Literally Steps away from the beach, great location on one of the best beaches (Simpson bay) in Sint Maarten, location was perfect for us, walking distance to many things but do highly recommend a car rental too explore the many thing the Island has to offer. As for the unit it was perfect for my wife and I for our 4 week stay, everything we needed to make it feel like home. Exactly as described in listing and like the fact it had a bar-b on the rooftop deck which was fantastic for watching the airplanes coming and going as well as the beautiful sunsets. Mark and Roshitha were fantastic to deal with and very responsive when needed with a wealth of info on the Island. Very hard to leave after a 4 week stay and will 100% rent from again. Kathy’s place was amazing! We loved the private back patio with the outdoor shower and the apartment was clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. It is walking distance to restaurants, food markets, and the beach. Kathy and Zack were great hosts: they were responsive to our texts when we needed them, and they also helped out when we had an emergency accident. We definitely recommend Kathy’s place! We had an amazing stay here and were so glad we skipped the mega resorts in favor of a boutique stay. This location is amazing, still in Simpson Bay but far enough from the airport to get a restful night of sleep. We loved having the grocery store downstairs and the ability to walk to restaurants. The room is huge and has a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. The air conditioners look brand new and worked well. Mattress was very comfortable and I appreciated the blackout curtains. We enjoyed getting to use the hot tubs on property after a day of exploring, they are kept very hot which I appreciated since I have a back injury. There was security on site and a 24 hour front desk. We hope to return soon!

Kathy is an incredible host, that made our stay unforgettable. She is very friendly and easy-going, responds to messages within maximum one hour. She knows the island and gave us very good recommendations. We came on St Maarten to celebrate my birthday and Kathy brought me a nice cake on my birthday :) The place, Coté Jardin, is cosy, peaceful and private, surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. We fell in love with this amazing place. Cupecoy beach and Mullet Bay beach are in 5 minutes walk. We could watch stunning sunsets from Cupecoy. This place is absolutely charming ! highly recommended !

Our stay started with a minor hiccup, but our host handled it with incredible professionalism and care. They immediately arranged for us to be transferred to a luxurious hotel at no extra cost, ensuring our comfort and peace of mind. The Airbnb was impeccably clean, with cozy and a well-maintained space that made our stay truly enjoyable. Unexpected situations can arise anywhere, but the way this host prioritized our experience and went above and beyond to resolve it was truly impressive. We enjoyed our stay at Jenn's! Check in was a breeze, the room was spacious, well equipped and very clean, air conditioning worked great. Location of the room in the building is great only being up one level just a few doors down, on the same level as the pool, and there's an ice machine down the hall. The pool area is fantastic! Very clean and well maintained with new lounge chairs/umbrellas. There's a bar up there and it has a unique viewing area to watch planes come and go. The building is footsteps from plenty of restaurants & bars, and there's a market next door as well. We would recommend staying at Jenn's if you're coming to Maho Bay! :)

Great location! Grocery store and many restaurants are all on the same strip in walkable distance!! Left plenty of necessities like towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and dish soap. Over all great place to stay!!
