we had a great stay at Clarisse's. Everything was as described. it is a bit out of the center of Lisbon, but with a train station just a 5 minute walk away it's still easily accessible.

The Blue Flat met and exceeded our expectations. Rui’s description of the Blue Flat is accurate. A few things that were important and stood out during our visit is that the flat was centrally located to everything we needed in Sintra. A majority of areas were within a short walking distance. The flat was surprisingly quite and enjoyable for its location in the busy tourist bustle of Sintra. The Flat was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable during our stay We would highly recommend the Blue Flat to anyone visiting in Sintra. If Bridget and I were to visit again, we would definitely like to stay at the Blue Flat if it was available. Rui was a great host. He was very informative, respectful, and accommodating to our needs. Rui’s English is very good and easy to understand. We enjoyed our conversations with him during our stay. Rui was easy to contact and generally responded to our inquires and needs within 24 hours or less.

Our stay was better than expected. Adorable chalet apartment, super comfortable beds, and really comfy living. We’d definitely recommend Sintra Chalet Apartments 😊

My husband and I got out of our car and as we were walking through the property to the apartment we both stopped at the same time to look around us and had the same thought- wow, this is special. This is truly a magical oasis within Sintra and although we only had one night, we would love to come stay a whole month. So beautiful, relaxing, and all of the staff we interacted with were incredibly kind. And like others said yes, there is a giant dog that will come great you with a loud bark! But he is not aggressive, just large and doing his dog protection duties real quick and then walks away! No need to be scared of him!

Sofia’s apartment is beautiful. Very light and airy, and looked just like the pictures. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Sintra. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the historic part of town, which was not a problem for us, but some might like to be closer. The pedestrian area of the apartment is not entirely interesting in itself, but it felt very secure, and was quiet and peaceful, and again we loved the apartment so much that the walking more than made up for it. The place seemed very recently updated, sparkling new. The bathroom and amenities were so nice. I felt like I was at a spa. Sofia was very accommodating with our check in and check out times, her husband met us on arrival, and we appreciated the bottle of wine! Thank you for a terrific stay.

Nuno and his mum are wonderful hosts. They allowed us to check-in flexibly, welcomed us with a treat and were very helpful during our stay. I would like to emphasize that the place is very clean and the hosts are very kind. The apartment has very good equipment and my assessment of the price/quality can only be at the highest level. This was my first stay on airbnb and I am glad that it was with Nuno and his mum in Portugal. I recommend everyone to stay with these very friendly hosts who take care of every detail of the apartment so that everyone feels at home. Thank you very much for your hospitality, my mum and my sister were also satisfied.

O Duarte foi um anfitrião fantástico. Super flexível com o check in e super atencioso. A localização foi super conveniente para nós, e foi muito agradável a facilidade em marcar o ponto de encontro no café da minha infância. O mundo é uma ervilha e conhecer o Duarte foi um prazer. Nous avons passer 5 magnifiques jours dans ce logement. Il est à mi-lieu de plein d’endroits à visiter donc impeccable. Encore merci pour votre logement propre, impeccable et surtout très jolie. Excellent séjour je recommande !

El apartamento estaba impecable y contaba con todo lo necesario. Bien situado y con supermercado y bares a pocos metros. El único pero es que tuvimos que esperar casi una hora a la llegada.

It’s a cosy place located beautifully in a small street nearby a church and walking distance from Colares city center. You have small shops in the neighborhood as a mini market which provides you with necessities. We felt very at home. We found everything as described. The humidity in the house is something tangible in the cloth, but not disturbing. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in the apartment for 6 nights for a work-related trip to Sintra. It is a beautiful place, equipped with everything you may need, even for longer stays. The windows on both sides make it look large and lofty. There is indeed a lot of sunlight which was very enjoyable in October. Especially during sunrise and sunset the light was amazing. The hosts were extremely responsive and communication was very friendly. The immediate neighborhood is not particularly nice or interesting but the historic center of Sintra is well within walking distance. The train station is very close-by and the old tram to the ocean stops literally around the corner.

We had the most wonderful stay for our 40 anniversary in this outstanding apartment. Everything was perfect. Carlos offered advice on where to eat and where to go. We have loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back.

We just got back from a stay at Ricardo's apartment for 6 days. I have to say, it was a great place to stay! Ricardo was friendly and helpful, and he stayed in touch throughout our visit. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better. Supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport were all within walking distance, which made getting around really easy. It’s a lively neighbourhood, but at night it was quiet, which was perfect. Plus, parking in the garage was a piece of cake! Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming spot. Thanks, Ricardo, for a nice stay!

Was a nice place warm as it was very cold when I was there. Lots of things around restaurants there’s a bar close by so I can get a little noisy on the weekends. Other than that it was great and Tad was very helpful and accommodating!!!!

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

Posizione comoda per spostarsi e per altro vicino alla fermata del famoso tram 28. Ma la cosa più importante è stata la reattività degli host. Sempre disponibili e soprattutto con una grande celerità nelle risposte e nel soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di richiesta e/o inconveniente. Fortemente consigliato

This is my third time staying here. The flat is extremely convenient, being close to bus stops, a subway station, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It is fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances. Thanks to close communication with Jorge, I had a comfortable and worry-free stay this time too. I sincerely appreciate his support and hospitality. I would like to recommend this flat to everyone. I am looking forward to repeating my stay here in the near future.

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no apartamento em Lisboa! O Sr. Luís fez questão de nos receber pessoalmente, foi extremamente acolhedor e ainda nos deu ótimas dicas sobre a cidade. O apartamento é muito amplo, estava tudo muito limpo, com uma localização excelente para explorar Lisboa. Os quartos são amplos, com camas muito confortáveis, garantindo ótimas noites de sono. A cozinha era muito bem equipada, perfeita para preparar nossas refeições, e a roupa de cama estava muito limpa. Como passaríamos a noite de Natal lá, o Sr. Luís foi além do esperado e comprou uma árvore de Natal para que as crianças pudessem montar – um gesto que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais especial. Recomendamos este lugar de olhos fechados e, com certeza, voltaremos em uma próxima visita a Lisboa!
