Claudine and Dwight’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The property was much larger than we anticipated—clean, spacious, and conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from all the popular hotspots. Claudine was incredibly helpful from check-in to check-out, even advising us on airport procedures to minimize wait times upon arrival. Whenever we needed recommendations for restaurants, activities, or events, Claudine was always ready to assist, which was invaluable since we weren’t familiar with the area. She also offered additional services like house-call massages, a private chef for a dining experience at the property, and options for hikes and yoga activities. It truly felt like having a personal concierge. My wife and I can’t wait to return and stay here again!

Great management Company. They were extremely responsive. The Private pool is what made this vacation. It is a great spot to watch the boats and plains.

Shelby was very attentive to our needs. Water is not hot but that apparently is what the island has. Water pressure is not the greatest but did the job. Being beside the airport was very convenient but not quiet. We all had a great trip and appreciate Shelby a lot.

This place was absolutely amazing !!!!!! I rarely ever write reviews but me and my three cousins enjoyed the home so much. As soon as you step foot into the house, there is a feeling of peace and tranquility that takes over you. It was so peaceful at the home and very well clean and kept. Claudine is such a great host, she always answered the phone and my questions whenever I had any. I could not have picked a better place to stay; it is a walking distance from the grocery store and a few eating options as well. All of the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and everything in the home is well organized. WHEN I come back to Sint Maarten, I know exactly where I will be residing. The home definitely left a lasting impression. I rarely stay in Airbnb's when I'm out of the country, but this one was a great selection.

One of the best views on the island. The pictures are great and still cannot capture the beauty that you get to wake up to every morning. Every room has a view that faces towards the sunrise and crystal clear waters. The deck is serene and we found ourself listening to the waves and watching the stars nightly. Sherland is fantastic and always responsive. He is so kind and helpful. The other reviews about the need for a 4wd car are not exaggerating in the slightest. The first time you see the hill you will be astonished if you have not driven on mountainous island roads before. I was in a Toyota Corolla and would sometimes have the front bumper scratch the ground on the descent. Get a 4wd car for sure. Truthfully, I would stay here every time I visit. It’s the perfect place.

Loved this place! Loved the location! Very spacious. The views were amazing. I would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit. Anthony was great. Very responsive to any questions we had. The place was very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this villa. Thumbs up!!!

I stayed with my husband and 18 year-old son for 9 nights in this beautiful villa. The photos do not do it justice! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, and there are lots of towels, including beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Air conditioning units works really well and the place is very clean. My favourite part though was the lovely view of the ocean, beach and hillside! Danielle was very helpful and friendly checking us in and out and she provided us with lots of recommendations, and the owner reached out to us also. Communication was excellent from booking to after check out. The area is lovely, and Indigo Beach and the restaurant on the beach were fabulous. Rented very comfortable lounge chairs & umbrellas from them and really enjoyed their beach service and food. Lots of other restaurants close by too. I highly recommend staying here!

Chris is an amazing host. His place was beautiful, everything I had envisioned. Would stay here again and would recommend Chris and his beautiful villa to anyone else! Walk right to the beach with your morning coffee in hand.

Chris was absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, his communication was fantastic—quick, clear, and always helpful. He went above and beyond to be accommodating, making everything seamless and stress-free. His knowledge and expertise were evident, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself was even more impressive than expected—way bigger than the photos suggest, beautifully maintained, and in a truly stunning location. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This villa was absolutely amazing! It exceeded our expectations! We arrived and the host met us at the car rental so we could follow her to the house, which was great bc obviously we didn’t know our way around. There were 5 of us and the house had ample space, we each had our own room and bathroom. The grounds were immaculate, pristine and spacious and the view from the house was nothing short of spectacular! We went out a few times but with a house like this and views of sunrise and sunset you don’t even need to leave bc you won’t find a better view on the island. The grocery store was 5 minutes away and downtown philipsburg was about 10, airport was 20 minutes and Grand Case was about 30. We had a fabulous time and I’ve never stayed at a more beautiful location in my life! There were groundskeepers that took care of everything everyday and a cleaner came in halfway thru our stay to tidy up. There are even resident turtles! Overall best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Can’t say enough!!

We were 2 couples, who really enjoyed our stay. The location cannot be better (Mullet Bay, Cupecoy beaches, proximity to the airport, Simpson Bay nightlife). The small beach downstairs was a big bonus, falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The unit even had 4 reclining chairs and beach towels. We will certainly consider the unit for our next visits to this friendly, gorgeous island.

There is no better host or a better home! Chris was absolutely the best host you could ask for. He met us when we arrived to ensure we settled in well and had everything we needed. He was so quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The home itself is more beautiful than the pictures. We spent so much time outside, having breakfast, swimming, walking along the beach. It’s so private and yet so close to town for anything we needed. Chris had a book for us with lots of wonderful recommendations. The only thing I was disappointed about was having to leave. We will definitely be back!!
