A casa das bonecas é uma hospedagem cheia de afeto, acolhedora e aconchegante. Adoramos os dias que passamos lá e Rosa é uma anfitriã incrível, sempre pronta a nos responder e acolher nossas necessidades.

Жилье находится в деревне. До Лиссабона 50 минут, Синтра 15 минут, Кашкайш 30 минут. Магазины в 10 минутах езды. Есть где припарковать машину. Сам дом замечательный, очень красивый, уютный, чистый. Дворик свой. Все необходимое для жизни есть. Легкое заселение. Хозяин все на связи, дружелюбен, дал рекомендации. Спасибо.

Great place, felt like staying there longer!

Pasamos unos días de auténtico relax en este lugar. La casa es muy acogedora y bastante próxima a los lugares que queríamos visitar. Tenía todo lo necesario para estar como en tu propia casa. Y los anfitriones siempre pendientes de todo incluso si no nos poníamos en contacto con ellos, se preocupaban de nuestra comodidad. Gracias por todo

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern bei Luciano in einem toll ausgestatteten, großen Haus. Alles da, was man benötigt und noch viel mehr. Ein ganz besonderer warmer Empfang mit vielen regionalen Produkten, wie Wein, Käse, Obst, Kekse und vielem mehr. Gastgeber war besorgt wegen später Ankunft, perfekte Kommunikation. Mehrere sehr gute, traditionelle Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Strände der Umgebung sind atemberaubend. Surfschule mit tollen Lehrern gleich im Ort. Also absolute Empfehlung, gerne wieder.

Świetny dom na krótki i długi pobyt! Manuela była cudownym gospodarzem, bardzo miło mnie powitała i dbała o mój komfort podczas pobytu. Dom był czysty i wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Kuchnia posiada wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria, w łazience są dostępne podstawowe kosmetyki. Grzejnik jest dobrej jakości i zapewnia idealne ciepło podczas chłodniejszych nocy. Pościel i ręczniki były czyste i pachnące, a materac bardzo wygodny. W domu jest dostęp do ogrodu z pięknym drzewem. Podróżowałam z pieskami i bardzo mnie ucieszyło, że ogród jest cały ogrodzony. Na przeciwko domu jest ogromny parking i nigdy nie miałam problemu z miejscem parkingowym.

We had a wonderful stay at this family style home and Luis was a very generous host. Lovely outdoor space for meals and beautifully kept backyard. The beach was a short walk away but remember it gets very busy during August. Many places to eat and drink but the absolute best thing was the great market so close to the house full of fresh seafood and local produce. Note that the house is a basement floor so it can get quite cool and damp, so come prepared with some warm clothes for the night. Also ear plugs are helpful for sleep as it is on a main road. A fantastic place and a very pleasant weekend away. Thank you Luis!

Jose was lovely he greeted us by sms just as we had landed. Left us wine and gave us lots of restaurants to visit which are highly recommended. He literally welcomed us into his home. A home away from home. Highly recommend👏🏻

Quinta da Bella Vista exceeded expectations. Dinesh, who checked us in, truly set the mood for our elopement with welcoming jazz music, wine, and cheese. The space was much larger than we anticipated, perfect for our pre-wedding prep. We loved it so much, we added an extra day to soak it all in! Aline and Dinesh's hospitality went above and beyond – their responsiveness to our needs made everything seamless. We couldn't resist adding the delicious breakfast each day (highly recommend!), fueling our explorations of the charming town within walking distance. Evenings were spent enjoying deliveries via the Glovo app, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Quinta itself is breathtaking – stunning grounds, incredible views, and beautiful architecture. It couldn't have been a more magical place to celebrate our elopement. Quinta da Bella Vista holds a very special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back for anniversaries and any other excuse we can find!

Excellent location, a few minutes’ walk from a fine beach with restaurants, waves, and surfing. Great well-equipped private villa with expansive grounds and a swimming pool. Rui and Helena are excellent hosts and provided great care and attention during our stay. Hope to return in the future.

Great place very comfortable and well equipes and with super nice touches. It’s near Sintra and with a easy access to the nice hidden beaches (Praia da Ursa, etc.) on the coast line and just 30 minutes from Cascais.

The house was as described. Beautiful and scrupulously clean. Well appointed and a very relaxing space for our family to relax. We loved the pool, it was warm enough to swim everyday despite the weather being a bit overcast. Overall it was a a great place to stay to explore the Lisbon and Sintra regions.

Simply outstanding... this is without doubt one of the most beautiful holiday homes we've been lucky enough to stay in. The house is impeccable in every way.. it's spotless and spacious, and is beautifully decorated - it comes with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here for a week for a family reunion and it was perfect - the kids had a ball in the pool and we were spoilt with a stunning view of Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle on the hills. The location is great for peace and quiet, but it's equally close to shops and restaurants. If we have our way, we'll definitely be back here. Filipa and Margarida are wonderful hosts - thank you to both of you for making our stay so special.

WOW what a house - we had a fantastic stay in this home. So much space and beautiful landscaping. We explored Sintra and had a surfing lesson at Praia Grande. The drive down to the supermarket is a little hairy but all part of the adventure! The home is beautiful and everything you could need - loved the Steam Room!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We explored things in the area by day, where this villa in Sintra was perfect for relaxation and to recharge during mornings and late afternoon as a family. We were eight adults and two kids (4 months to 60 years), and we all felt very comfortable here. We were personally welcomed upon arrival and had a walkthrough of the different facilities the property offered to ensure flawless stay. The property was equipped with everything we needed. The hosts are very helpful and kind. The communication was good and clear. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Luis & Beatriz are amazing hosts. The home was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The grounds were AMAZING and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time there and will look forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend this property for those visiting the Terrugem/Sintra area. The Oak Cafe was wonderful for brunch and you must have dinner at least 1 night at Azenhas do Mar, for the food and views as well as Mercado Saloio located in Sintra for the nightly music and delicious food and good service. The spa in Cascais is amazing as well. All recommendations of Luis & Beatriz Other places we found were the Marina and shops in Cascais as well as a wonderful little eatery for brunch/ lunch called Mugs Brunch and Cafe in Pedregal. Amazing views and delicious food. Thanks Luis & Beatriz for making our first trip to Portugal amazing. Looking forward to returning.

Tivemos uma semana muito boa nesta casa. Nos sentimos muito cômodos e confortáveis. Sentimos também o carinho e o acolhimento que o espaço nos da nos seus mínimos detalhes. Só temos a agradecer e com certeza indicar para quem quer estar em um lugar limpo, cômodo e muito agradável. ✨✨✨✨✨

We felt very at home and Ângela was a lovely and friendly host. We wanted a relaxing peaceful week by the pool with the odd day out and it was perfect for that. The house is a lovely size with everything you need and very comfortable. The pool was great, we were very happy and sad to leave when our week was up. Great supermarket near by and a lovely restaurant up the hill, all walkable. The sea and Sintra a short drive away.

Belle villa joliment décorée et paisible. Le site est bien situé, proche de Sintra et Cascais. On peut également rallier Lisbonne. Accès aux plages vers Sintra et Cascais. Hôtes extrêmement soucieux des besoins des voyageurs. Bon séjour à Sao Joa das Lampas.

We loved our week in Laura’s house! We arrived very late in the evening but that was no issue at all because we could collect the key via lockbox. The house and property looked even better than expected from the photos! Everything is well maintained and renovated, but still with some south European Oceanside Charme. The size of the house was perfect for 6 adults (3 couples) with its two bathrooms. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The pool is not heated (we obviously knew this in advance) but after a couple minutes you get used to it :D We had everything we could ask for in and around the house. As mentioned in other reviews there are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood. I don’t think they were as loud as people make it out to be. They are not in the direct neighboring houses so it is a rather distant sound I think. I didn’t hear them at night. If so you would just need to close the window. All in all it was a perfect stay at Laura’s and we’d do it again!

Really nice place. Equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable and modern. The heated pool was a lovely bonus.
