The villa was just as described. Great location, walkable to the beach and close to bars and restaurants yet still private. We were able to check in early and were met by Maria’s family and all the amenities were explained well. Maria checked in with us regularly and came to clean during our stay. We even locked ourselves out and Maria was very helpful in getting us back in. Check out was also very smooth and easy. Overall a great stay and would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Tolles Ferienhaus, wir hatten im Spätherbst eine tolle Zeit hier zu viert. Ich finde sowohl das größte Manko sowie das größte Plus des Hauses wird in der Anzeige nicht deutlich: das Haus liegt wirklich in erster Reihe zum Meer, keine 10 Meter von der Küste, der Blick ist phantastisch! Getrennt ist man nur durch die Old Road- und den Verkehr hört man dementsprechend. Im Herbst war das wirklich gar nicht schlimm, aber im Sommer ist vermutlich deutlich mehr los, das sollte man schon wissen. Der Garten und Hof sind gemeinschaftlich genutzt und sehr hübsch und gepflegt! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet! Klare Empfehlung von uns.

Snorkelling paradise! Nikos and the Stone House were both great. The house is small, but has everything you need, with the pool and BBQ area where we spent most of our time, and the steps down to the sea lead to a perfect spot for snorkelling, where we saw all sorts of types of sea life. Nikos was there with everything we needed, including recommendations of beaches / restaurants etc. Ierepetra is a much nicer town than people say and the Stone House is a 5 minute drive into town. You could walk, but we didn't. Would highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Despinas Wohnung. Einfach alles hat uns gefallen und wir haben uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Beschreibung ist schon toll, die Wirklichkeit ist noch viel besser. Despina ist immer hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. Wir hatten etwas Mühe die Unterkunft zu finden. Ich habe Despina angeschrieben und sie hat sofort reagiert. Sie hat mit uns einen Treffpunkt vereinbart. Dort hat sie dann schon auf uns gewartet 🙏. Wir möchten unbedingt wiederkommen, es gibt noch so viel zu entdecken in Ostkreta. Ganz lieben Dank, liebe Despina und liebe Grüße an deine Mama ❤️

We had an amazing stay in Agios Ioannis. The house is beautiful, clean, calm, with beautiful views and a great garden. Perfect location to escape tourism and enjoy the mountains. We highly recommend and hope to visit again!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venions chez Dionisis et comme il y a quelques années, nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La maison est ravissante et très bien entretenue, le jardin est agréable et tout a été pensé pour que les hôtes puissent profiter du lieu et se détendre. Encore mille mercis et à la prochaine fois.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit dem bezaubernden Garten. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Für jemand allein, als Paar oder auch kleine Familie ideal. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, den schönen Garten will man gar nicht verlassen. Die Strände sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein paar tolle Tavernen ebenso. drumherum sind die Berge, Olivenhaine und sehr herzliche Menschen. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar, bemühen sich richtig um ihre Gäste. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Umgebung bekommen. Also, nichts wie hin, für die, die eine schöne ruhige Seite von Kreta genießen wollen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vielleicht kommen wir wieder. Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir es unseren Freunden.

The owners of this place were amazing! They were so nice! The apartment is very clean and organized. The view is absolutely stunning from this place! Recommending everyone to stay here! Would stay here again if we ever visited!

appartamento moderno pulitissimo molto carino fornito di tutto,aria condizionata cucina attrezzata lavatrice letto comodo,unica pecca la mancanza della lavastoviglie. attorno a casa c'erano diversi gatti e inoltre 4 adorabili cani che vivono in quella zona, ma non abbiate paura sono dolcissimi e innocui, gli abbiamo dato da mangiare durante tutto il nostro soggiorno e ci facevano sempre le feste, se potete vi preghiamo di fare altrettanto, a creta non c'e' una vera concezione degli animali da compagnia e ancor meno dei cani randagi abbandonati a se stessi, un piccolo gesto puo' fare la differenza, grazie di cuore.

Had a great stay at this apartment. It offered everything needed for day to day living and was very clean. The location was outstanding and is a quick walk to everything the city has to offer. While there is no parking spot, we had no issues finding parking nearby. Irini was very kind, helpful, and responded very quickly. She also gave us some local recommendations that turned out amazing. Overall, couldn't think of a better place to stay while in Agios Nikolaos!

Très belle grande maison traditionnelle grecque. Et un jardin extraordinaire avec une vue époustouflante. Avec des petits coins repos hamacs , chaises longues. Splendide salle à manger extérieur. Et un accueil familiale très chaleureux et attentionné

Well-equipped home and nicely decorated for our holiday stay over Christmas:) We really liked being walking distance to the beach, easy parking, good communication and games for our kids to play at the apartment. We visited during the off season and holidays so not many places were open nearby but it is very walkable to get places in the busier seasons.

The apartment was ideally located, very close to the beach and restaurants, but we were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever. Plenty of space for a couple and a small child. The outdoor terrace has a good view of the sea. Magdalena was the perfect host, arranging transport to and from the airport and quickly responded to any questions we had. We basically had a very good time and will hopefully return in the future.

Perfect combination of quiet area and still walkable to beach all great tavernas and groceries 10-15 min walk . Our favourite Taverna was Kriti. Cutest small authentic town. And gorgeous Listis Beach only 10 min drive. Town is on the water so theres so many small beaches and access points with showers and changing stalls. Beaches are some sand and also rocky, amazing clear water. House is full of character, clean and comfy though rustic. Outdoor sitting area with couch and big table was where we spent the most time and playing with the sweet baby kittens. The garden itself is small though. Great outdoor shower with lots of privacy. There is another airbnb on the top floor and you can sometimes hear them. Only downside was the little biting flies, since there no screens on any windows. Our favourite town in Crete we will definitely be back

Maria, Thank you for a wonderful stay! I didn’t think it was possible but the apartment was even more beautifully than the photos. It was such a treat getting to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony and look out into the valley. Everything was perfect for our stay and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved this villa, Mania very kindly greeted us at Midnight as we had a late flight, and yes the reviews are right, she arrived with the most amazing moussaka and even made a vegetarian one. Mania was always available for any advice/recommendations and managed the tricky combination of being present but not intrusive. There was also a really thoughtful welcome gift of homemade food waiting for us. The kitchen was really well equipped, and super clean, we ate in a lot and enjoyed dinners on the covered terrace. We loved the pool, the kids especially, we spent a lot of time in the pool as it was very hot. The beds were comfy, the rooms all have their own bathroom, and terraces, there was lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The garden is beautiful and I don't think we managed to sit in all the different seating areas in the week. The winner for me was the decor, it was so beautiful, it was like staying in house in a Home Decor magazine. We will definitely come back.

Lovely clean villa and we all enjoyed the great pool area. Stelios was a great host and greeted us on arrival with a friendly and helpful attitude, he was always very easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is set in a quiet area and hiring a car to get around is recommended. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the restaurants of the Old Town, which is a lovely family friendly place to go. We had a relaxing stay and would not hesitate to recommend!

Audrey was really helpful sorting out transfers and a shopping for when we arrived. The villa and pool area is decorated to a very high standard. We would thoroughly recommend visiting it is a great holiday location

Wir kamen spät am Abend in der Unterkunft an und Manolis hat uns sehr gut empfangen. Er hat uns frische Pizza mitgebracht und waren sehr froh darüber, da nichts mehr offen hatte um diese Zeit. Die Einrichtung entsprach den Bildern, aber die Betten hätten bequemer sein können. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr privatsphäre gewünscht, da die Balkone der Hotelgäste direkt auf unser Aussenbereich (Pool) gerichtet war und das auf den Bildern nicht gut ersichtlich ist. Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell überall, aber ich empfehle ein Auto zu mieten. Ansonsten war alles top und ich würde die Villa Anna Maria wieder buchen.

Wir waren zu 8 für fast 2 Wochen in der Villa Vigla. Uns hat es super gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Der Pool ist sehr schön und bietet eine tolle Kulisse zum relaxen. Er wird regelmäßig gereinigt und es gibt genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme sowie 2 Duschen direkt am Pool. Auch das Meer ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. In Keratokampos gibt es genügend gute Restaurants welche auch bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zur Not bietet die Pizzeria auch einen Lieferdienst an. Ein Ansprechpartner ist gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation hat prima funktioniert und sie hat auch gute Tips. Die Lage ist super, wenn man die Portela und Kavousi Canyons befahren will, da diese in unmittelbarer Nähe enden. Leider hatten die Canyons im Juli kein Wasser mehr, aber das war zu dieser Jahreszeit zu erwarten. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist der Listis Beach (10min mit dem Auto). Dort kann man gut Schnorcheln und von den Felsen ins Meer springen.

Очень уютное и просторное жилье , находится в очень тихом месте , но при этом все в доступности , хотели бы вернуться, хозяин очень отзывчивый ,быстро отвечает и всегда готов помочь , отдельное спасибо за гостинцы при заселение

we where 6 people for the weekend there , the location as well as the facility are amazing. very peaceful and private location and you can go any time of the year! recommend !

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at KaDeView. The house is amazing and looks exactly as pictured (if not nicer). What we really appreciated was that the house had everything that we needed during our two week stay for a family with a baby and two early teenagers. The kitchen had all the basics (spices, olive oil, fruits, cookware) and there were plenty of glasses and dishes. The house has laundry, pool floats, pool nets, vacuum, and outside shower, …anything you’d need. The host was also fantastic and extremely accommodating. We arrived late at night and there was a whole spread of food and wine waiting for us. This was so thoughtful and exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The cleaners did a great job at keeping the house impeccable during our stay. Overall, I have never stayed at an Airbnb that was so well thought out and livable. Highly recommend booking this place. It felt like home and we definitely want to come back.
