This house is in an excellent location, with a supermarket nearby and a beautiful green field just across the road, perfect for enjoying stunning sunrises and sunsets. We spent a wonderful Chinese New Year here, and it truly felt like home. The décor is stylish and cosy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, especially the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking effortless with just our own ingredients. Our host, Rosaline, was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to assist, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. Her thoughtfulness made our experience even better. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

A Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Louise and Andy’s beautiful apartment, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The apartment is immaculate, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a real home away from home. The space is bright and airy, with a lovely atmosphere that made our stay truly enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and all the amenities were top-notch. The location is also ideal – peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you might need. Whether you're exploring the area or just looking for a relaxing retreat, this place is perfect. Louise and Andy are fantastic hosts – warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. We highly recommend!

Lovely place, me and my family enjoyed staying there. Felt very homely and welcoming. The garden was perfect. Will definately stay again.

A lovely comfortable & homely cottage, large well equipped kitchen, great for us as we enjoy cooking while away. comfortable bed & powerful over bath shower. Very clean throughout. We enjoyed the log burning stove but the heating was very adequate. Totally secure garden great for the dogs, & in summer would imagine its an added bonus sitting outside.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very central with lots to do near by. Gorgeous home and very clean.

Wow, what a great place Olivia has. It's so central, has parking, huge living space and everything you need for a getaway in a gorgeous town. The house was cosy but also had loads of space, the beds were comfy and everything was clean. There's plenty of stuff for young ones too, including high chair, travel cot and cutlery etc. Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

It's such a brilliant place to stay. Quirky with interesting decorations. A very comfortable sofa and double bed. The property is large enough for the number of guests and really well equipped. The hot tub is a fantastic addition to the stay, especially with it being indoors and therefore private. Overall a brilliant stay. I highly recommend it.

Amazing Airbnb in an ideal location to easily explore the inner city of York on foot. There are two small convenience stores located nearby: sainsbury is 100ft away and Tesco is a 2 min walk. Additional shops such as restaurants, quirky stores, etc., are anywhere from a few mins to a 15 min walk. The noise around the location is quiet mostly, with only the bells at York Minster ringing at the prescribed times and days. Check-in was easy with one minor issue. The code provided to enter the apartment was incorrect, so I had to contact Violet homes who easily fixed it for us by resetting the keypad and sending us the new code. The entire process took less than two mins with Violet homes immediately answering my call. Inside the apartment there is a handy binder with instructions on operating equipment within the flat to include manuals for the electronics and kitchen appliances. Also provided is contact information for taxi services and additional helpful points. Wonderful stay!

Lovely flat with great views over harbour. It was so easy to get everywhere, not just within Whitby to the shops, beach, pier etc but also for transport to other areas. We parked up on arrival at Pannett Park then just left the car there for the whole week. We got buses to Staithes, Runswick Bay, Sandsend and Robin Hood's Bay. There were also buses and trains going to the North York Moors so you don't really need a car to get anywhere. The flat itself was very clean, tidy and well appointed . The beds and huge sofa were extremely comfortable.

Had a fantastic stay for our first time in York…the apartment was so close to walk into York yet still was peaceful, quiet and a joy to return back to after venturing around and about! It had everything we could need for a perfect stay! We will definitely try to book it again for a returning visit to York!

We had an amazing relaxing stay at Karen's cottage! The cottage was absolutely beautiful, with fantastic facilities that made our stay feel so comfortable. The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly felt like home. Karen went above and beyond, even putting up a lovely happy birthday banner. She also left dog treats out for our puppy! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ripon.

This accommodation was lovely, well equipped and within walking distance of the town centre. Neil was good at keeping in touch and checking if everything was ok.

This is the fourth time we have stayed here. Always welcoming . Particularly useful EV facility which saves me having to find a public point. We will continue using Jill's property when we come to York.

The apartment was super! Really modern interior, beautifully clean and fresh. Lovey layout, lovely big comfy bed with lovely pillows - always very important to us. Beautifully warm apartment and bathroom. Parking was really easy and we had 2 cars! You will not be disappointed here, its exactly as the pictures show. Jo was a fantastic host and just couldn't do enough for us.

I booked a weekend at Diane’s place for my parents, they had nothing but wonderful things to say, the space was spotless & the welcome gifts was highly appreciated, thank you. mum FaceTimed me showing me round & the place looked exactly like photos, my parents loved it. They went out to eat & drink at Omni & loved the vibe in there, they also visited the market & said it was great (they brought me back some gorgeous cannolis) They said it was right up their street, thank you Diane for the fab weekend of peace & quiet away from the grandkids ! I would recommend Diane’s place to anyone looking to visit Malton x

Amazing apartment in quiet location but close to the best of Knaresborough. Great hosts, lovely apartment and picture perfect balcony and riverside views. Saw buzzards and deer from the window. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

We loved our short stay, would highly recommend for a peaceful weekend getaway, lots of lovely walks and pubs. Hope to come back soon!
