This was a great stay - the house is huge (plenty of room for two families) and the pictures are a true representation. Milos was exceptionally responsive and communicated really helpfully and clearly. The house is walking distance to Old Kotor town - but it is a good 25 mins walk. Great views along the way although the road is narrow and some local drivers terrifying. The only mildly negative points is that it did feel like we were staying after the house had been through a long and busy season. Hopefully it can be given a deep clean and some maintenance in the winter months. Overall, highly recommended.

Wow! What a nice place to have a vacation! The house is beautiful with plenty of room for a big family or group. We really enjoyed ourselves. The heated pool was a great place to hang-out, with an amazing view of the sea. The location, Plat, is good - an easy drive to Dubrovnik or even to Montenegro. As a bonus, there were two housekeepers that were available. They made breakfast for us every day, which is not a common AirBnb feature. That really made our stay special. Overall, would highly recommend! We would like to come back next year. :)

An outstanding villa with stunning views. Ivana, Kety & their father were outstanding hosts, friendly, helpful and informative. We were lucky enough to be staying when it was their father’s birthday and were treated to the most delicious dinner of roast lamb, roast potatoes, salad, cheeses and the most gorgeous desserts and homemade red wine from their own produce. Ivana was always extremely helpful and helped us find car parks and book a boat trip. A great tip, is get an Uber into Dubrovnik Old Town, it was so much cheaper than parking and they take you right into the town. Highly recommend this beautiful Villa !

Everything about this property is FIRST CLASS - the hosts Boris & Katija have built an amazing place for your Dubrovnik holiday. We were a group of 8 adults and were amazed at how huge the property was, the amenities it had (a sparkling infinity pool, steam, sauna, a well appointed kitchen - you name it). But most importantly the hosts themselves were wonderful - they helped us out in every way possible with the transfers to/from Dubrovnik airport & the daily visits to the Old town. They recommended us a nice speed boat for a full day trip to all the surrounding islands. If you do end up staying here do not miss the almost private beach at your disposal All in all it was an amazing 3 night stay for us all & I am sure we will be coming back here & recommending it to our friends to try it out. Lovely location - within walking distance of the waterfront and harbour. Lovely views from front bedroom balcony and patio. Two very nice bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It was lovely to sit on the patio around the pool. Staircase to first floor is steep! We rarely used the kitchen as we prefer to eat out in the evening. There was an array of restaurants to choose from . We had an ice cream most nights from a fabulous ice cream shop near the supermarket and bought croissants and bread from the bakers every day. Had a lovely relaxing break. Kristina is a great host and quickly answers any questions you may have.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous and right on the sea with direct access to swimming. We were a group of women here for a week and Marija’s team worked incredibly hard to help make our stay easy—from getting transport when we needed it to offering helpful advice to even arranging for us to order a birthday cake (which they delivered in the rain) 😊. The villa has unmatched views and so many nice spots to just sit and relax. It’s within 5 minutes to walk to two restaurants, a grocery store, bakery, two coffee cafes and the bus stop. Additional restaurants are a longer walk, approx 30 min, depending on your pace. But the walk is on the sea and beautiful so time passes quickly. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent from Marija’s team again.

Ana was an excellent host and her villa is outstanding. Great location in the countryside, peaceful, lots of room for our dogs to be outside without worrying if they wondered off.

La casa è molto grande e in una posizione meravigliosa, in due minuti si è al mare e 15 minuti al centro di Lumbarda. Da tenere in considerazione che non è facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina, ma il parcheggio è a 3 minuti. È equipaggiata con tutto il necessario e la terrazza si presta a serate e barbecue in compagnia. Arredi forse un po' datati ma funzionali. Ma la cosa migliore è l'host! Antonjia è stata una host attenta e premurosa. Abbiamo avuto una disavventura con la macchina è si è prodigata senza sosta, mobilitando tutte le sue conoscenze, per aiutarci. Grazie a lei abbiamo passato delle giornate serene. consigliatissimo!!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Gordans Villa in Split! Die Lage ist ideal und gut erreichbar, sodass wir ohne Probleme anreisen konnten. Die Villa war makellos sauber, was uns gleich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Gordan war ein unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom schönen Pool, der perfekt für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen ist. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Erfahrung – wir können Gordans Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This place looks like the pictures and even better! The host and staff were so kind and friendly, the breakfast sooo delicious! And views were just AMAZING. I wish I had booked to stay longer and would 100% recommendation and would go back. The villa is located around 20 mins drive to Budva and 30 mins to Kotor and Tivat. Ask the host for Google maps link to the villa. You will need a car and if you are not comfortable driving on hills/slopes in manual, definitely get an automatic car!

Marijas villa is really beautiful, even better than the photos showed. It was a great house for 8 ladies celebrating a 40th. Marija was incredibly helpful with helping book activities and showing us how to get to various cafes, restaurants. Easy walk to bars and supermarket. Taxis were easy to get to and from the villa. The pool was amazing, everyone felt nicely spread out in the house, amazing views and great sized bedrooms, kitchen was great. All in all super stay! Thanks Marija.

Nice and clean house in beautiful surroundings and with a fantastic view! We enjoyed staying there and relaxing by the pool. We can really recommend the house and Ivana was both welcoming and supportive.

Wir haben die Zeit in Villa Lucella sehr genossen. Wir waren 9 Personen, wobei die Villa auch entspannt Platz für 10-15 Leute bietet. Die Unterkunft mit allen Ausstattungsmerkmalen entsprach 1:1 der Erwartung und den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Eltern des Vermieters wohnen nebenan, was wir eher positiv und unkompliziert wahrgenommen haben. Besonders gefallen haben uns die tollen Sportanlagen (Beachvolleyball, Tennis inkl. Flutlicht), die wir intnsiv genutzt haben sowie Pool, Sauna und Jacuzzi. Positiv überrascht hat uns auch, dass es zu jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad gab. Einzig negative Kritik ist der wiederholte Geruch nach Rauch/Qualm in einem der Badezimmer in Verbindung mit dem Grillen (kam über die Lüftung). Alles in allem hatten wir eine großartige und unkomplizierte Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

Mara was an amazing host, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was great we enjoyed the view, pool and hot tub. In fact we enjoyed spending our days around the villa. Mara introduced us to a local taxi gentleman Marco who was fabulous and recommended restaurants and boat trips and days out. If you don’t have a car use Marco.

Zeljka was an extremly kind hostess and answered all our questions very fast. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this fantastic villa. Everything was fresh and clean and with plenty of things to do. Recommend this to everyone looking for a calm, relaxing, beautiful vacation.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

Clean and fresh with a good pool area and very comfy beds. Rina was a lovely host who made us very welcome. The house is high above Dubrovnik old town and just beside the main road to the airport. Steep walks to amenities and tourist attractions and also steps down and up to pool and a steep internal stair.

Kristel’s place is beautiful. It’s up in the mountains and so you do need a car but the drive is worth the views. Sunsets are fabulous and we loved the walks in the local area. When we went, the restaurants weren’t open as it was the end of season but we bbq’d, ate at home or went into Split for the evening. Kristel and her husband are lovely and keen to help. There was an issue with the pool and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed us to check in early and met us at the bottom of the hill to show us how to get to their house as it is a bit tricky first time if you don’t know where to go. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

I can recommend this house we were a group of 9 people and everyone was happy. Always quick contact with the host, house in a nice quiet area, about 20 minutes to the center on foot. The house was clean, the rooms were very nice, just like in the pictures, the house is big, I think you can feel at home there. The bathrooms are great, only the grout in the showers would need to be replaced, but as it is, there is nothing to complain about. The pool is wonderful, nothing to add, nothing to take away. To sum up, I can wholeheartedly recommend this house to everyone! ❤️

We had a magical stay at Petar's house. The house fit all 11 of us extremely well and was well suited to a beautiful family vacation. The pool was beautiful and very spacious and our kids had a wonderful time playing in it. The surrounding vistas of the mountains only added to the ambiance. Petar's son was extremely communicative and gave us a number of great suggestions as to what to visit and we felt extremely well taken care of. We absolutely loved Croatia and are definitely coming back!

Our stay in Bol was nothing short of delightful, primarily thanks to the charming two-bedroom Villa . The view from the balcony was absolutely superb, offering a stunning panorama that we enjoyed every day. Lounging in the sun, sipping coffee, and soaking in the breathtaking scenery was an everyday highlight. TheVilla itself was the perfect size for our needs. It was cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal retreat after exploring the beautiful town of Bol. The two bedrooms were well-appointed, providing ample space for relaxation. The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk from the beach and local amenities, yet the apartment was situated in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, this villa is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience Bol. With its unbeatable views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.
