Dana’s place is beautiful and tranquil. There was a fun art project set out for us to do, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to get to it. When we had questions, Dana was very responsive. Thank you Dana for a very nice visit!

Our stay felt like home away from home! A welcome retreat after a busy day that was comfortable and relaxing. We hated to leave and look forward to staying again!

My wife, son, and dog stayed at Fred’s place for over a month in late December and all of January. We needed to be close to town and his place was perfect for us. His place is clean, well laid out, has all the amenities you need, and has great views of Mt Baker and the surrounding area. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We also couldn’t have asked for a better host. Fred is kind, responsive, and flexible. We highly recommend his place and would stay there again if the opportunity presented itself.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was beyond fantastic—super clean, cozy, and had such a homey feel to it. The host was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. She even went out of her way to leave fresh eggs and homemade bread for us, which was such a thoughtful touch! We were on a road trip and she graciously accommodated us at the last minute, which we truly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and she even has little extras in the pantry for you to use if needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay!

Highly recommend staying here! The place was beautiful & pristinely clean. There were ample, cozy blankets, helpful make-up lights in each bedroom, and a well stocked kitchen. Travis was kind, incredibly helpful, and an all-around wonderful host. We plan to stay here again next year and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in a 5-star Air b&b experience.

The Coal Creek Cottage was PERFECT for our family to get away for the weekend. We were completely delighted by the Christmas decorations! The cottage is extremely comfortable and well appointed, with clear instructions for all the amenities. We would definitely recommend it!

This home was great for our family. Sarah was very responsible and communicated great. The area is beautiful and so was her home. We felt at home and not afraid to use the kitchen and other amenities. The beds were comfortable, clean, and the home smelled great. There were plenty of towels and other items needed for a pleasant stay. You can read everything that is provided in her description, which is very accurate. Her instructions in the book were very helpful as well. It was so peaceful and the scenery was magnificent. We were there in the middle of the tulip bloom and had the chance to visit the gardens. If we ever return, we will definitely stay here again. You can't go wrong with her home. If you stay in April, allow for extra time to travel and use alternate routes. Use your GPS. However, this in NO way took away from our stay. Thank you Sarah for being such a gracious host:)

Sylvia and Ross’s cottage with the greenhouse was quite possibly THE nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It was immaculately clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with very clear instructions and a lovely note from them on the table! The bed was very good quality, there were enough outlets, and the bathroom/shower was luxurious! The greenhouse had a heater and stayed nice and warm, to our surprise, since we were there during December! We were incredibly comfortable. We were so, so happy here, and fully plan on staying again next time we’re in Mount Vernon!

Jane was a wonderful host and so responsive. Her home is lovely - clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I especially enjoyed how well suited the kitchen was for making meals. Highly recommended!

Best air bnb experience so far. Even better than the pictures. Spotless interior and incredible views and amenities outside. The best part was Amy. She was incredibly communicative, offered great recommendations, and was quick to respond to inquiries. As ready as we were to get home, it was tough to leave.

This beautiful, peaceful, accommodating home was more than we could have imagined. We were in town navigating through a serious health issue with a family member. Coming “home” to this residence was so calming and peaceful. The views are spectacular. Every need was met from salt and pepper to shampoo and conditioner. The beds were so comfortable and the space inviting. Thank you for such a delightful place to call home for the week. We will definitely be back.
