaleo (true original Sardinian Village) which you can also reach by hiking 4 miles over Punta Cugnana. Arzachena is 15km NW from here and has the non tourist grocery store and shops. Olbia, Porto Cervo + Rotundo, Palau, etc are all within 30 minutes! Cala Gonone and Baunei coast 90 minutes. Stintino 2hrs. Location is 10/10. AC works very well in every room as do all amenities. Washing machine was great!

Very nice villa with a nice sea-view - especially from the “aperol spritz corner” on top of the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and surrounded by some houses and beautiful nature. Because of the big Rock in the backyard the pool area of the villa is very secluded from the outside and other neighbours. The inside of the villa has a very homey and cozy feel to it. Everything was like described and shown in the pictures. The communication with the host (in our case Mariacarla) was very quick and friendly. We had a lovely time and can recommend this villa.

A stunning few days in the mountains with friends. We had five couples across the five bedrooms which all had their own bathroom. The villa itself is beautiful, and the view from the pool of the mountains is gorgeous. The whole place is spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated. The delicious wines on the wall were an added bonus! We also went to an amazing local restaurant which was only a 4 minute drive away. Easy 25 minute drive to Cala Ganone for hiring a boat and seeing the crystal clear water. The lovely groundskeeper gave us fresh eggs from the chickens when he took out the bins and cleaned the pool each morning. Would definitely stay again :) The perfect secluded spot for a getaway with friends!!

Saubere schöne und neue Villa mit allen nötigen Ausstattungen. Sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war vorhanden. Zwei Küchen und einen Aussengrill und einen wunderschönen grosser Aussentisch haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa verlockender gemacht. Wir haben mehrere Abend dort verbracht. Sehr empfehlenswert! Cecilia und Roberto waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Besonders der grosse Pool war ein grosses Highlight.

We loved the house and its position; very close to a good choice of beautiful beaches and within a minutes walk to a restaurant/bar. Everybody is friendly here. The house has everything you need with comfy beds, lovely open terrace for outdoor dining and drinks. The path to the beach is at the bottom of the garden. There is also a daytime snack bar just before the nearest beach. Lovely clean beach with clear water and a choice of quiet water sports. Ignazia was a great host, responding very quickly and helping with suggestions and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to the next time.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Sonia's property. The house is exactly as described, spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—but in person, it’s even more breathtaking. The views of the bay and Tavolara, especially during sunset, are simply stunning. Sonia is a great host, always communicative and attentive to our needs. She provided great local recommendations, making us feel like we were experiencing the area as locals rather than tourists. Midway through our stay, we requested a change of fresh sheets, towels, and house cleaning, which added an extra level of comfort. The location is ideal—close to the airport, supermarkets, and with easy access to beautiful beaches. While there's another small house on the property, we had complete privacy and were never disturbed. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and looking forward to coming back soon!

Silvia‘s Haus ist mein persönliches Traumhaus! Wir fühlten uns von Minute eins so wohl und willkommen! Das Haus ist luxuriös und wahnsinnig geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze Anwesen ist ein Traum! Der Weitblick nach Aggius, der Blick auf die Weinreben, der Große Pool, die Olivenbäume, die Ruhe…ich weiß nicht was ich am schönsten fand. Wenn man Entschleunigung und Ruhe sucht ist das der perfekte Ort! Selbst an regnerischen Tagen kann man in der großzügigen Küche toll kochen, gemeinsam essen oder spielen! Die Küche bietet tolle Extras wie einen Tepan Grill und einen Weinkühlschrank! Man fühlt sich sehr verwöhnt 😍 Silvia hat uns mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten empfangen und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Sie und ihre Familie standen uns sehr zeitnah mit Rat und Tat zur Hilfe wenn wir Unterstützung gebraucht haben! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen wollen und bedanken uns für 2 tolle Wochen!

Very nice house with a terrific garden in a nice and peaceful area. Close though to excellent beaches and golf as well as San Teodoro where you find plenty of good restaurants, supermarkets and other things you might need. Barbara is a great hostess providing excellent recommendations and assistance should you bump in to any challenges. All in all we had a great stay and this certainly a place we could recommend to others.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus! Es ist großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und architektonisch beeindruckend. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und es warteten Begrüßungslebensmittel auf uns – eine schöne Geste. Die Gastgeberin war stets erreichbar und hatte für alles schnell eine Lösung. Besonders ihre Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände haben unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und sehr kinderfreundlich, was uns als Familie wichtig war. Ein paar Dinge sind uns aufgefallen: Größere Hunde laufen frei auf dem Gelände, das Haus ist hellhörig, der Kühlschrank nachts laut, und das Duschen war oft kalt. Das Internet funktionierte, aber nicht in jedem Raum stabil. Ein Sonnenschirm draußen hätte uns ebenfalls gefehlt. Insgesamt hatten wir aber eine großartige Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, besonders für Familien!

Our stay here was wondeful - such a beautiful location, peaceful and private in a rural area but a very short drive to Orosei. It suited us really well and we spent many a night on the veranda eating and drinking local produce. Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, it was spotless. Not only that but it was really well equipped with everything we needed for a self-catered holiday - it was like a home from home. The dipping pool is lovely and refreshing, and the surrounding grounds are fun to explore. loved the peacocks too! Thank you Luca! ❤️

Pina ist eine herzliche, offene und kommunikative Person die sofort geantwortet hat und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment willkommen gefühlt, dies nicht zuletzt als sie uns mit einem leckeren Dessert persönlich empfangen hat. Das Haus ist ein Traum, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um einen sorgenfreien Urlaub zu geniessen . Ihr Mann war für die Reinigung des Pools einige Male beim Haus, dies jedoch jedesmal unscheinbar so dass es uns nicht stören konnte, obwohl dies sowieso nicht der fall gewesen war. Danke Pina

Ruhige Lage, schöner Strand in 5 min. mit Auto erreichbar. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen / Essen gehen. Ohne Auto nicht empefhlenswert. Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem, die Kissen halfen dabei leider auch nicht weiter. Sonst alles Tip Top. Manuela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und dauerhaft erreichbar.

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

La maison de Mark est très jolie, les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. La piscine est grande et agréable. Mark a été très réactif à chacune de mes questions. La maison n'étant pas occupée après et notre vol étant le soir, nous avons pu partir dans l'après-midi et profiter de la piscine jusqu'au dernier moment. Je recommande sans hésiter la maison de Mark.
