What a magical place! We absolutely loved our stay here and already dream of coming back. The inside is soooo beautiful and comfortable that we didn’t mind staying in on rainy days. We could never get sick of watching the sheep roaming the hillsides or the ever changing coast from the fabulous sunroom. The only downside is we were unaware of the time involved to bring the wood-fired hot tub up to temp. It takes an hour to fill with water and “up to 3.5 hours to heat in the winter”. Since we can’t leave the fire unattended, we weren’t able to enjoy it until our third night since we arrived home so late on the previous nights. It is also very hard to find in the dark and the pin led us to the wrong spot. Google Mapsing the house name took us to the right spot, but we arrived in the dark and were unable to see the sign to the bottom right of the gate. Everything else was completely perfect and we highly recommend staying in this lovely place.

Gail’s house was brilliant. Very tranquil and in a peaceful location, and the wildlife was fab. The house was huge and contained everything you might need for a fun weekend away!

We had a quick one night stay with family, the place was incredible and Zoe was extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice. Bathrooms were spotless. Comfy beds. Hot tub and Sauna worked great. The view is incredible. Nice private location but close to food and gas station. We wish we booked for more nights! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This is not a house, it’s a home. It has everything you need for the family to be comfortable right from the moment you arrive with something for everyone. Standout for the young children a fab garden with an awesome trampoline. Standout for the adults space and comfort to totally relax. What takes it from great to exceptional are the thoughtful touches …… and there are a lot but it’s most of all the welcome and hospitality of Kay our host who kept in touch to make sure all was well and gave us brilliant tips on where to go suitable for each of our parties needs. Now stop browsing, book!

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, so dass man Portree fußläufig erreicht. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist super und das Haus umfangreich ausgestattet. Der Blick auf das Meer ist sehr idyllisch! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Que dire à part … whaou ! Seule y 2 nuits passées chez Anna mais l’impression d’être chez soi ! Trop court séjour tout était parfait ! Une proximité des lieux comme le Loch Ness, Glenfinnan Viaduc (avis aux fans d Harry potter !) , les highlands, l’île de Skye bref point central ! Et quel accueil ! Anna est ADORABLE, le lieu est paisible, la maison est parfaite … notre prochain séjour sera plus long à coup sûr ! Anna encore merci ce fut un plaisir de faire votre connaissance :)

We were very happy about our choice of cottage; particularly as it is pet friendly. Our hosts were very proactive in terms of communication - it was good to be warned about being well prepared in terms of provisions - no nearby shops! The cottage is wonderfully peaceful which suited us; it was also wonderfully warm - especially the bathroom with its heated floor; this made the cottage an excellent retreat on the one day of bad weather that we had , if necessary the bathroom could have been used as a drying room! We enjoyed the space; properties with just one bedroom can be cramped but as the photos show, there is a table with 4 chairs in the kitchen; the lounge has two sofas and in the bedroom you can easily walk on both sides of the bed. The bedroom has generous storage. The surrounding garden is a delight. Another reason for choosing Blossom Cottage was that it was reasonably close to the Three Chimneys restaurant. There are many excellent walks nearby, some of which we enjoyed.

Fiona was a wonderful host, very proactive and friendly. Beautiful fresh flowers and coffee, tea and biscuits were a lovely touch. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the views over the loch were lovely. There were also lots of good games and puzzles. The overall cleanliness could have been improved, in particular the kitchen but didn't detract from our stay. Thank you Fiona

A top class Airbnb from start to finish. Luxury finishes throughout and spotlessly clean. Andrew is very responsive to requests. Great location and walkable to everything you need during your stay. View from the kitchen and bedroom across the water is breathtaking. Parking is a bonus. We had a magic few days exploring the many river walks and mountains. Highly recommend a stay here when in Fort William. Thanks Andrew.

It was our first time on Mull and we couldn't have wished for a better experience. Heather's apartment was perfect for us and made the visit so comfortable and convenient. We had no problems at all with the place, but her communication gave us confidence that if we had experienced any issues they would have been sorted out straight away.

Rosemary's place was perfectly placed for our 2 day stay at Fort William. Right by the train station so we didn't have to carry our bags too far & we got the benefit of some train spotting. The apartment was very clean and cosy, with everything we needed for our stay. We were in walking distance of the town centre with plenty of places to eat & drink. would highly recommend Rosemary's place to anyone coming to Fort William.

We loved our stay here. We felt right at home and super cozy! Instructions were very clear so we had no problem figuring out the house. Elidih was friendly and communicative. Would recommend staying here :)

Amazing location. So incredibly peaceful and quiet with beautiful scenery nearby. Loved driving around the Highland cows on the road in particular every day. Beautiful clean flat that was super comfortable to stay in. Highly recommend.

Fantastic cottage in an amazing location. So much to do in the area as well as further afield. The accommodation is cozy and extremely welcoming. A delightful place to spend a holiday.

This is a lovely apt right in the centre of Tarbet. Close to the shops and the local hotel/pub. The place was spotless and Malcolm was easy to contact if required. There were plenty of extras to help make your holiday comfortable eg. Cereals,milk, coffee, tea and lots of goodies. Loved it.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and homely, a perfect place to stay with lots of thoughtful touches and local amenities available in Lochcarron. I stayed 4 nights and would happily have stayed much longer!

The Oberoi house was an OUTSTANDING place to stay on the Isle of Skye. Incredible views, cozy, spacious, easy walk to downtown Portree but just enough out of the bustle to be fully immersed in the beauty around you. The place was exactly as advertised - it was clean, in excellent condition, the instructions were clear, and the space was easy to share. There are excellent common areas for reconvening as a group, but the en suite bathrooms make staying as a group comfortable and private. could not recommend this place more highly, it was a dream!

We had a lovely stay! Our children enjoyed walking along the shore of the loch and discovering new things. Very quiet location with convenient location to Isle of Skye. Perfect as a jumping off point to explore all the highlands have to offer. Beautiful, clean home.

A magical place to stay, especially with children! Has everything you need and more. Comfortable rooms, and a magnificent banqueting table in the kitchen for communal meals. The lounge is bigger than it looks in the photo and can comfortably seat everybody staying. Roberta was really helpful in the run up, answering various questions I had and giving useful suggestions. The accommodation was spacious and well appointed. There was plenty of room to relax as well as cook and dine. The bedrooms were clean with plenty of towels. Good file in dining room that had useful information as well as restaurant recommendations. The only thing to say is you must follow Iain’s instructions to get to the property as the Satnav is not as accurate.

We couldn’t have found anything better than this place for a group of 8 of us staying to hike Ben Nevis and explore the surrounding areas. It had everything we needed and was worth every penny. The location is very peaceful and out of the way with a stunning view of the mountains and only a 15 minute drive away from Fort William. We hope to come back at some point in the future and stay for longer to explore this side of Scotland some more. The hosts are very friendly and are very easy to communicate with regarding check in and any requests.

This house is truly exceptional. The home is large and beautifully laid out with all the high quality amenities you could want. We were a group of 8 and we had more than enough space and privacy. The location is stunning and very convenient to Ben Nevis as well as trips to Loch Ness, Glencoe, the Fort William train to Mallaig etc.. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

We stayed two nights at Moulin, lovely peaceful location, stunning views. House large and roomey but still homely, beds comfortable and fresh. Pete went out of his way to allow us entry as promptly as possible of the first night, great stay, super host. Many thanks!!

Very nice house, a short walk to the waterfront but not too close to be in amongst the visitors. Quite and very handy for the Wester Ross walks and climbs. Safe garden that our dog could roam around freely. House was clean and well equipped. We had fabulous weather but it would also have worked in more traditional/wet weather with plenty of space for outdoor kit.
