This was a great Airbnb that was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The pool and outdoor seating area was a wonder bonus. Walking distance to a grocery store, nice that neighbors bars and restaurants . Plenty of on street parking available. Highly recommend Michael and Marcia's charming home.

We had a wonderful stay at Spencer's Way! The pool was so luxurious and all the small decor and touches just made everything feel so wonderful and relaxing. Also, the King size bed was SOOOOOO comfortable. Thank you!

Great stay for our family of 5 during Mardi Gras season! Lots of great restaurants close by. Easy to get to all the uptown parade routes. Loved our visit!

From the Chartres House, we walked to restaurants and bars, a beer garden and a wine bar in the Bywater, Marigny and the French Quarter. There is a close by park that was great for my grandsons. A convenient grocery store, a takeout food provider open 24/7. There is parking so that our friends could park when they came to see us. If we go back to NO with approximately the same number of people, I would definitely try to stay again at Chartres House.

We loved this house! The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The main living area was spacious, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Even though the weather our weekend was colder (45 degrees), our kids were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub for hours a day. The pool is clean and heated and even had lights at night. We had a hard time getting our kids to want to leave the house they loved it so much. Excited to visit again!

A Cozy Getaway with Exceptional Hospitality! My family and I stayed here for a quick birthday trip, and it was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, Doody made us feel right at home with a warm welcome and helpful tips about the local area. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the doors that were used as headboards!! We love antiques! The beds were very comfy and cozy! We were within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants, and we definitely recommend Not another donut cafe, which is about 3-5mins away. If pizza is your thing, try Magazine Pizza! Once our day was over, we were able to relax in the heated pool, which was right off the back porch. It was an incredible way to finish off each night, especially in the cold weather. We cannot wait to come back and stay again in the future!!

This is the most fun place to stay. Several places together if you have several families that wanna stay close. Pool, outdoor kitchen and sand box. Kids had a blast! Worth every cent!

Beautiful home to stay in for mardi gras. It’s located just a few streets away from the parades and there were plenty of delicious restaurants to eat at. Nick was very responsive whenever I had a question about booking and the house came with plenty of space for entertaining.

Very spacious Airbnb! Close to bus stop (5min walk) saved us money from having to use uber lyft and took us close to the French quarter (10min walk once dropped off). Thu was a great host and responded to questions we had.

Our group had a great time staying here. The space had everything we needed and plenty of room for our larger group to spread out. The main floor is wide open and a great space for larger groups to spend time together. The location was ideal. A short drive to the French quarter and within walking distance to other restaurants and shops. Would recommend this to anyone needing a larger place to stay in NOLA.

Their home is stocked with anything and everything you could need even items you did not know you needed!! We are a family of 10 and this house was perfect in every way! The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable! The main hangout space is amazing!! Owners are very sweet and helpful.

Such a great place to stay. Ian even let us check in early! Which I was extremely thankful for. The house had all the amenities we needed, was clean, & had a nice homey feel with a lot of character. It was a short drive from the French Quarter, giving it a good location. Definitely a great stay for our first time in NOLA!

What a nice Airbnb and host! Jan was very nice and helpful. Location is very serene, quiet and private. House is roomy with great A/C. The Airbnb is roomy, great for adults only or with children. There is a playroom with books and toys and bunk beds for the kids. Of note there are two separate half bathrooms conectes by a single tub/shower. It is walking distance from the MS Sound - nice and relaxing views! The place has everything (spices and plate ware) for a crab boil with a nice patio out back! I would definitely stay here again. FIVE STARS!

The 10 of us felt very welcomed! Care was taken to provide extra snacks, drinks for the family and other amenities. We stayed before Mardi Gras and significant work had been done to decorate for the holiday. The rooms were spacious, and we were able to put 4 girls into one of the rooms! We were also able to adjust sleeping arrangements for a toddler. Overall a great stay for a large family. We would stay here again!

Maxine’s place was perfect for a weekend in New Orleans. She was very hospitable, and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We did a girls trip to New Orleans and this spot was perfect. It was a super quiet area but close enough to everything you wanted to get to.

Kurt and Esmeralda provided us just what we needed for our stay! Their home allowed us to host my bridesmaids for the weekend while we prepared for the weekend, so having a comfortable place was an absolute necessity. Any questions we had, they quickly answered. The electric door lock died, and they quickly came out to address the problem (after confirming we were comfortable with their visit, of course). Overall, they made this wedding weekend as stress-free and memorable as possible. Highly recommend!

It was great for a family gathering. Beautiful location. Great porch, swing, bikes, and games. Two kitchens and refrigerators. Stocked by someone who values cooking, food, and entertainment. Responsive host. Great value.

Staying at Deborah's place was a great experience. The house is filled with character. The location is great if you're visiting Tulane and walking Audubon park, which is nearby, is fantastic. Deborah is a fantastic host. She was very proactive in providing recommendations and making sure that we understood the workings of the house. I highly recommend.

I really would love staying here again. I am very pleased with my experience. Check in was very easy and hassle free. The home is cozy and comfortable, it's also very clean, it feels just like home. The hosts are very responsive and caring, I loved that they reached out to us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The entire home was pleasant and we enjoyed every minute of our trip here.

This place is amazing, I stay in Ocean Springs often and this is going to be at the top of my list of my favorite Airbnb’s… location is absolutely perfect, host was extremely helpful, I brought my two small dogs and the yard was perfect for them.

This was such a wonderful home and place to stay! We had both of our mothers travel in with us for the Christmas holiday and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location is perfect - so close to the beach, shopping and the casinos. The house was so clean and had everything we needed and a great backyard for our dogs. Would definitely recommend and would look to stay here again the next time we’re in Biloxi.
