It is a gem of a property away from the crowded spaces of Bhimtal. A secluded space with really nice views, nestled in the greenery, hills and abundant beautiful horticulture in the vicinity. Property and facilities available are the same as mentioned in the website. We had a very comfortable stay as host was very responsive and always available to our requirements such as local contacts, cabs and recommendations. As the kitchenette facility is there, we also cooked some items ourselves but homemade food with the caretaker was sumptuous and tasty, which came as a pleasant surprise to us. When in Bhimtal/Nainital, you should consider Woodstock residence for a calm and peaceful experience, with an amazing value for money

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bhimtal with my family! The property itself is well-maintained, offering a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding hills. Harshit was incredibly communicative, which made everything run smoothly. From the moment we booked, they were quick to answer any questions we had. It was clear that the host genuinely cared about our comfort and experience. The caretakers (Jeevan Bhaiya and his team) were also exceptional—extremely attentive and warm, and the homemade meals he prepared for us were absolutely delicious. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The bedsheets had a few stains on them, and the bathtub didn’t look as clean as we’d hoped. These small issues didn’t ruin our overall experience, but they are worth noting for future guests. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

had a very good stay the rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff was amazing they went over and beyond to make our day enjoyable.. Such a beautiful and cozy property. Felt right at home and peaceful. The place is well maintained and rooms were squeaky clean. You get a partial view of the lake but more importantly the wide view of green hill tops is even more pleasing to the eye. The hosts are very responsive and polite. wish them best !

This cabin get-a-way was exactly what i needed after touring crowded cities with heavy smog. The cabin had basic amenities and a wonderful front porch. There is a little hike down the hill to reach the cabin, but this provided the peace and privacy i was looking for. It also has a perfect fire pit for cool evenings!! I recommend checking out Baba Cake for food and cakes, as well as Stars and Pines for coffee and food. Both had a great atmosphere and good healthy food. Kasar Devi temple is about 1km walk. I rented a scooty and visited other local attractions. The local host Aby was very helpful both before and during my stay. I will stay here again next time I am in Kasar Devi.

We are frequent travellers , have stayed at many cottages in mukteshwar and it’s surrounding regions…but this place ..Casa saara ,of Capt Nitin Anand ji is something else ..this is a beautiful cottage built by captain with perfect location in sitla ,lush green surroundings with 3 side entrance ..lots of trees,lots of sitting places ,full of natural beauty and fresh air everywhere …tasty home food served by cook deepak …beside this captain and Co host surendra are so friendly and responsive that you will love to stay at this place and would carry beautiful memories with you ..if you are a pizza and coffee lover ,than do visit cafe Awara in near by Sitla market,managed by surendra and his wife…would love to visit again and again …thanks a lot nitin ji for your super hospitality.

Had a great stay at this cottage! It felt like home with all the essentials provided. Loved the garden, terrace, and the projector for a cozy movie night. Would definitely recommend!
