The place was clean and well cared for. It was easy to find, and the check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. The host was very responsive and made the whole process smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Our 4th stay here and loved it once again! Perfect location to enjoy this incredible part of the country. House is great as always and Sophie was on hand to help when needed. Already booked to come back later this year!

Tidy, cosy home and in a great location We loved our stay here!

Our stay was so relaxing and easy. The house is lovely and was pristine for our arrival. The location is ideal, a minute from the beach and a quick walk from shops and arcades. Our dogs also loved the house and especially the closed in garden. A outdoor dog bowl was even provided. The bath and she shower were lovely, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was easy to use and had every appliance we needed. Will definitely stay again

The Annexe was a great place for a small family. We stayed there for 2 nights. Located in a beautiful location. Lorraine was a lovely host. Her communication was great from the time we booked till the departure. We will definitely visit this place again. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Norfolk.

Wonderful house and hosts. Very flexible hosts on check in and check out. The cake and Prosecco were much appreciated. The house was perfect for our large group for the weekend. Homely, lovely decorated, organised, and a well equipped kitchen. The kids bedroom at the top was perfect. Comfy beds in the double rooms. Immediate surroundings are functional - main road, Tesco extra store, car park and what you would expect from a typical English seaside town - arcades, sweet shops, amusement park. However, a great base to explore the surrounding areas. A day trip to Holkham was exceptional. And we did a great walk to the shipwreck and along the cliffs. The hosts provided and recommended many local restaurants. We had the fish and chips which was a hit all round. And Sunday roast at The Lodge which was very good. A great weekend all round. Excellent value for money. Would throughly recommend.

Perfect home to use as a base for visiting Lincoln with family. Plenty of room, all the amenities you need, safe and secure.

Nice and peaceful place with all the facilities you need.wr was there out of season so the place wasn't as busy ss it would be in the summer but that's what we wanted.allways something to see or do and plenty of places to eat

Took the family, kids loved the pool. Hot tub was fantastic. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom was lovely. Only downside was no wifi.

Hill Crest House was perfect for our family reunion. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and had plenty of supplies. The game room was the best part though, with plenty of space for the whole family to hang out. We enjoyed walking across the fields to the pub at Tetney Lock. We look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the pool and garden.

Beautiful peaceful lodge with great lakeside view and a lovely host. The place is beautifully decorated with a cozy warmth to it, absolutely enjoyed our stay, we even had some cute visitors (ducks) come up to the patio. The view from the living room/kitchen is amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen to have things like sugar, coffee and sauces, as well as games like Jenga. Everything fit the description, and Jean was highly responsive, providing all the information needed to access the lodge. Big thank you to Jean, we hope to come again!

Mark was an amazing host. His lodge is so beautiful. We felt immediately at home. Our grandchildren were pleasantly surprised to find that Mark had left them a pumpkin to carve along with decorations to use for Halloween. They were also delighted with the quality of the toys and books that were left for them to play with. Hours of entertainment was had with them. The park itself was very quiet, which suited us, as the children could ride their bikes freely. We enjoyed the dog walking around the nature trail which was beautiful this time of year. Thank you Mark for allowing us to stay at your lodge. We cannot wait to return with the golf clubs next time.

We absolutely loved our stay in Augusta Dreams, absolutely beautiful lodge, set in an idylic spot overlooking the lake and golf course! We arrived on the friday to a welcome bottle of bubbly in the fridge, we cooked in the lodge that evening and our friends arrived on the Saturday, we had breakfast in the lodge and ate out at The Barn and The Dabbling Duck for the other 2 evenings very lovely, we visited Worzals Garden Centre, Bar and Grill on the Monday and the boys played golf as the course was shut over the weekend due to the weather!! Our friends were just as impressed with the lodge and vista!! Everything we needed was catered for!! The lodge is incredibly spacious, private and very tranquil, even during "Storm Bert", we barely noticed the wind for most of the stay, only the strong gusts were noticeble really!! Marc was very quick in responding to any queries and sharing information!! Thanks again Marc, we look forward to another stay soon!! Nikki, Bri, Kay and Paul from Essex.

We booked this caravan for October half term with our two children (4 and 12 weeks). Ruth was very responsive with messages prior to our stay and was happy to answer our questions. We checked in early which was appreciated with a young baby. The place itself was perfect and the hot tub is a lovely feature. Our 4 year old watched a few of the dvds that were available and enjoyed the games that were in the drawer. He especially loved that the caravan had been decorated for Halloween and that there was chocolate in the fridge upon check in. The position of this caravan is perfect and very easy to find on check in and also in a really good location in terms of the site facilities. Our children loved the pool and indoor splash park. There is so much for children to do and we pre booked some of these activities and also enjoyed the evening entertainment and restaurants. Great find and would happily return!

As a first time at an AirBnB, this was a remarkable experience. After constantly looking into places to stay in Grimsby due to a personal endeavour, louise makes a lovely, hospitable host whom will make any guest at her Chalet/ properties satisfied and comfortable, especially with overseer Keith who was very humbling to say the least to take care of myself throughout the stay. With the property right on the sea front and a back view to die for, I'm very confident I would like to return if she would allow so. The experience was sublime with its simplistic yet rustic aesthetic, especially the fireplace! I wasn't able to try all the bells and whistles but it's fair to say, Louise has thought about everyone. If there is anything I could mark down, is the lack of heating in the adult bedroom (expected due to strong gustly winds from the sea at about 45hmph and it being December) which made it bitterly cold in mornings. Aside that, it was absolutely captifying, thank you Louise & Keith!

We had an amazing stay at Michael's Airbnb over the weekend, enjoying a perfect staycation! The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, accommodating all 11 of us with ease. It was ideal for families, with thoughtful amenities for kids, parents, and even babies. We loved the privacy the property provided—perfect for our karaoke sessions that lasted well into the night! The layout was perfect, with plenty of bathrooms for convenience, and two cozy living rooms that suited both adults and children. The kitchen was stunning—well-equipped and aesthetically pleasing. While the heated pool was a great feature, the rainy weather kept us indoors. Nonetheless, we still made use of the BBQ grill and hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Michael was an outstanding host—welcoming, generous, and friendly. He was responsive to our queries and prompt with replies. Overall, we had an unforgettable and fun experience!

We have stayed in 4 fitties before as we always stay in them when we come up to see family, this was by far the best one. Warm, cosy and christmassy was such a lovely stay, communication was great, everything we needed and more. The welcome pack was an extra special thoughtful touch too. Thank you. Just hope we get opportunity to stsy again 😊

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

The room is cosy and extremely well laid out with everything you need. Jane was very thoughtful and left milk, crumpets, butter, jam, snacks and fruit etc. There is a smart TV with Netflix etc which was useful after our long travel. There was also an information pack describing the places to visit and eat. Snettersham is a lovely little village with interesting and scenic places to visit near by. I would be very happy to stay here again.

The cottage was exactly as described, in a very peaceful location. The cottage was clean and well stocked! Stephen was very helpful and responded to messages very quickly! Would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely place to spend a few days away. Very clean, warm with everything you need. Thankful for the enclosed garden, my dog and I had a fantastic time.

Located in a quiet location and within walking distance to the sea, it was a great place to stay. Well furnished, beautifully decorated and had all the facilities you need.

The chalet was just like in the pictures: super cosy, intimate and peaceful. Our dogs loved the beach, and Marilyn made sure at all times that our needs were met to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really recommend this spot, and we'll definitely visit again in the summer.

We’ve just spent 4 nights at Myrtle Cottage , a fabulous place , nestled in the village of Holme next the sea . It was just as described and didn’t disappoint . Lucy was a great host , giving us lots of information about the property and the local area , which was really helpful as we hadn’t been before , so managed to cram lots of things in . Super dog friendly at the cottage , it’s the small thoughtful touches that stand out and make it like home from home . Our dog , Floyd had a great stay and enjoyed all the fabulous coastline and making new friends in the village pub , The White Horse , which serves lovely food and drink . We will definitely be back to explore further and would highly recommend Myrtle Cottage as a brilliant place to stay .
