This place is great! Perfect cozy, rustic, very clean cottage right on the beach. We were here with our three kids (2, 4, 11) and they all loved it. It was easy for them to walk out to the beach themselves and play, and the back deck is perfect for running around, sitting by the fire pit, and checking out the birds (lots of herons and eagles). There's also great views of the water and the bluffs from inside, especially in the little eating nook. We also really appreciated the kids books and toys. A+ place for your dog too! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and is great for walking. Langley, Coupeville, Fort Casey and Ebey's Landing are all within 30 minutes. Good communication, easy check in/out, fairly priced, and the pictures and description are spot on. For planning purposes, there's no bathtub or dishwasher, and the washing machine can only handle small loads - didn't matter for us. Don't hesitate to book - we hope to be back!

We had an amazing time at this lovely farmhouse. It was by far the most well stocked place we've ever stayed at! Comfy beds. Great kitchen. and the grounds are stunning. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Susan and Steve are communicative and generous hosts. Susan and Steve's "Shalom at the Lake" is exactly as the name describes - peaceful with a beautiful view a lake. We had a group of 6 women for a writing retreat. We had ample and comfortable space for gathering together and for solo time. In addition, we enjoyed nearby parks and cafe's that were all within a 10-20 minute drive from the house.

A tiny house with everything you need. Marillyn is a great host and the nature around the area is amazing if you take a small hike to the Nooksack River.

We found the place easily. Stairs were a challenge for the seniors in my group but well taken care of and lighted. Loved the breakfast scones and amenities in the refrigerator. Ranae has thought of everything for a comfortable stay by storing a folding table and chairs, baby items if needed, fans and other items. The office is a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable. I did not get the normal backache that always comes after a stay in a hotel. If I am in Lynden again I will look to stay here again.

Beautiful location to host family for our mother’s 90th birthday celebration over Memorial Weekend. Had everything we needed to spend the weekend with 10 family members that travelled from all over the world to be there. Great for kids and seniors as well. The weather did not cooperate but with the size of the property, we enjoyed our time relaxing in both the guest house and main house.

We loved this stay! It was exactly as described and was the perfect spot for us in all of our travels. The house was super cute and clean. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Had a lovely stay - the property is gorgeous. Driving through the neighbor's gate to get to the property felt a little funky but once you get back to the home, very serene. The immediate neighbors do have dogs that bark, but we're dog people and are used to that. The stairs inside to the lower level are quite steep - just a heads up. The home is lovely, Olga wrote us a cute welcome note with a scrumptious cherry pie and bottle of wine! The kids loved going down to the river and my son enjoyed casting with the provided fishing pole. We made sure and took the bear spray when we walked but never saw any bears. Did find their footprints along the river though!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa's place. The apartment was spacious and thoughtfully appointed with everything from snacks to spare toothpaste. The view of Mount Baker is perfectly framed from the picture window and the grounds and neighborhood are beautifully landscaped. The apartment itself is quiet and private and all appointments are high quality and in great condition. Lisa is very friendly and helpful with information about the surrounding area and activities.

Had a lovely time at Jared's again ! And I'm hoping to be back this summer 🌞 thank you for your hospitality !

Was the perfect little spot to stay in a quiet town

This was my 3rd stay at Jared's place and as usual, it was fantastic! It's cute and cozy and just perfect for my stay in Snohomish. Only a few blocks from cute downtown! I live in Arizona so being in a neighborhood full of green grass, trees, and flowers is such a treat for me. Super comfy bed, great shower (huge plus for me!), and kitchen full of almost everything you need to cook. I had a tiny issue with the internet my first night and Jared responded in literally minutes after I contacted him. Excellent host, excellent stay. I will definitely be back again soon! Thanks, Jared :)))

This place is special. The rooms are large and meticulously clean, set in a backdrop of nature with views of the water. The host Rita is a great communicator and goes out of her way to make guests feel special. Her breakfasts - omg, to die for, prepared with vegetables and ingredients grown the farm.

The Anchorage Inn was absolutely delightful. Our room was charming and Dave and Maggie were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was delicious! Can’t wait to return again soon!

Beautiful grounds and cottage! Tom and Jackie provide a wonderful stay. We highly recommend staying at the cottage while visiting the island.

After reading all the other reviews before booking, the stay was exactly what we expected. A quaint and quiet place with a beautiful view to wake up to everyday. Robin delivered tasty baked treats every morning and the wine that was readily available when we arrived for tasting was a nice touch. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jake & Lynda's. They were very responsive from the beginning and were flexible as we figured out our arrival plans. The space was very clean and well-kept, with beautiful sunset views over the water.

We loved our stay with Walter and Joseph. I went with my friend Sheri to celebrate my birthday a few weeks late. It was great to wander and talk about plants (my gardener's heart!), dogs, and salamander eggs with our kind hosts. The house and grounds are beautiful, the dogs are sweet and goofy, and I almost made friends with shy dog Roberta. Plus- the breakfast each morning was fabulous! I'm already missing Joseph's biscuits and homemade jam, and it's just been since yesterday. Thank you, thank you, two! ~Valerie Walter and Joseph’s home was a wonderful place to stay. It was quite comfortable and clean, and their breakfast service was definitely an unexpected and delicious surprise. I especially appreciated their inclusion of my guide dog into their doggy family, allowing her to play and visit with their own dogs. The large fenced property was truly ideal for everyone to play safely and securely. I hope to return for another visit at some point. ~Sheri

We really enjoyed our stay at Kathryn’s B&B. The breakfast both days we were there was excellent. It was very quiet and peaceful and a great location for us. Kathryn was very responsive to our needs, friendly and welcoming.

This was my first time working so far from home and I was anxious about finding a place that would be accommodating for both me and my lab (Annie). I am more then pleased with this stay. They have been beyond what I hoped for. Both of us have been treated very kind and I love the extras as in gym membership, lovely rooms and grounds, and friendly hosts. I give this place a 5 out of 5 star rating.
