What a magical place! We absolutely loved our stay here and already dream of coming back. The inside is soooo beautiful and comfortable that we didn’t mind staying in on rainy days. We could never get sick of watching the sheep roaming the hillsides or the ever changing coast from the fabulous sunroom. The only downside is we were unaware of the time involved to bring the wood-fired hot tub up to temp. It takes an hour to fill with water and “up to 3.5 hours to heat in the winter”. Since we can’t leave the fire unattended, we weren’t able to enjoy it until our third night since we arrived home so late on the previous nights. It is also very hard to find in the dark and the pin led us to the wrong spot. Google Mapsing the house name took us to the right spot, but we arrived in the dark and were unable to see the sign to the bottom right of the gate. Everything else was completely perfect and we highly recommend staying in this lovely place.

Heather a même la délicate attention de mettre à disposition des sachets de thé, de café, de chocolat chaud, dosettes de lait et speculoos... 🥰 Une étagère est dédiée aux hôtes pour y laisser les denrées non périssables au départ, cela permet d avoir des condiments, épices... Très utile et bien pensé Les chambres sont extrêmement cosy et confortables, bref un séjour de rêve. Si nous avions su, nous aurions consacré 4 nuits au lieu de 2 chez Heather sur notre road trip à travers l Ecosse😊 Je le conseille vivement. A 1 km du centre Lochness, 1,5km du petit magasin coop pour faire ses courses et à 4km du château d Urquhart à faire absolument.

This is not a house, it’s a home. It has everything you need for the family to be comfortable right from the moment you arrive with something for everyone. Standout for the young children a fab garden with an awesome trampoline. Standout for the adults space and comfort to totally relax. What takes it from great to exceptional are the thoughtful touches …… and there are a lot but it’s most of all the welcome and hospitality of Kay our host who kept in touch to make sure all was well and gave us brilliant tips on where to go suitable for each of our parties needs. The house was perfect for our stay with a family of seven. The kids loved the spacious lounge and plenty of places including garden to play games. The carved wood features made the house feel homely and comfortable including large table for family dinners. The view was breathtaking every day and it was easy to do walks from the house around the coast or into surrounding hills. Definitely recommended for a fantastic holiday on Skye.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Glencoe. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, das Haus zu finden (Google Maps zeigte ein falsches Gebäude an) lief der Check-in einfach und unkompliziert. Super waren die zur Verfügung gestellten Waschmaschine und Trockner. Alice war immer freundlich und schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Erfahrung.

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The kids loved the horses next door, the lake was gorgeous and perfect to drink coffee by and it was so quiet and peaceful! Perfect getaway and Neil was amazing and responsive and even told us where some cool hidden places were! Would definitely recommend!!

Hamish and Sandra were exceptional hosts - always responsive with communication, made us feel very welcome upon arrival, and provided friendly company during our stay. We really enjoyed the beautiful views from the large living room windows when having our morning coffee as well as spending cosy evenings by the fireplace when not outside watching the stars. Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Fay's beautiful house. Enough space for our family and the garden was very much appreciated by our children. The house is refurbished to a high and modern standard with a fully equipped kitchen. It's also in walking distance of Portree High Street and Harbour and a great starting point to explore Skye. Would highly recommend!

Nos sentimos como en casa. La casa es muy acogedora con mucha luz natural y estaba todo reluciente.

Tolle ruhige Unterkunft.Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wahnsinns Ausicht auf die Schafe,Berge und Meer. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen

We absolutely loved our stay at Sgurr Mhairi. It was clean and cosy, with breathtaking views. Susan and Neil were very nice and helpful. The location was also quite central and it was easy to go to different parts of Skye from the apartment by car. We highly recommend it!

We loved our stay here. We felt right at home and super cozy! Instructions were very clear so we had no problem figuring out the house. Elidih was friendly and communicative. Would recommend staying here :)

This is a lovely apt right in the centre of Tarbet. Close to the shops and the local hotel/pub. The place was spotless and Malcolm was easy to contact if required. There were plenty of extras to help make your holiday comfortable eg. Cereals,milk, coffee, tea and lots of goodies. Loved it.

Un alojamiento hermoso en una zona bastante privilegiada, puedes caminar y tener contacto con la naturaleza de una manera excepcional. Los dueños siempre atentos a las necesidades, únicamente me aprecio extraño que hay instrucciones para todo, hasta justo antes de acostarte la cama tiene un letrero. Fuera de eso es un gran lugar para quedarte por un par de noches

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. We felt welcome and comfortable throughout our time there. One of the highlights for me was getting to spend time with their adorable dogs😍🫠 They were so friendly and sweet—If you’re an animal lover, you might get chance to see them :) that’s just the cherry on top! I can’t recommend this place enough and would happily stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

le logement proposé par Mary Flora est impeccable, très propre et remarquablement bien équipé. Situé au calme, la grande douche était salvatrice après une journée de pluie, petit bonus pour la couverture chauffante qui était très agréable suite à notre journée de marche. Mary Flora est une hôte amicale et très souriante, si nous repassons par Skye un jour aucun doute que nous ferons a nouveau halte ici ! Seul petit bémol les voisins du dessus avaient vraiment le pas lourd

Was a nice flat, my traveling companion did have trouble with the see through metal grate and stairs due to height sensitivity. Don’t expect to roll your suitcase, there are no sidewalks between the car park and the front door, only stone gravel, so pack light and manageable. Overall was a nice stay.

Great and tidy place with very nice supply of things for our 1 night stay. There was 1 flight of stairs as mentioned in accommodation description. Norma communicated well and we had no issues. Would go again

We had a great stay at Jenny's place. The place is conveniently located, has wonderful views, and close to Fort Williams and all the hikes in the area. I'd also like to note that the kitchen is very well equipped and organized. Thank you, Jenny!

It was centrally located, super easy to get to, cozy on a chilly wet day, great location for walking to and from. It was squeaky clean and had absolutely everything we could possibly need packed into a sweet little compact space. Joanna was very responsive and always ready to answer any questions we had. When we return to Tobermory, this is where we will stay again.

An absolute gem of a place. Great accommodation with phenomenal surroundings - brilliant views of the Torridon mountain range. The accommodation was clean, very spacious and catered to all our needs. Sam was an excellent host. Friendly and always responsive.
