I have to say, this is one of the most beautiful and well designed places to stay especially for the price! The place is extremely clean and easily accessible. The host was very kind to provide a charger as I had forgotten mine. Lovely location and super experience as was given the privacy needed as well...I would recommend anyone to stay for a pleasant time 10/10 😁

Η Μαριάνθη μας περίμενε υπομονετικά τρεις ώρες να μας υποδεχτεί, καθώς είχαμε καθυστέρηση με το αεροπλάνο. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Αν και είναι σε απόσταση από το κέντρο, η θέα του είναι καταπληκτική, οι συγκοινωνίες άψογες και η γειτονιά ήσυχη.Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Super cosy and perfectly maintained apartment in the heart of Brussels. It has little things that added extra value to our experience ❤️ The host was super responsive and helpful from the very beginning until the end of our stay. I defi recommend this apartment and will be back on our next time in Brussels :)

Very impressed with the work and dedication to Creating an amazing space. As an engineer the stairs just captivated me. The design and attention to detail makes this Air b n b stand out for me. The area was lovely and most importantly the locals couldn't do enough for us,really friendly area Flemish people are great and that comes from an Irish person who would be the friendly nation. Well done for me.

We are a family with 2 boys and stayed at "La Chênaie Moderne” for a month in August 2024. We had a fantastic time! The accommodation is a spacious and clean space and reflects totally the description provided. It is in excellent condition: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, good wifi, free parking, numeric lock for the entrance door. We loved the enormous plants in the living room! Very welcoming! Towels and bed linen were provided. The host Frédéric is very kind, responsive, and supportive. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, Uccle is lovely neighborhood, and it is about 10ish-min drive to the commercial areas at Avenue de Waterloo and Saint-Job. You can visit easily the most enchanting woods in the city Bois de la Cambre. You can reach Brussels in 20 min by car and 40 min by public transport. Two bus lines (37 and 43) stop just right around the corner. We are very happy and grateful, and we could not have had better accommodation! Highly recommended!

Els was very helpful with the messages she sent before our arrival. The house is great for a family or a group. It has plenty of kitchen supplies, a big table for shared meals and separate rooms for some quiet times. The location was great for our programme, maybe a bit far from interesting places to visit in Brussels for people who travel for tourism. Friendly neighbours! All in all, we do recommend this place! We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in het huis van Aurelie. We verbleven er dik 10 dagen met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, 2 kinderen van 1j en 3j) gedurende de eindejaarsfeesten. Het huis is heel gezellig en praktisch ingericht (met kerstboom en al!), heeft een zeer ruime keuken, living en speelruimte, comfortabele slaapkamers en twee propere badkamers. Wat voor ons echt ideaal was, was al het speelgoed dat onze kindjes konden ontdekken en hen bezig hield, maar ook dat alles voorzien was op kindjes (kinderstoelen, plastiek borden en bekers etc). Aurelie had ook heel duidelijk aangeduid met stickertjes in welke kasten we in mochten, welke niet, en had overal ruimte voorzien waar we onze eigen spulletjes kwijt konden. Tijdens ons verblijf communiceerde Aurelie steeds tijdig en duidelijk met ons (bv over het buiten zetten van vuilnis). Wij zouden hier met alle plezier opnieuw verblijven!

Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans cette villa et c'était tout simplement incroyable, incroyable, incroyable ! La villa est parfaitement aménagée, chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé. La localisation est idéale, à quelques minutes seulement de Bruxelles. Le cadre est tout simplement parfait, voire idyllique, avec une ambiance relaxante et des paysages magnifiques. Tout était absolument parfait, dépassant toutes nos attentes. Cette villa fait désormais partie de nos coups de cœur, et c'est certain que nous y reviendrons. Le propriétaire mérite une mention spéciale : 10/10 sans hésitation ! Il est avant tout humain, compréhensif, et toujours disponible. La communication était fluide et agréable, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette villa à 100 %, véritable perle rare

A hospedagem foi perfeita, o apartamento é bem aconchegante faz a gente se sentir em casa, tem tudo pra você usar e a Maroua se coloca a disposição se precisarmos de algo. A localização também é ótima tem tram e ônibus a poucos metros, também mercado, padaria etc

Nous avons passé une seule nuit au sein de cet Airbnb, mais c’était génial. Le logement est très grand, très propre. Il y a tout à disposition. On se sent comme à la maison, et encore plus grâce aux deux merveilleux chats présents dans l’appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion nous le permet. Just about a 20 mins walk away from the historic city centre and conveniently situated next to a metro stop. High ceilings, beautifully-tiled bathroom and a nice kitchen. Generally quiet neighborhood. The space is not a separate flat in itself, but rather an independent area inside the building (like a separate wing) with its own kitchen, bathroom and small living room. We had a great weekend there.

We had a great, 4 night stay, at this studio apartment. It had everything we needed- comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, good shower, TV and WiFi. We felt very at home and everything was clean. We loved the fact that it was so peaceful and quiet and had a lovely view over people’s gardens and the skyline- has large windows and is full of light. The location is excellent- it’s near Harmonie park and feels away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but only 10-15 mins into the centre on the tram. We looked forward to coming back at the end of the evening, and had breakfast on our last day in the lovely cafe in Harmonie park. The hosts communicated well and were friendly and we’d definitely stay there again if we come back to Antwerp.

We stayed at Filip's place for two months. It was excellent from start to finish. Communication was fast, the apartment looked exactly like the pictures, and it was spotless. It was quiet and a great place to work and relax, with very fast internet and peaceful surroundings. There was also a large desk to work at in a dedicated room. Filip was always available if we had any questions, and I really appreciated all the attention to detail that has clearly gone into his apartment to make guests feel at home. I would highly recommend his place, especially if you work from home or want a quiet place to relax.

Alles is zo positief, voor het appartement heb je een geweldig mooi park waar geleefd wordt. Op even wandelen kwam je aan aan de meir,.. super gelegen. Op wandel afstand van het station kun je gemakkelijk in het appartement geraken. Het appartement was proper, en super mooi van binnen. Het was zoals thuis komen. Ik kom zeker terug!

Waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende in Antwerpen und die Wohnung war für uns genau richtig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in 5 min gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und die Tram hatten wir direkt vor der Tür. Check-In war super einfach und mega freundlich. Auf unsere individuelle Ankunftszeit wurde auch eingegangen. Cédric war immer zu erreichen und sehr zuvorkommenden. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This place is ideal to visit Antwerp. Close to PAKT, which is a hip area with a nice beer place and good sourdough pizza. Fantastic to take do a drop-in cross-fit if you’re into such a thing. Also walking distance to some local places of Berchem, and reasonably located to the city centre what you can reach by public transport. Thomas, thank you for your hospitality. Your place is very nice and you did everything to make us comfortable. Cheers 👍

I’ve stayed here twice now and I can’t say enough good things. Everything is amazing! The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could ever need. Peter is the best host ever - he’s always there to help and his responses are super quick. You won’t regret booking! You’ll love it!
