This house offered a great stay. It was very cozy and clean and fit our needs perfectly and the host is very responsive. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances. A couple of quirks to be aware of: there is no microwave if you need one and be careful of the upstairs shower without a curtain or door because water splashes out easily and the shallow basin fills quickly with water. Beyond those, the house was wonderful.

this was a perfect home to spend Christmas with my Family just felt like home with everything we needed, kitchen and bathrooms were very well equipped with everything thats needed. and beautiful views of mountains plus close to make hiking trails thanks we had a great time as a family.

Better than what we expected. Lots of room to accommodated our group. Perfect location, loved that everything was very close to us! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

We have stayed here twice now and absolutely LOVE the property. We appreciate the immaculate condition of the property, the mountain view and the proximity to skamania lodge, Hood River, great hikes and Multnomah Falls. We will be back in the summer.

We had a wonderful visit at Mona's house. Everything was as expected. The couple questions we had were answered quickly. Overall a wonderful space for a family get away. Highly recommend. Don't forget to try out Carson Hot springs

The check-in process is seamless, everything is clean and comfortable, and we feel right at home each time we return. Great stay, once again!! Mahalo nui loa (thank you very much in Hawaiian) for accommodating us AGAIN this trip!! The cabin is SO different from what we’re used to in Hawaii, but in a GREAT way!! Being right on a nice, clean, quiet river is so peaceful and we just LOVE the smell of the “great outdoors” (just nice change from what we are used to in Hawaii). This is a charming place in a great location. You have all the amenities in Stevenson and it's a short walk to Skamania Lodge but when you're there, you feel like you're off in the woods somewhere peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed watching the chickens (we even got fresh eggs) and deer from the window and the living room has a great reading nook. Julie was great! Would definitely book again.

Our stay was perfect! The location can’t be beat and the place is clean, well styled and cozy. Agnes and Reco deeply care about their space and you can tell. They are very responsive to anything you need. That, and the view can’t be beat. Best Airbnb in Hood River!

We have stayed at this beautiful historic home twice and plan to return again. It is the perfect place to have a family get-together, with plenty of room for children and grandchildren to stay together. There are amazing views of the river and waterfalls out of every window and abundant outdoor amenities including a fire pit, walking paths and several patios. The hosts are attentive and go out of their way to ensure their guests comfort. The kitchen is well-stocked with small app!iances and cookware. There's even a barbecue and smoker. If you're looking for a peaceful experience in beautiful surroundings, this is it!

We stayed 2 nights in the small cabin. The bed was comfy and outdoor kitchen was fun! There was a small fridge to unload our cooler into, a full sized stove, and lovely spot to sit and take it all in. The compost toilet is comparable to a portapotty, but much cleaner. The shower is a bit of an adventure but it was perfect. Just a note that it's a small trek from the car up a hill, but that it what makes it super private. Would 10/10 recommend arriving before dark to make the initial walk up easier. A head lamp would be great too. We had a great time talking to the hosts, visiting with their animals and would most definitely return!

6 adults truly enjoyed our stay at Sarah & Mark's beautiful house. As a family, we are not together often, but this is a wonderful and spacious house to gather, yet allows private areas as well. The kitchen was fully furnished and all appliances were up to date and in good working order. The garden is beautiful and the expansive deck with a view of the Columbia River is a wonderful asset to this house. If in the area, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved our stay at Cora's place, The Blue Bungalow in Stevenson. Well appointed with many amenities and more kitchen perks than we could ask for. Great location right across from the Skamania Fairgrounds. It was just two of us but would be a great place for a family or extended group. Would go back again!

Inna was very responsive and accommodating to several special requests we had made prior to check-in. The property is very private and in a beautiful location. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this place is perfect. Very large and spacious rooms and well appointed kitchen. Plenty of entertainment options onsite, e.g. several TV's with streaming services, pool table, ping pong table, indoor and outdoor basketball and plenty of games, puzzles, etc.

We had a fantastic stay. What a location and VIEW! We spent each morning sitting on the deck drinking our coffee and each evening sitting on the deck just looking at the view. We spent the last night lying on the deck looking at the millions of stars. Amy's home is a highly functional, well-laid-out living space. It offers privacy for those who want to chill and read, a spot for those who want to chill and chat, and a HUGE yard for those who want to wander. So many things to look at in the yard. The kitchen offers anything you might need to make a meal. We would (and hopefully will) stay again.

Love this place!! Very private and plenty of space within the home and property to walk around and explore. Was lucky enough that it snowed the day before I arrived so that was a nice touch! The cabin itself was super nice and cozy - love the fireplace. View from the front door was amazing. Looks just like the photos. Recommend this place!

I have a friend who lives in the area and this is my second time booking Athena’s place. It is in a neighborhood but it’s quiet. I just love staying here I always feel right at home. Has everything you need and then some. Hot tub is awesome. Lots of games for kids. Highly recommend!

Crows Nest was a very nice cabin with a cozy wood stove and a fun vibe. Nice kitchen and huge master suite. Steve the host was wonderful to work with! Very kind and attentive, always prompt with his responses and informative. Highly recommend working with Steve at any of his properties. Thank you Steve!

We loved staying at Amanda's place. This was our third airbnb in Hood River during a long trip and it was the most 'homey' feeling place of them all. The yard is great (esp. if you have kiddos), quiet neighborhood, had a nice kitchen space that was well stocked (it is a home, after all), and beds were actually really comfortable - firm but not too firm (we find comfortable beds to be a bit of a rarity for us). We also appreciated that there were two mini splits - one in the main part of the house and one in the larger bedroom. The house very comfortable on the hot days. We missed in the posting that there is no washer/dryer but there is a nice laundromat less than 5 minutes away. Would stay here again!
