I recently hosted my birthday trip and we all stayed at Lux Villa it was a total of 6 of us and the condo was beautiful with a beautiful view everyone was able to be comfortable location was perfect we had a grocery store a little coffee shop and bar all within our community so that was very convenient Enzo our concierge was great he checked on us every day and made sure to send us what was going on, on the island daily would definitely recommend you stay here

We had a fantastic stay at Skip’s place! The home exceeded our expectations—it was even better than the photos. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful balcony with a stunning view of the cruise ships. Skip provided thoughtful amenities, including beach towels, snorkeling gear, and plenty of kitchen supplies, which was especially helpful since we were traveling with a baby. The starlink internet was really fast! The location is on a hill, so be prepared for a bit of exercise, but it’s perfect if you don’t mind a short climb. A car rental is available at Divi Resort, which is convenient. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest good grocery store is about a 10-minute drive, though not within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Saint Martin was excellent and the area we stayed was perfect, being a little away from the busy touristy spots but close enough for us to easily get to. We loved Mullet beach which was a short half mile walk and there were many great restaurants and bars close by so we didn't even bother renting a car and just used buses and taxis to go further. The Condo was spacious, clean, and had great views. Anna, our host was fantastic and quickly responded to our handful of questions we highly recommend this stay to other travelers and we look forward to returning next year!

Me and my partner loved Shameeka’s listing. The place matched the pictures, and the view of the island from the apartment was incredible. Shameeka was very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to any body and I would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay. Especially the porch and the view. I liked floating in the egg chair. We appreciated the kitchen. It was nice having the extra 1/2 bath. Guana beach is more intense than others. Waves & riptides. Also, nobody seems to be picking up the trash regularly that washes in.

Binkie and Inis place was amazing! Their instructions on how to find their place were very clear and made the process easy. Their local recommendations were great as well! Would definitely this Airbnb!

We had a great 5 week stay. Parvesh and his management team were very helpful. Great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. Sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee looking at the beach was a great way to start the day. Sitting with a glass of wine in the evening and seeing the sunset was a great way to end the night. All in all we had a great time and will go back again. Thanks Parvesh

great location, so easy to get to the beach, restaurants, the big parking lot is 2 minutes away. very convenient. easy to get up, grab a quick breakfast and go back to get ready for a day at the beach. maho and mullet beaches are easily walkable. the area is very lively though, so it IS possible to hear music throughout the night (just low frequencies). place is high-tech -- backup power, wifi/flat-screen TV, silent fans, great aircon (a/c) and efficient washer/dryer. host is awesome. very responsive, very cool. ended up meeting at the heineken regatta and had a blast. will definitely stay there again

This was my second time staying at Matthew’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home is always spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to an amazing restaurant right by the beach. Matthew is an excellent host, super responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Michael was just fantastic! Such a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of local spots to pick up a few things. His property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. You feel right at home. Plants on the property are beautiful and landscaping well done. He is creating a nice lily pond which will add to this tranquil little escape. I can’t wait to visit the island again because I will be booking here again. I have already told my colleagues about this booking and they are too looking forward to booking.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Phadya and Robert's "Oceans 29 " was everything that was advertised, beautiful, clean, contemporary with a great central location and breath taking views !!! Check-in was easy with Phadya describing all the Villa amenities and some ins and outs of the property. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to future Sint Maarteen visitors!!!

Cheryl was a wonderful host. She met us to give us the keys when we arrived and walked us through to answer any questions. She also came when we checked out to take the keys. The house location is perfect. Just a block from the Great Bay, all the restaurants, shopping, beach bars. We had a wonderful time exploring Philipsburg. The house was well equipped and secure with parking if you need it. The only downside was the street noise which is especially loud on Saturday and Sunday nights. But the location is what made it special for us and our guests. We are hoping all four of us can come again in a couple of years and we would rent from Cheryl again.

This place was amazing but it was a bit off the beaten track. Luckily we found a great driver who found the place before picking us up at the airport. The villa is as advertised and Vanetta the house manager was also great.

The best thing about the place is the stunning views. I loved staring out of the big windows and from the expansive patio. It’s in a new development so there is a bit of construction going on, but I really didn’t hear it very much. We did have to drive to get to restaurants, local spots but we enjoyed the privacy, away from the crowds and hustle of the touristy areas. Sharina, Biona, and Elizabeth were very helpful and responsive. Very easy to communicate with. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

This place is ideally located with many restaurants and amenities nearby. The host was very kind with a few welcome items (loved having the wonderful rose upon arrival). The private beach is out of this world, giving you peace and serenity seldom seen anywhere around the world. The view from the pool is amazing. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with all the action always a short drive away, then look no further. Highly recommended, thanks you Konstantyn!

It was in a beautiful location. The only thing, even though the room was ready, they do make you. Wait until four o'clock to go up to the room . There is an elevator that was great. Didn't have to do those stairs.

We had a great time at Alicia’s place. She communicated very well and it was a great place to stay for two people. The view every morning from the balcony was awesome and the place is in a great area.

We have been coming to SXM for 15 years and I have stayed all over the island and this is my favorite. The beach, the pool, at your doorstep, it is beautiful! You can't ask for anymore. I have already rebooked for next year!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

We are a newly retired couple in our mid ‘60s and had a fabulous 4 week stay at Kevin’s condo. The condo offers a spectacular view of the ocean and pool. After a brief morning rain, incredible rainbows appear…hence the name “Rainbow Beach Club”. The condo was so spacious that I couldn’t hear my husband snore from one bedroom to the other. Everything you need is in Kevin’s condo and the location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to Cupecoy to the higher end waterfront restaurants, shops, Dany’s Beach Bar and grocery store. We were also able to walk to one of the nicest beaches on the island…Mullet Bay. Kevin provided ample beach towels, a sun umbrella, a cooler and sand toys. Only a few more minutes of walking got us to Maho for plane watching ,more restaurants and shopping. Directly across from the condo is Jordan Village with 2 more grocery stores and fun places to eat. Just wave the bus down and discover the rest of the island. Kevin is very responsive and a caring host.
