Convenient location to visit relatives in the same road! Everything was spotless and Mark was quick to respond to all correspondence. Easy access and lots of parking. Everything went very smoothly.

A gem of a find, exactly what we needed, and the weather was a shining too. Totally gorgeous little annex, inspirational decor, comfy, warm and to wake to the local wildlife was a great start to the day x

A great base in the centre of town. Plenty of nearby restaurants and takeaways. Very easy to find too. Parking is on the street but in the week I was there I had no trouble parking close to the flat. Couldn’t find a thermostat for heating, mainly to dry towels ect and the tv has no aerial so viewing is limited to a few online channels, although access to your private Netflix and prime are available too. Definitely stay again!

The chalet was just like in the pictures: super cosy, intimate and peaceful. Our dogs loved the beach, and Marilyn made sure at all times that our needs were met to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really recommend this spot, and we'll definitely visit again in the summer.

Amy’s place was immaculate, it was very cosy and perfect for a little break away. Fully equipped kitchen which was handy!

Had a lovely stay for New Years, place was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a quiet stay and some lovely places to drive to in the surrounding areas!

The Phoenix by the Sea suited my Wife & I perfectly. It was warm & clean with excellent Wi-Fi. The description and photos are spot on. Would we stay again? Most definitely.

Very clean and tidy, room with two single beds, beds are for smaller people and children, just in case anybody who thought two normal size adults could sleep in there. Kitchen was lovely and bathroom was lovely and there was even a cosy living room hiding at the back!!

This was a returning visit for us as both the accommodation and location worked well for us. The host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs for this stay and we really appreciated it. Would highly recommend.

The penthouse is exactly as shown on the photos but with added homeliness that cannot be captured on film. Location was fabulous, quiet but very central and parking was very close by. We really, really enjoyed our stay on a damp weekend in November.

A lovely place to stay just a few minutes drive away from everything. Everything was as shown on the listing. Only thing is that whilst the hot tub area is private, you do have to walk around the front of the property to get to it. This didn't take anything away from the stay though! Would stay again 100%

We had a brilliant stay, rooms were modern & clean. Easy check-in and check-out with flexible times. No noise around so an amazing sleep was had. Fantastic location, a short drive to Lincoln & some brilliant pubs close by. Hot tub was an added bonus and made the weekend that extra bit special. The farm animals were lovely to see too! Would 100% recommended for a relaxing weekend away. Thank you John. 🤩

Nice, pleasant stay. Lucie was quite communicative and helped me with finding the house as the Google maps don’t accurately identify her house location. Was quite worth the stay at the price it was offered.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Superb lodge in a lovely spot. 5mins drive to Woodhall Spa, where there are lots of bars / cafes / restaurants. Very peaceful location. ideal for walking or road cycling and i would highly recommend a visit.

Exactly as listed and in the photos. One of the best we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in lots all over the world! Pristinely clean throughout, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we’d definitely stay again.
