Wonderful stay in the Bend area, located 10 minutes from the center of town. The resort feels very safe and has thoughtful amenities available like a bike pump track, disc golf and mini golf. The swimming pool was a little busy, but that was due to renovations happening to half of the pool area (the new pool looks very nice although I didn't get to use it). There is a kids pool with a sloped entry as well as another main pool that had a depth upto 7'-6". The temp of the main pool was warm, while the kids pool was warm some days and cold on others, so maybe some issue with the heating of the kids pool. As for the condo, the unit is comfortable and as per the images, and I would just say that it has a few issues that a handman could fix if given a couple of hours to address, simple things like a lose cabinet door below the sink and toilet roll holders that come apart. Hans was a great host, always quick to respond and friendly.

This 2 bedroom condo is walking distance to the village in Sunriver (literally across the street) and only a 10 minute walk to SHARC. We used the bikes, the SHARC passes everyday (including for discounts on golf) and had a place to come home to for dinner with plenty of nice pots, pans, plates, and nicer knives to cook at home. The 2 bedrooms are downstairs and the second floor has a living area and kitchen, it’s also nice that the front door is a mud room. We did share the space with my parents and our two kiddos so the set up with beds was perfect for us. It would be nicer to have a king sized bed in the room with the bunks but also understand what might fit better. The beds are a little firmer then what we like and the tubs of the showers are older but everything is super clean and there are so many instructions everywhere for literally everything. Being picky about the beds but would totally stay here again based on location and how friendly/easy they make it here to stay! :)

Place is just as described... great location, comfortable place, easy walk to everything in town. Host was really great, as they were very flexible when we had to move our stay because of local weather conditions and problems on our end. We did have a bit of a problem with the wrong keycode for the front door, but it was quickly resolved. The place was comfortable to hang out in, with a nice deck to hang out on. We didn't use the pool but could see it from the deck, it a little too cool for us on this trip for swimming. We didn't cook (only made tea) but the place seemed to have everything needed to cook a meal. They supplied some coffee too, but the local coffee place is a short walk away which we enjoyed so we didn't use it. The town is a lot of fun, great coffee, good food, and lots of outdoor activities nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was excellent. We would stay here again without hesitation. Hosts were great to work with and very responsive. Thank you again Till next time🤙🏽

This condo is beautiful inside with a spacious living and dining area, gorgeous master suite and everything you need in the kitchen. The unit is well maintained and has views out the living area to a peaceful forested area. The bedrooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. Even in the cold weather during our visit the unit heating system worked well and we stayed toasty warm, plus we enjoyed using the gas fireplace in the living area. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and was very friendly and helpful.

Rob’s place was exactly what we needed — a peaceful getaway from Portland in a stunning environment. The walking trail on the grounds was our favorite part!

This was a great place to stay in Bend! Really central and easy to get around, we enjoyed our time. The parking was great and it was easy to find.

Chuck & Cindy’s condo exceeded our expectations! It is perfectly located in relation to skiing & getting in to town and the amenities at this resort are fabulous! They were quick to respond and extremely helpful. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to return some day! Highly recommend.

Great location - downtown, beautiful view of mountains. The unit is right in town, but feels very private with a cute patio. It is nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. We had a couple of questions and responses were immediate. Read the directions sent to you as the unit is tricky to locate without them.

We loved this place. It’s simple and comfortable and in a great location, we would definitely return! The beds were also very comfortable.

We loved our stay at The Snuggly Otter. The freshly updated details were warm & welcoming. We loved the open concept so we could play games and hang out as a family. The walkability to the grocery store, coffee shop and multiple delicious restaurants really enhanced our experience there. Our child is older & we didn’t bring our doggy but there are so many toys and other supplies that would make this condo SO convenient for those with small children and/or their pet. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

One of the nicest airbnbs I have ever stayed at with a great price to boot. It was a perfect base of operations for our weekend trip out and was beautifully furnished throughout the place. Clearly just had many of the appliances replaced as well as other work done well. Made you really feel at home with the care, time, and money that Andrew has put into the place. Can't wait to plan a trip back out here and use Andrew's place again!

Really loved our stay here at Broken Top. Had one issue with the fireplace but they came right over to address it. Really clean and everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

The studio was so nice. Mike was very responsive when we would send a message with a question or concern. We loved the fire place, large bed & the ability to turn the tv toward the bed. The head board had a squeak to it, but so does ours at home so it wasn’t a big deal to us. We did trip the breaker when we tried to run the fire place & the microwave at the same time, but we flipped the breaker back on & messaged Mike & got a quick response. We loved that our car was right outside the kitchen door so ease into & out of the studio was fast during the snow. Since it was wet & snowing, we made sure to take our shoes off at the door even though there was not a sign to do so & thought maybe a little shoe tray would be beneficial for that reason. I loved the little hanging rack for clothes. The bathroom heater, kitchen heater & the fireplace was the perfect amount of heat for the place & we had them all pretty low. We hope to be able to return in the future. We loved the trees & ease to 97.

Great location between Bend and Mt. Bachelor! Enjoyed the place and access to heated pools and hot tubs were an added plus.

The entire place was really clean. The kitchen was well stocked and well organized with labels on all the drawers so it was really easy to find whatever we were looking for. There are nice touches like the three sisters mountain theme in the bedroom. The location was really convenient. It was a 10 minutes or less drive from a bunch of restaurants in Bend and 25 minute drive to the slopes. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and walkable to downtown and trails

Charming space! Small, but everything you need is there. We really appreciated the thoughtful items available to use- extra blankets, pool/hot tub towels, and sled with sno-park passes. Very short drive into Sunriver for shopping & food. I recommend it!

I’ve stayed in other properties in this complex, and this one was the best so far! Comfortable beds, upgraded appliances, nice furniture, and right next to the pool. I’d definitely stay again!
