We had the most amazing and peaceful time at Aquila Barn. Was so good to go out and just relax in this incredible space! Would 100% recommend to anyone

From the minute we pulled up, walked to the top of the stairs, opened the balcony doors, to looking out over the ocean-this place was nothing less than spectacular!

A perfect cottage, peaceful and eclectic at the same time. The very best surrounds right below the verandah, as far as the eye can see. It is beautiful with lots to see and do. A comfortable cottage a with spacious bedrooms. Great to have the seperate toilet next to the bathroom. Sit and read, gaze out at or walk in the lovely gardens. There is a maze, other quaint places to see, however all quite private. You feel like you are the only ones there! Lovely animals, ducks and a pretty dam. Very comfortable. There is a healthy restaurant open certain days and a wellness sanctuary too.

We spent a restful Christmas at Kylie’s cosy home💕The unit has everything we needed for a comfortable stay😍 Kylie is responsive in her communication. We found the unit easily. We loved the location - in a private enclave yet close to town. The dining table looks out to the garden with its luscious hydrangeas and stunning seaview❤️ Guinea fowls and rabbits roam the grounds👍 a beautiful view to wake up to ( the sunrise is lovely!) An unexpected surprise is that this is only 5 min drive from the Little Penguin Observatory Centre! We had a wonderful experience watching these cuties during the 2 nights we stayed at Kylie’s place💝

Great spot to enjoy the quiet, birds, nature and easy access to local walks. Many thanks, we enjoyed sitting out in the back garden and watching the Fairy Wrens and the pademelons at night were a fascination for our Yorky, Jamieboy.

What can I say about this property? It was stunning! I admit to a level of anxiety as we turned onto the gravel road leading to the house. But as we drove through the gates, wow! All I could focus on was the amazing vista before me! Simon and Bianca were wonderful hosts, and Simon is an amazing chef, so if you get the opportunity for him to cook for you, take it! Each evening, we snuggled down on the couch, in front of the woodfired oven/heater, with a glass of wine in our hands. It couldn't have been more delightful. The rustic nature of the building just adds to the ambience of experience. What a place to stay!

Epic mountain views, cute friendly farm animals, welcoming and accessible host, but gave plenty of space. Cabin has everything you need. Really lovely stay

This is the cleanest and tidiest accommodation we have ever stayed in. Minutes away from the pet friendly beach. Provide cereal, milk and enough drinking water. Highly recommended quiet, off-the-beaten-path beach resort accommodation.
