We directly felt at home in the colourful garden house with amazing view over te garden. Surrounded by donkeys, cats, chickens and ducks the place felt like our own little farm. Petra and her husband are very attentive hosts who really go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. We got clear instructions before arrival plus information about things to do in the surroundings. During our stay they made every effort to make us feel at home: showering at their place never a problem, a nice conversation, a joke and sharing their excitement with their beautiful place it was all included. thanks for a lovely stay!

Our group of three adults stayed at Rodopi’s home, and it was perfect for our two days in Geleen. The outdoor space is perfect!

Fijn verblijf gehad in dit ruime appartement. Grote nette badkamer met apart toilet (erg fijn). Echt ruime woonkamer en keuken met een verdieping hoger 4 slaapkamers met eigen wastafel en spiegel. En daarbij nog een aparte 2e toilet boven, echt top. Voldoende (gratis parkeerplekken voor de deur en dichtbij supermarkt en verschillende restaurants. Al met al een super fijn, ruim en schoon appartement, zeker aan te raden!

The home of Armagan is in a quiet, new district of Sittard. New building, the bedroom is spacious, very clean, light. The heating is only on in daytime, but it is comfortable in the room at night as well, and the bed is wonderful. Fantastic matras and comforter(cover) also extra fleece blankets. I was very comfortable and warm. The contact with Armagan was good. At first he needed some time to decide, if he would have a guest, but once decided, the contact and response was quick and smooth. He is easy going, flexible with the arrival time. I arrived very late at night, and it was very cold, he met me at the station. We mutually agreed on time of departure. Armagan is very friendly, nice to talk to, and like to have a good conversation about many subjects. He speaks English very well. The location is at walking distance from the station and town center, and busses stop near as well. Towns like Maastricht, Heerlen, Valkenburg, Vaals and Aachen are in reach. I recommend it.

Heel leuk ingericht knus huisje waar wij met onze twee meisjes van 2 en 4 jaar mochten verblijven. We gingen op bezoek in Maastricht en daarvoor was deze plek een prima uitvalsbasis. Ik vond de grote douche heerlijk en de keuken en eetkamer heel volledig. Prima bed en slaapbank. De meisjes vonden de schommel in de slaapkamer heel leuk. Enige minpuntje was voor ons de weg aan de voorzijde waar ook 's nachts nog auto's te horen zijn. Waarschijnlijk voor de meeste mensen geen probleem, maar wij zijn geen geluid gewend.

Wij hebben erg genoten van het verblijf samen met onze dochter van anderhalf. Maastricht en Valkenburg zijn makkelijk aan te rijden met de auto, als je binnen door rijdt kom je lamgs prachtige wegen en landschappen. Als je geen zin hebt om na een lange dag met kind opstap te koken, kun je recht onder het verblijf genieten van een lekker diner in de brasserie, met fijn personeel. Een mooie ochtend wandeling staat recht voor de deur. De hosts zijn erg vriendelijk en hebben ons voorzien van een warm welkom en een fijn afscheid. Kortom genoten!

Appartement was ruim, erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden sliepen fantastisch, dit appartement is een goede aanrader!

Marlou war super freundlich, Check in und Abreise waren ganz einfach und die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr schön. In der direkten Umgebung ist nicht viel los, aber mit einem Auto sind Supermärkte und Restaurants nicht weit entfernt. Für mehr als 2 Personen ist die Unterkunft doch etwas klein, aber für eine Auszeit zu zweit ist es perfekt.

We had a warm welcome and a very relaxing time at Loet‘s place. There was everything we needed and the atmosphere was really nice. Quiet, spacious and creatively decorated. Thank you, Loet, we‘d love to come again!

Mieke hat uns herzlich empfangen, sie spricht sehr gut deutsch und wir konnten ein wenig über Land und Leute erfahren. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser Gegend kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wat was het fijn hier! Prachtig weer, mooie boerderij, veel kalfjes en honden & dat bij de aardigste boeren uit Limburg! Het huis is ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken, & heerlijke bedden. De kinderen gaven het een 10.

Heerlijke woning waar alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig is. Fijn bed, goede douche en goed uitgeruste keuken. Het terras en de overdekte eettafel zijn heerkijk met goed weer. We hebben alle dagen buiten gegeten mer hond Ares als gezelschap. Edgar checkte regelmatig of dat oke was; wij vonden het heel gezellig.

First, the location is excellent for access to the center of town, which you should always do by foot or bike. The property is a 2 minute walk to both main squares and the shopping, cafes, etc between both. Also same distance to the river and 20 min walk to the railways station. Note, there is definitely no opportunity to park a vehicle at the property - as per the description. The property has plenty of space and all the amenities you could need. It is on 3 levels with very steep, cramped spiral stairs between the levels, these take some getting used to, but definitely add a unique and enjoyable element to the property. You will definitely need help from Eric to find the property the first time, Google/Apple maps gets you close, but the entrance is hidden away a little bit. And Erik is very available to do this, so that is not an issue, just make sure to arrange to meet Eric. Eric was very responsive, we arrived tired from an 8000 mile journey at 9pm on Sunday and all was fine.

Es war alles top. Von der Kommunikation angefangen, über ein einfaches einchecken, freundlicher und (zufällig) persönlicher Empfang. Das Appartement ist ein kleines Schmuckstück. Alles vorhanden. Lage direkt an der Maas top. Für uns mit unseren beiden Labbies ideal, um Natur und Maastricht zu entdecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The location was perfect, right in the center with the Christmas markets and caves within walking distance. Communication with Peter was good. Highly recommended!

The location of the apartment is excellent – close to the Christmas markets yet far enough from the noise, offering a peaceful stay. We also loved the amenities provided; the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Small but thoughtful details in the bathroom and kitchen, like toiletries and kitchen essentials, made it feel like home. A great choice for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!
