Spacious, clean, fully self-contained under house unit; welcoming attentive hosts; clean linens. Slight closed up smell which disappeared after opening windows. I wanted to write a more detailed review, however, only given a 1000-character limit. Given this was my first time staying with an onsite host, it will probably be my last. Nothing against Annette and Ron who were lovely and friendly. It's not for me.

Great place to stay! Amazing river views. communication was key and parking was a deal through the host.

the car park is very small. it better to bring a small car. I had a MG like of hired car and it took a lot of manoeuvre.

Leith went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The place was as pictured and easy to find. Leith's instructions were extremely clear and made check in super simple. Upon check out I dropped a shoe and Leith helped organise for me to pick it up with his cleaners. As I said above and beyond. Lovely and enjoyable stay

Beautiful views & premier luxury penthouse. Amazing, central location — although it’s not easy to get coffee or groceries if you don’t have a car. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The best Airbnb property we have stayed in.

Fiona’s house was perfect. We had to relocate due to our house being affected by the cyclone, and Fiona instantly offered early (10am) check in and was so easy to deal with.

We had a fantastic stay at the Old Fire Station, Richard provided detailed instructions that made check in seamless and its in a fantastic location, just a short walk to great cafe's and restaurants. The old Fire Station was also very private and quiet great for an afternoon of relaxing. The ferry wharf is just a short stroll and a lovely way to pop over to South Bank for lunch. I would definately stay again next time i visit Brisbane highly recommended.

Leonie went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect .. she even graciously gave us an extended checkout which helped us out enormously. There was absolutely nothing we needed that she didn't provide. Her accommodation is spotless . She generously provided croissants butter jams etc .. 2 differents yogurts blueberries .. eggs .. milk and all the condiments as well as selections of tea and coffee and cooking essentials. The kitchen crockery cutlery glasses etc were all gorgeous. The bathroom was also spotless with beautiful products and Leonie thought of everything from hairdryer to deodorant and toothpaste . to sunscreens .. amazzzing! It's also within walking distance to so many great restaurants .. we especially loved Vietnam House and the stunning dog friendly Victoria park is right there. All in all we wished we could have stayed forever! Thankyou so much Leonie you made our Xmas Extra Special .. we just hope we can rebook on future visits!🪷

We love coming back here, it is so perfect for our needs. Quality home and linen, beds are so comfortable. Dawn is an amazing host, makes our stay 5 ⭐️

Our second time at the Kingfisher cottage was better than the first. We loved the homey feel, being able to sit on both front and back porches to listen to the chatty rainbow lorikeets, and the secure fencing and gates that meant our pups could explore the garden on their own. Its so close to the ferry, which means we waited for the trip back from the front porch while our dogs could have a final sniff, instead of being cooped up in the car waiting at the dock. Coochimudlow is a small island, but has lots of beaches to discover. We enjoyed coffee, cake and meals at the local restaurants, just a short 5min walk away. We really appreciated the comfy couches, the stable wifi and the clean bathroom and kitchen of the house. Hoping to be back for our third visit some time in the future.

Lovely, quiet, open spaces and restful homely feeling. Everyone very friendly and nice. Very child friendly. Beautiful pool- so relaxing. Lots of animals- horses, chickens, dogs and birds. Kids loved the interaction- feeding chickens and learning about and feeding the horses. We stayed in the 'Family Unit' a lovely unit with polished wood floors , antique furniture (rustic feel) and a beautiful unique wooden framed bed. Would recommend for a touch of country living. Would love to return.

When my daughter’s rowing regatta was relocated from Rockhampton to Wyaralong dam we decided to make a girls weekend out of it anyway and chose to stay Lumiere Farmhouse. We had a fabulous weekend and enjoyed some of the local experiences, we visited the camel farm, local markets and also experienced rodeo and dirt bike motocross all in the same day. However, the highlight of the trip was our stay at Lumiere. The beautifully styled home has an incredible outlook across the rear deck from the daybed near the kitchen, the comfy lounges, the beautiful beds and linen. The home is larger than you expect with space to come together but also room to retreat, read and enjoy the peace and quiet. Having a fully equipped kitchen was brilliant. We loved the coffee machine; so easy!! We all would love to visit again. Thank you!!

A tranquil spot in the bush, that lets you wake up to the sounds of birds, I greatly enjoyed my time here. The host were polite and unobtrusive and it was clean with a decent amount of room. While we did spend most of our time out and about, going back to the Airbnb felt like coming back to peace and simplicity and would always feel like a welcome place to rest at the end of a long day.

This AirBnB looked better than the photos! Stopping through on the way up north and wish I could have stayed longer. Lovely facilities, stunning sunset and great communication from this host. Highly recommend!

Had a 9 night stay at Sandra’s apartment, beautiful place in an amazing location and walkable access to so many different places (7 minutes to South Bank). Sandra was a perfect host who was always available if we needed and her apartment fitted our needs perfectly. Short walk to the local IGA or 7eleven and only an 8 minute walk to West Village Shopping Precinct. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and whenever we are in Brisbane we would happily stay again. Highly recommend Sandra’s place if you are ever in Brisbane.

I've stayed with Lil and Stephen several times now, and each stay has been special. The apartment is lovely, and has everything you could possibly want during your stay - a real home away from home. The fabulous tropical garden and pool makes it an oasis of peace and tranquility, and yet you're a short walk away from one of Brisbane's buzzing cafe and restaurant strips, and within easy reach of all other amenities. Lil and Stephen are generous and delightful hosts, and I can't wait for my next vist.... Highly recommended!
